Javier Landscaping Inc in Miami

I’m not happy to do this review but we hire Javier to take care of our condo and Your team refuses to accept our requests. They are cutting the lawn too close ro the ground that it is killing the grass and helping the weeds. I've asked several times. I explained why they can't cut so low or mowing too close to the ground. . But they refused to change. I really DONT RECOMMEND this company.

I needed a big tree to be cut and couldn't find the right person to do the job until I called Javier and Mario his helper. Not only did he showed up for my free estimate on the day I called him but was honest and knowledgeable. I called him to make an appointment for Saturday and he said he would be here at 8am, he showed up at 10mins before 8am which was very impressive! Javier and Mario both worked straight for 5 hours non stop until that tree was cut and all branches and debris was taken to the front of my property! Not only did they cleaned up the mess in my yard but all 3 neighbors in my back yard that branches had fallen in their yards and Mario was nice and respectful enough to cleaned it! I Highly recommend them for any landscape and or tree trimming services! A very happy customer!

Javier and his team of professional landscapers are awesome! We hired them to clean up our property and do monthly maintenance. The property looks 100% better. They are communicative, on time, clean, care for their work and the team. Delivered what they promise with no excuses!

Javier and his team are very polite and professional. We used him last year to trim up all of our coconut trees for the annual "Hurricane Haircut" and called him again this year. He came with his team of 2 men - everyone was efficient and effective. I love that they are also very thoughtful and careful in everything they do. This is extremely important to us as we are on the water and the coconuts are located by the dock and pool with landscape lighting all around so allowing big palms and heavy coconuts to come crashing to the ground recklessly is not an option! After a great trim, they cleaned up well after themselves including the debris that fell in the pool and waterway, which should be expected but we have found many don't take this seriously. This is our 12th year living here using many different companies and we highly recommend Javier if you're looking for someone trustworthy and responsible to work with. We asked him for some quotes for additional work needed and we will continue to use him without hesitation. Gracias Javier!
