The owner backed into our garage door and didn't bother to stop and apologize. Instead he drove off. When we called the company to report the incident, he again refused to apologize, denied any wrong doing and hung up. When we called back, he refused to answer the phone. This is super unprofessional and if I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn't trust this company to do any work at my home or business.
Mr. Mar and his very profession crew removed a difficult tree with great care and skill; it appears that these men have been working together for a long time. They were exactly on time, were very careful not to damage any of the numerous surrounding plants , and there are MANY, and they cleaned up so well there was hardly a twig left anywhere. It would be difficult to have a better experience .
They did a great job. I had a giant tree from my back yard neighbor hanging over my gazebo and was worried that a storm would take down the giant limb over and destroy it. I'm glad I saw them in the area doing some work I asked them how much the price was, and it was better than other people I had quoted and they went above and beyond what I was expecting and I couldn't be any happier would recommend them to anybody that needs yard service down.
Bob and his professional, hard-working crew have been providing a number of services to us in caring for our yard for over 25 years, including heavy-duty tree cutting, trimming and shaping, clearing debris from my densely wooded and overgrown acre property and other tasks as needed. Even during busy times of the year he manages to take care of his many customers. Bob always treats us fairly, has done work beyond the call of duty (as I do NOT have a simple lawn!) goes to great efforts to adapt to individual needs, and above all, has been fair in billing,, polite, and professional. A true gem! I cannot imagine a better lawn and tree service.
VERRY RUDE!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR I called Bobmar just to get a estimate and he told me it was $50.00 which was fine because I have the end house so I asked is it still that price if I have the end lot and he said yes and then he started asking when I last cut my yard and I said about 2-3 weeks and he asked why and I said because my lawn mower broke so he said we are only taking long time new customers and the he started getting rude and before I could say anything else he HUNG UP the phone... VERRY RUDE
I hired Robert Chung after he came to my house and gave me a fair estimate to clean 8 cocconut palms. The day he came he increased the price by 80.00. He came with two workers who did a fantastic work . When I told him that the agreed price was $80.00 less he accepted the original price and asked for the check. He left right away leaving trash behind in the yard. I have to pay my yard guy extra to take it away. If you hire him do not pay until the job is completely done!!!
Got the job done, the owner himself showed up for a quote on time on a Saturday morning, gave a fair price lower than two other companies I had quoted with, no need to negotiate price, he assessed the amount of work to be done, offered options to save even more if trash removed by the county for free and proceeded to give the best price he could possibly do that work for, 10 minutes free appraisal, he is very busy but I was able to get the work date within two days from the appraisal, his crew showed up on time as agreed and the owner right after to supervise the process, within three hours they were out of my property with all the work done. I tipped his crew and they walked the extra mile cleaning and were very appreciative. Never mind high maintenance people’s reviews, specially those who write and didn’t even try their service. Down to earth, do you need tree service? Bob will get it done for the best price.
BobMar is by far the best lawn/tree service/stump removal I have ever used. He is quick, efficient, and personable. They have the best prices in Miami! He gets the job done right the first time. He is very flexible with what you need done and when. I have recommended him to all my friends and family members.

Horrible experience, owner would not even come by to check the awful job he never came by after when I called him or the day of the job.
After $1000 + left my yard in a mess.My neighbor came over and asked if would recommend him to trim 13 avocado trees after looing at my yard called someone else.Im very disappointed and disgusted.Im a senior and now have to pay someone else to finish.FYI he charges $300/ hr.

Mr. Bob is a true professional and such a people person. He explained what he would do for us and delivered exactly how he said. He and the crew were punctual and worked efficiently to safely remove 2 trees. I would highly recommend this company!
was hired to remove 3 trees for my elderly father, only did two and left a mess and trunks 2 foot high....called about 10 times to find out why they didnt finish the job and never spoke to anyone until i called from another number and was hung up on....They took payment from sn 85 year old Vet in advance of finishing the job.....this company is a disgrace
Very bad service, i would never recommend him or his company, was hired to cut 3 trees and only did 2, try calling him so he will finish the job and mever andwer the phone again, i should have read the reviews before. HORRIBLE COMPANY, If you are thinking on hire them DONT!
Very professional, came to give me an estimate, reasonable price and on time for the job. Left everything cleaned when he was done. i will highly recommend the company. By experience, i like to be present when the job is being done, can always avoid later problems by you being in the scene.

When a truck and trailer runs a red light on quailroost drive/107ave. Ignoring established rules and laws of society. I can imagine they will also if or instructions on your lawn care for your home or business. Steer clear of this business as they hire folks that break the common laws our society follow.
Bob and his crew know how to trim trees - I have oaks, sea grapes, mahogany, avocado trees - all that need to be trimmed for hurricane season - and they always go a great job. The trees thrive. and (knock on wood) the winds blow right thru them rather than blowing them over.
VERY RUDE!!!! At first, Robert Chung, the owner, was very professional and trimmed my trees as agreed. However, he did not pick up the palm fronds that fell over to my neighbors yard and when I called him to let him know my neighbor had tossed them back into my yard, he would not return my calls. After leaving several messages asking him to please pick them up, I called from a different number and he answered, only to say for me to cut them up and throw them in the garbage myself or have my lawn guy throw them away. He was very rude and hung up the phone on me. He asked me to write a review, so here it is Mr Chung!
Such a down to earth guy. Hes super friendly and price is pretty reasonable. Hes really efficient and gets the job done!
Very rude ! Bad service from the beginning , I call for prices. He say he will go to my home at next day at 9 am ?? He never show up ; I call back to ask when he is going. He was very rude and hangout the phone on me . Thanks god I didnt spend my money on this company.
I requested an estimate to remove the mango tree from the rear of my property (no shrubs, flowers or additional trees in that area) and 5X5 overgrowth vegetation located in the front yard. He wasnt willing to provide me a quote unless I measured the circumference of the tree trunk.. ok, cool. I wanted to build a good rapport for future projects. Finally, he provided me a quote and said he was going to throw in the removal of the overgrowth for FREE. He arrived hours late from the scheduled time. He wasnt able to complete the job so I scheduled again. Finally, he grinded the tree stomp (upon reading Lanas review from yelp...I have to check if they actually remove the stomp). All the wood debris from grinding the stomp and several small tree branches was left behind (cant mow my lawn). Also, the overgrowth was never removed. I called, left voicemail, and texted him and no reply. I called and texted him the same day with a different number and didnt receive a response. BE AWARE consumers...He mention he has so much business. so I think this might be an incentive to provide poor workmanship and/ or inflate prices to catch up to demand and to increase profits. Minimum charge is 250
