I like the fact that they will discuss exactly what you want and give good advice; they do not do things just for the money, but try to keep plants alive and thriving rather than just replace them if they struggle. They perform the work in the agreed upon timelines and the price is reasonable. I needed their help to wrap-up the yardwork this fall (2023) and appreciate that Dawn, the office admin, was able to work my lawn into their schedule. This team did a beautiful job! They were very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable! They helped give advice on things they didn t have to. My parents struggled to keep the beds done so we got them done professionally for the first time and they did better than any expectation we had. They even came back once done just to make sure all was well. Customer service as well as the team definitely deserve a bonus! Thank y all so much!

I do not use this service but my neighbor does. On a few different occasions over the past year or two, my husband or I have caught them throwing trash over the fence into our yard. We confronted them once and the guy pretended like he did nothing. And just last week, they moved a branch from my neighbors yard into ours and left it there.

Rob, Jamie, and crew did a Fabulous job for us! Their creative ideas worked well with our wants for a Beautiful landscape of a new build. They were able to do it all, drainage, design, installation, lighting, paver patio, irrigation, all in a timely, professional manner. They were attentive to detail and always communicated their work schedule. Our home looks Beautiful and we are so Happy with Lawn Innovations work, Highly recommended!

Company hires who ever to do what ever.. they have no educational experience.. no horticultural knowledge. They can cut grass but for the price you can find better.. wouldn t recommend them.

Lawn Innovations recently completed the landscaping outside of our new build. From start to finish, Jamie was an excellent communicator and timely with his responses. He listened to my ideas for shrubs and trees and worked these into his design. It was very helpful to see the proposed plan via computer. During the install, the team prepared the dirt and took extra time to dig up blobs of concrete left by the builder which wouldve hindered the growth of our plants. The whole crew was efficient and friendly and the cost of this project was reasonable. Working with Jamie and his team was a pleasure!

Lawn Innovations has provided a variety of tasks, including winterizing flower beds, pruning and cleanup, leaf removal in the fall, and regular cutting our lawn. The quality is excellent! The beds have never looked better in the spring because of the work done in the fall. They were proactive in non-contact services to protect both their customers and also their employees. Theyre scheduled for additional services because of their attention to detail and value. Recommend them very highly!

Lawn Innovations did an excellent job on the landscaping project at my home, my yard looks great. The selection and design of the shrubbery and the river rock was exactly what I wanted. They removed all the old and dead shrubbiest from the yard and completed the work in two days.
