When I first met with Justin for an estimate, I knew I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional.They arrived on time and corrected much of the damage caused by another company.

Utilized these guys for trimming several mature trees, found service to be on point. The guy that first reviewed the scope of the work with me, showed up with the crew on the scheduled morning which is a plus. The lead arborist (CJ) could not have been more customer friendly and worked with me to ensure the task was to my complete satisfaction (very rare in todays service industry). Was not inexpensive, but considering the man/equipment power required it was obvious to see where the cost factor translates. In reviewing their vast array of services they provide, no question will not be the last project we collaborate. Kudos to Justin and his team. Ed.

OneTwo Tree expertly trimmed and pruned the 11 live oak trees that surround and extend over our house. Branches and cuttings were carefully dropped and cleared avoiding damage to our extensive collection of plants. The trees look beautiful!

In preparation for hurricane season, it was necessary to trim my trees. If you care about the proper way to care for your growth and want expert knowledge, this is the company to use. After conferring with an arborist, the workmen arrived and did a splendid job, not only in the trimming of the trees, but also in the cleanup.

It s taken a few months of killing weeds, fungicide and feeding. But My lawn has never been so free of weeds, never so dark green and lush. Beautiful. I have the nicest lawn on the block.

We are a repeat customer and use One Two Tree for tree trimming and pruning for all of our huge oak trees. They brought multiple crews that were able to complete the job within the day. We asked them to keep most of the canopy and just to thin out the branches to allow wind to go through. The crew was respectful, polite, and efficient. It is a professional company. You do not need to worry about your trees being destroyed or having issues with municipal rules. I have used their service for 10+ years. I have three large trees that grow symmetrically after being trimmed. All should remember, you get what you pay for! Very satisfied!

Efficient and professional

Ive use this companys services in the past and needed an updated estimate. On October12 the sales representative came out damaged my gate by forcing it to pull out when he was supposed to push in. His arrogant explanation was first Im a retire Engineer and I know how the gate should open. Next he said he didnt damage the gate, someone else must have done it. He left the quote and said contact me whether you decide to use the services or not so on October 18 I advised him that I was not going to use there services and how can he was going to fix my fence. No response until I contacted the office directly on October 26 to make a complaint. He call me back and continued to deny he didnt forced the gate to open and broke it. My cameras dont lie.

Today, One Two Tree came to service our home. An ant infestation was discovered and expertly dealt with. Danny, from the pest control division was alert, fastidious and expert in his discovery, diagnosis and treatment of the problem. He was understanding and kind in explaining our problem and greatly impressed us with his demeanor. We thank One Two Tree for their excellent service.

Very disappointing! For several years I was a customer of Paradise Pest Control. They always took care of my yard and sprayed my pool deck for weed control. One Two Tree bought out Paradise and suddenly they will not spray my pool deck. I called and was told they do not do this service. I guess they have to much business.

I could not be more pleased with the service I have received from One Two Tree. I requested Jeremy because he is so professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Jeremy. Our lawn went from bad to beautiful in three months thanks to Jeremys expertise. Best money I ever spent on lawn service. It is a now a year later and the lawn service is still superb but I had need for pest control and the pest control service is just as good. Jose was here at the appointed time and could not have more professional and polite. Every time Paul comes to service my lawn and landscape, I see a significant difference for the better. One Two Tree was first recommended by Las Casas nursery after I purchased new St. Augustine sod two years ago.

I first tried One Two Tree to get rid of those pesky white fly aphids that shredded my ficus hedges bare. My previous lawn treatment company was apparently using a chemical that just barely affected the bugs, because my hedges continued to be infested. But then One a Two Tree came in and knocked those little suckers out. My hedges eventually filled back in with leaves and have looked great ever since. Same experience on my Oleanders with controlling the caterpillars that eat them down... Ive been using One Two Tree for over 6 years now, for both exterior landscape pest control and interior home pest control. Their technicians are very knowledgable and the products are extremely effective. The customer service is really just unbeatable. I m on an automatic plan, so they call me each cycle to schedule treatments and charge my cc on file. Never see bugs in the house, but once every year or two some ants show up in the kitchen so I call for treatment and within a few days they re completely gone.

