I hired Greestar after being tired with my garden crew always damagig my sprinklers. Their service is great. They inspect my sprinklers proactively once a quarter and I call them if anything seems amiss. YEsterday they came when my rainbyrd sensor (which they also installed) malfunctioned due to dead battery. I alm also saving $ with the installaiton od digital sprinklers which i love.

This is a 5-star company without a doubt. They did excellent work replacing my old broken sprinkler pump with a new, more powerful, and efficient pump. Peter is a very unprofessional person with hidden charges that made the final price too expensive. He only had to replace the pump because it was not working and for no real reason he added several new accompanying that were working correctly and did not need replacement. He offered to modernize my 220 Intermatic Timer and replaced it with an identical but new This makes no sense. Tried to charge me for two extra hours of work because all zones would be fully pressurized and this was in the contract. Very rude; When I tried to discuss disagreements with him, he used offensive words. We made several efforts to get him to come back to verify the work and he never came back .In summary; I paid a lot of money and I still havent finished the job.

Exceptional professionalism. We ve been fortunate to have Peter at Greenstar maintaining our irrigation system for over a decade now, and there aren t enough good words to describe how helpful he has been, time and time again. We rarely have any issues because of our quarterly maintenance inspections. Once every few years we have to have some repairs done, usually because of damage by gardeners or something like that. Quick anecdote- two months back our irrigation system was essentially destroyed by electricians when they buried the electrical supply line to our house. I emailed Peter on Wednesday. He came by Thursday afternoon to inspect, set up a repair plan and provide an estimate. The team spent all day Friday (at least 8am to 7:30pm) renovating the system, and Peter completed the final touches and his personal inspection of the system on Saturday morning. This is the kind of professionalism and dedication you simply cannot find in Miami.

Greenstar Landscaping and Irrigation is my go to irrigation company! Peter responded to my request and his team arrived the next day. They replaced the irrigation system controller with a Rainbird digital Wifi-connected controller, replaced clogged sprinkler heads, flushed the lines, and repaired two leaks in the system. I was impressed with their professionalism and skill. They did a great job and my irrigation system works flawlessly! Why there work is top quality... - They carefully dug the trench for a new irrigation zone. They didn t cut my Comcast Cable line that runs in the same location. - They painstakingly worked to move the gravel rock garden to lay the new irrigation line along the side of the house and then restored the rocks to a perfect level and even condition. - They reapplied weed paper as requested in the gravel rock garden. - They left the necessary instructions for the digital wireless controller at my front door - They removed all trash and debris and took it with them vice place it in my trash can.

Used Greenstar to replace a well pump, check valve, zone valve and timer. Fix several broken pipes. Replace, add and adjust several sprinkler heads. Peter and his crew were on time. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Made the repairs in a professional and timely manner. Would recommend their services and would use them again.

Peter, the owner, came out to access my needs very soon after I called him. My sprinkler system was not working and my residential lawn and plants were in bad shape due to lack of water. We had a meeting of the minds and his team came out a couple days later right on time. They were also able to answer all of my questions, and all of my concerns were addressed.

I called Greenstar Irrigation on a Saturday to give me an idea of what to do with a broken sprinkler, left a message, and within 2 hours Peter Masi, the owner called not only with an idea but telling he was coming to see the sprinkler. Within an hour he was at my house, did a 7 point Irrigation Diagnostic & Service call, located the problem and had his repair tech on the broken sprinkler. Very knowledgeable and informative. The sprinkler emergency was solved that same afternoon. September 2022. My sprinklers were not working and I called Greenstar. Peter , the owner came and spotted the problem right away. Sent his son, Ramon and his crew and within 1 day the problem was solved. Highly recommend. They do an excellent job, organized, polite and friendly. They do the work in a timely manner.

I needed a new timer for my irrigation system and had a broken water line. Peter, the owner, contacted me and discussed my issues and arranged for a technician to come out. The technician showed up on time as promised and reviewed the system. He replaced my broken timer and set it to water on the correct days and times. Next he found the broken pipe, dug it up and repaired it. When the work was completed he cleaned up his work area before leaving. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions. I am very pleased with the work done and the system is functioning perfectly now. While here, he also took some time to review the rest of the system and adjust the sprinkler heads to provide the best coverage.
