Updating this review 6months after to say how effective the service has been ! One thing is to be roach free for a few weeks, but it s now been 6months and there has been no sight of a roach!!! Really impressive!! Review 6months ago: Excellent company and professional service all the way through! We had tried everything short of calling pest control, and within days after the service our place was free of roaches. Chistian and Jon were both excellent, very knowledgable, and extremely punctual (in miami is not a minor plus)! Highly recommended!

Quite frankly we have paid your company close to over a thousand dollars for pest control service, and have sealed the gaps that were recommended for us to seal, and we have also hired a professional cleaning service and we are still seeing roaches in our apartment. Yet your companys promise is that the pest will be effectively eradicated if hired. What else can be done no ensure this outcome is attainable?

Terrible service! Don t even bother calling this place for pest control. This is the only pest control I have called that says they can only service if you have verified parking space for a commercial vehicle and liability insurance?! Otherwise they wont come out?? What???

He s been helping me combat fire ants around the lawn & even careful with my monarch butterfly area. I also have a cat with asthma & I love how they recommended doing the exterior of the home to avoid the cat from having any reactions to interior fumigating .He does such a good job outside, that I haven t even seen not one critter indoors. I couldn t recommend this company enough! I ve had a great experience so far with every visit. I bought my first home that came with some unwanted roommates. I wanted a company that used natural products but don t let that fool you - the natural stuff works! You do have to put in some effort on your part like sealing any entry points and staying on top of any activity but you can t go wrong calling them. For roaches, they schedule two visits two weeks apart. All of the staff is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are very thorough and arrived early to every appointment and even came after hours to accommodate my work schedule. After my 2nd treatment I noticed a few strays and they came back and retreated my whole kitchen for free as part of a 30 day guarantee. Don t be discouraged if it doesn t work after one treatment. They are extremely difficult to get rid of but if you do your part and work with them, your problem will likely be solved.

After hearing rave reviews from the neighbors on the Nextdoor app about this company we were excited to finally not have major mosquito issues anymore and finally be able to enjoy the back yard that my boyfriend slaved over to pave and plant things in. Johani ( I hope Im spelling that right ) was our tech. He came on time and was very friendly. Not only are we happy to have the mosquitos under control but the yard smells amazing. We can even smell it close to out doors inside. Its not overwhelming. Its just a fresh, clean smell. Mmmmmm. Right after he sprayed (within seconds of finishing ) we had bees and butterflies enjoying the yard so that goes to prove it is indeed bee and butterfly safe and doesnt make them want to stay away. Take advantage of the mosquito repelling tips and information that the company sends. The in2care traps work in a really cool way and if you look up how it works you will be amazed. Highly recommended. *** Update .... We are still using the company and they are great . They are always on time in the time frame they say they will come . Chris is our tech now and he is wonderful. Our security cameras show just how thorough they are with it all. The office staff is very nice as well.

They stand behind the products they use & will come back out, with no additional charge, if whatever you re trying to get rid of reappears within 2 weeks. Natural Resources is the BEST ! I found them when I first moved to So Florida from NY and needed an exterminator. I had 2 older cats and I was concerned that conventional exterminating methods would be toxic. Well they proved how reliable, efficient and how well their technique and services work. That was about 7 years ago. I continue to use Natural Resources in 2 other properties that Ive moved to. I have them come bi-monthly and all those little South Florida pests are gone, and my new young cats are healthy. Its a large piece of mind knowing that there are reputable family run businesses that I can trust.

I am so pleased with this company! I have not wanted to use toxic pest control for a very long time because toxic pesticides kill good bugs like bees and butterflies, as well as the birds that eat insects who have been poisoned. Natural resources only uses non-toxic ways to control pests and they seem to work far better than the older toxic pesticides. So not only is my lawn looking healthier and better; My butterfly garden, my dogs and my own health all benefit from this natural way to control pests. I also opted for the mosquito misting and several mosquito stations and since that time, have not noticed any mosquitoes around my property which is amazing. If you want to keep your family and pets and all of the beneficial insects and animals on your property safe, switch over to this pest control company and refuse to use companies which use toxic pesticides.

Great small business in South Florida, providing pest control without all of the toxic chemicals. What sense is there in killing pests if youre also harming yourself and your family? Natural Resources is the future of safe and effective pest control! Ive had them out three times since buying a house that had a lot of pest activity. Each time they have been very professional, friendly, and happy to explain what theyre doing. The prices are also very reasonable, even though Im more than willing to pay a premium for a safer solution. The pest problems in my new home are significantly reduced and we are working with Natural Resources to identify and solve them each visit. They also recommended a termite company to me (BPM Environmental Solutions) and it was a great experience (as much as you could hope for when dealing with tenting). Both companies are small businesses with friendly people, which is what I prefer and appreciate! Thanks!