I called one two tree 4 help after the first lawn service didn get the job done. They got my lawn healthy and so far theyre doing a gd job. Not 100 percent but close 2 it. Great customer service as well. Only 4 stars bcuz theyre a little on the high side. But overall very pleased with the service

Looked out my window today to see two guys hand removing the crab grass from my front lawn... TRUELY AMAZING. Micheal and Edgar ...wow. When s the last time you saw a lawn service do something like this. Micheal had been my service tech for awhile and I m so thankful.

Since I moved into my house about 2 years ago, Id had a number of pest issues that I attempted to solve myself (Im not an expert, though I was more effective than Truly Nolen). I had had some success with the ant situation which was pretty irritating (on the counter, swarming over any scrap that might have been left, crazy ants scurrying across my kitchen floor constantly). I finally gave up and called One Two Tree. They sent a technician out. He treated the outside of my house before I returned home from work and waited in his truck for me until I pulled into the driveway; very pleasant guy. I let him into the house and he did his thing, spraying very carefully around the windows and doors. I kid you not that just about as soon as he left, I struggled to find a single ant in my house. Even the ants that were omnipresent just outside my house were gone. It was pretty amazing and well worth every penny. Im continuing with the monthly treatment. Most of us have enough to think about in our daily lives and to not have to waste time thinking about controlling ants is pretty excellent.

One Two Tree has been treating our lawn for over a year now. They were able to totally restore our lawn to lush and green. Before they came out we had mold and grubs and the grass was dying with little hope. Within two weeks of One Two Tree spraying, new green grass started sprouting and by the third week it had exploded. We now have a beautiful lawn that is lush, green, and healthy. In addition, due to a miscommunication we accidentally received service prematurely. When I notified One Two Tree they reversed the charge and quickly fixed the mix up. I recommend One Two Tree to anyone who wants their lawn to look amazing.

Lousy experience. By the first impression, I felt this was a company that took a serious approach to customers and their needs. Sorry to say they didnt follow up with the same conduct. After the initial evaluation of our needs, they requested a credit card and charged it right away, though not even scheduling a service. After several follow ups, they finally set us up for a morning appointment (AM). So, stayed home with the kids and waited and waited and waited. Nobody showed up and when calling I had the doubtful pleasure to listen to their committed promises of being on time. That was really insulting and I cannot recommend a company that doesnt value the time of their customers. Yes, they offered to come later in the afternoon, but rather than wasting the entire day waiting for them I cancelled. Asked them to put the charge back to our card - which of course they didnt. No trust, no faith in this company and I ask everybody to be aware.

Unbelievable just how good they are. They have a tech that comes out by the name of Ronny that actually really cares! He calls in advance- takes the time to call and give you an update of what he did - what is happening with the lawn and trees- and really cares about what he is doing. That guy represents exactly what good business is about!. We are very happy with the results and would recommend it to everyone.

Bound by a contract At the time of signing I made it clear that I did not want to be bound by a contract and they lied to me saying that everything would be manageable. Well no; I had to receive them even without plants to cure. I hate that way of forcing the client to compromise to take our money... out of six plants they cured 4.

