This company has customer service in their DNA. From the receptionist Jennifer to the team on the field. They came out when they said they would to provide me a free estimate. The estimate they provided me for a new irrigation system was the best quote, granted half of the companies were a no call no show to provide me an estimate. I moved forward with MC let me tell you they did not disappoint. Arrive on time on the day of the work and the team did a great job and upon completion of the work cleaned up behind themselves. Company agreed to send an estimator showing interest in wanting to service my home. Spent 30 minutes getting an estimate. Was told it would be in later that day. Followed up a few days later, no response. The phone just rang and no one answered. Thought that was strange, followed up again 2 weeks later and after receiving apologies, no estimate. Normally you would just stop and go to other options, but I could not understand why I could not see the estimate. It turns out this company is so incredibly successful they no longer need to take on new projects. There is no need to waste your time and call them because as I was texted, they are too busy to take on new customers despite them showing up at my home and wasting my time with an estimate. Im not sure why they even have a phone number or a website. How unprofessional can you be? Do not say you were not warned about Mc sprinklers. Glad I dodged that bullet.

Amazing service are the first words that come to mind to describe MC sprinklers. I first contacted them last November to re-position and install new sprinklers. Gilmer was very responsive and punctual, he inspected the property and gave me a fair quote on the job. I accepted the quote and next day it was all done. Excellent service. I received an estimate and same day they came out and primed my well that was not in use for over 5 years. The work began the next day and everything was completed in a total of three days. The work included installation of a new pump, relay, timer, irrigation of my front and back yard and several drip systems for multiple planters. After having problems with my irrigation system for over a month, they were able to come on scene to my property the very next day after I contacted them the evening prior. This company is great. They installed new sprinkler systems fair price and did a good job. What impress me the most is that two weeks later I asked Mr Molina if he could come by because a sprinkler was pointing a little bit away from my garden and he came back and redirected it to my garden the next day. And 6 months later I again call them them and explained to Mr Molina the problem I was having that some walls were turning yellow from stains and the very next day he came and redirected the sprinklers he needed to redirect free of charge. And told me how I can wash the stains off with a stain remover and he even texted me the link of the product to use.

After calling and texting a few businesses, I sent a text to the team at MC Sprinker and they replied within minutes. In fact, they were the only team to text or call me back.