It s great working with a very courteous, respectful, and professional company that cares about the environment and all living things (plants, pets, insects, and people). Alyssa has been so helpful, amiable, and responsive on the phone and via emails. Chad, the person coming spraying and inspecting your home, is also very friendly and professional. They send you reminder emails about your appointments. They had to cancel our initial appt because of rain, but made sure to schedule within the next couple of days. I really appreciate Chad wearing a mask, and shoe coverings when he walked into our home. He was very thorough, and let us tag along to see what he saw, and even took the time to get to know us. He showed me the products used and the ingredients listed, and they are truly natural. They left a very nice fragrant smells thanks to the essential oils used. I asked if the products used kill bees and butterflies and Chad explained that they don t spray on flowers for that purpose to not harm the ecosystem. He also told me what I did and didn t need, and how I could save money even if I don t use their services. Now, that s a company! If they are willing to give you at home tips, and even show the products used plus tell you ways to save money if you use them or not...well that s a company worth spending your money. I ll make sure to update and post when they come back for their 2nd treatment.

Was thoroughly impressed with Natural Resources Pest Control....John was on time and explained all the treatment protocols to me. NRPC is really giving my family and I piece of mind that pests will be out of our hair while being safe for our children including our four legged ones.

I had a roach pop up recently and contacted Natural Resources for immediate help. John was able to come out and treat my roach problem within a couple of days of my initial call. John was very professional, thorough and gave me suggestions on how to eliminate problem in the future, as well as, what to expect over the next couple of days. Also, he left my apartment smelling really good. I am looking forward to the second treatment soon! I have an update on my second treatment...Ferdy came out this time and he was an absolute pleasure! He was both knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous! Hes a true professional! Again, he left my apartment smelling great. I HAD a roach problem... I havent seen one in weeks, yay!

As a mother of a toddler, two dogs and currently pregnant, having mosquitos getting in my house from my patio was very worrisome. I refrained from contacting a pest control company due to the fear of the toxins harming my child or animals. Natural resources did an exquisite job solving the problem while using natural produces that were safe for us. The service was overall spectacular from the start. From when I first called and spoke with Alyssa to when the technician that was sent out to my home. The gentleman was very nice and informative, made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. My family has has a terrible bug problem for months. Finally called in the experts. We have a small house in Fort Lauderdale. Based on how professional, responsive, and responsible the folks from Natural Resources have been, I wouldnt use any other company to deal with my pest control issues (ants and the usual icky creatures who occasionally make their way inside). From the scheduling to the actual inspection and service, they were excellent. Its sad to say that its a rarity in Miami to find any service-oriented business that meets the simple criteria of being on time, pleasant, and able to communicate effectively--all while doing a great job. And...they fixed my ant problem much better than any firm Id brought in previously. Their prices might seem high but they are comparable if not much better than other firms that were not as effective.

I used this business for my residence. So happy to say that I can now enjoy my backyard without personally feeding the mosquito population. I can sit outside and not get bitten. So happy with their service.

Pleasantly surprised. I m always searching for responsive, honest, qualified and friendly companies. I have had my share of pest control companies that charge a lot for pulling a hose off the truck and spraying everything in their path. Natural Resources is very different. They were on time, clearly communicated the problem and plan of action. Reasonably priced and never in a hurry. They explained, took their time and carefully applied the products, watered the plants and made sure that all was as they found it. Chad and John were excellent. And Alyssa, in the office, was texting with updates. If you are looking for a conscious company that does what they tell you they will, you have found it. I highly recommend them.

Im very happy with Natural Resources. They spray my yard with organic chemicals which is so important to me as I have pets and I care about wildlife and our environment. What a lot of people dont realize is that when they spray their yard with convential chemicals, like Truly Nolen or TruGreen uses, birds eat the insects and then they are poisoned. It also harms wildlife and our water systems. Furthermore, a close relative suffers from Parkinsons disease which has been linked to exposure to pesticides. A pet goes out into the yard lays around and then comes back into the house and spreads whatever residues are on its coat on the furniture, bed, etc. Natural Resources shows up on time and their office staff is very attentive and courteous. I find their pest control service is very effective. When I used other pest control companies I had a long-standing problem with worms all over my yard and theyd make their way into my house. I believe they were millipedes. Apparently they dont harm the grass so most companies chemicals dont target them. I am absolutely thrilled that Natural Resources got rid of them for me. I also really like that they offer the option to dust the crawl space with boric acid. I want roaches killed before they enter my home, not once inside. Plus, I have never allowed the interior of my home to be sprayed. Applying boric acid to the crawl space is a very effective method of killing roaches, ants, spiders, etc. before they enter the home. I also really like Natural Resources business model. Several years ago I used Truly Nolen and then TruGreen. When I wanted to stop the service I had a very difficult time exiting the contract. I later learned that those businesses avoid using the term contract so as not to scare off customers and use service agreement instead, which is actually a contract for all intents and purposes. Natural Resources doesnt utlilize contracts. I appreciate that they dont try to trick or trap their customers like most pest control services do by requiring contracts. I also feel it speaks well of Natural Resources that they are confident enough in the service they provide and rely upon that to retain customers rather than forcing customers into contracts.

I found this company by chance on Yelp, but I am very glad I did. The entire Natural Resources team provided excellent service from the very beginning. I called them as I had an issue with my newly installed sod which seemed to be getting sick. Chad went out to my house a few days later and he identified the issue right away and provided me a thorough explanation of care. He treated the lawn a few times and even came back one week after each treatment to make sure it was effective until the fungus was eliminated. I would strongly recommend this company for any of your lawn care needs. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch. I also liked the fact that they use natural products that are safe for humans and pets. Thanks again!