My landlord called this company to remove rats from our attic; Im pregnant so this was SUPER important to us. My first sign of trouble was the fact that they only work Monday-Friday 9-5 and not a minute later. They also require access to the home three times a week, which meant that I would need to be taking some serious time off. Well the first visit was pleasant enough; two mean came, Ronnie and Anthony. It would seem that Anthony was Ronnies superior (although I came to find out that Ronnie is the only employee with a ladder?). So Ronnie and Anthony seal up any entry ways (or so they told me) and set, wait for it 3 traps right inside the attic door way (didnt seem like very many to me). Not two nights later we heard scurrying in the attic, but when Ronnie came the next morning nothing was in his three traps (which were bated with peanut butter) and he informed me that he had other spots to seal up (guess the house still had a way for rats to get in) then he set two more traps and left. That night when I came home from work (had to switch to the night shift so they could come by) there was a horrible smell in my front hall way; a dead rat I was sure. Ronnie came the next day and did in fact find a dead rat in one of his traps. But I was sure that the smell was at the front of our house, not at the back of the house near the attic entrance. Ronnie assured me I was wrong and that the smell was from the one rat. Well it wasnt cause the horrible smell is still in my house!! They came back and looked in the front of the house for about 10 minutes, didnt find anything and left. The smell is horrible, all over the house! The icing on the cake is that they cant return until Monday and they lied to my landlord about what they did yesterday; told him they searched the entire attic and under the house, found nothing and didnt smell anything. Now my husband has to climb up into the attic and look for himself. This is sheer laziness. These people are unprofessional, lazy and liars. Once this is over I will never use them again, and you shouldnt either.

Great customer service! I was in need of wood samples for a research project, and they were more than exceptionally helpful, courteous and responded to my request within the business day. Although it seemed impossible, Rick provided me with all the information I needed to transport wood from Florida to New York and even purchased shipping supplies on my behalf. My shipment was packaged really quickly and I received a reasonable deal for their tree removal/wood chip service. This Company is just the best of the best. They are prompt, organized, neat and very professional. They have taken down two huge trees on my property and not one roof tile or patio slab was impacted or broken. All done without any benefit of bucket trucks, but by climbing the trees and roping down the branches. BAD, BAD, BAD; I contracted One, Two Tree for my yard and the White Fly problem. They schedule a visit every three months. First service was done and in 15 days the plant was totally infected again. They refused to come back to correct the problem!! BAD, BAD, BAD!

I hired One Two Tree for whitefly on my palms and the experience I received starting from the office staff down to the technician that serviced my property was the true meaning of Customer Service . The specialist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me from what was going on with the palms and what to expect after the services are completed. The ladies at the office are very helpful and friendly. The technician came to my door the day of the service to introduce himself and explain what he was going to do and asked if I had any other concerns not to hesitate on letting him know (something that most companies don t do). It was explained to me that I had to give it time before seeing improvement and I have It s been 8 weeks since the first initial service and I can already see results. The nasty residue the whitefly pest would leave behind has been taken care of making it one less trip to the car wash for me. One Two Tree has exceeded my expectations; I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for QUALITY WORK!

A few months ago I noticed that my cars were getting covered by some sticky substance and my next door neighbor told me that I had whitefly on my Xmas palms in front of the house. She recommended to call One Two Tree. I made an appointment with Mr. Montiel, he came by and inspected them and he suggested to have them drenched, they did it and within a few days the palm fronds were clean, they didnt have the white stuff that looks like a spiral and my cars didnt get the sticky thing anymore. He recommended to have the service done at least 3 times a year. Im so happy that I dont have to deal with that problem anymore!! Thanks to One Two Tree, Mr. Montiel and the girl at the office who was very helpful and professional. I have recommended their service to some of my friends and they have told me how happy they are with their service too.

My ficus trees were infected with white fly, my mango trees are infected with mold and powdery circles on the leaves maybe spiral white fly, my palm trees are infected with mold as well and have yellowing of the palms. So far the ficus trees appear to be coming back. The mango trees are still molding and whenever new leaves come they immediately get white powdery circles on them and the trunk is still moldy. The palm trees trunks are still moldy as well. I really dont know how I should rate this company!!!!!!! In hopes of trying to save my fruit trees cause no one else seemed to treat them, they have had their second treatment and they dont seem to be getting any better.

Stephan and his team are fantastic! Easy to work with, honest and provide great service. We have had white fly, weed and fungal infestation. Thank goodness for One Two Tree!!!
