TJ's Landscaping & Property Maintenance in Methuen

I recently had the pleasure of working with TJ's Landscaping, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The crews attention to detail and the exceptional communication from the administration and crew made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their crew went above and beyond to ensure that every thing I had mentioned and was concerned about was taken care to the T. Moreover, their communication throughout the work was exemplary. They kept me informed at every stage, I never felt out of the loop. Overall, I can't recommend TJ's Landscaping highly enough. Thank you, TJ's, for an outstanding experience!

I called multiple times to inquire about renting a dumpster, but no one ever answered the phone or returned my phone calls. For this reason, I can't actually comment on delivery, quality of the rental or any other service they may offer. I can say that customer service is so bad I will never attempt to do business with them again

They wants to charge you an arm and a leg without even going the work. They say they came and never snow up. This is not the first time it happened to me. It happens like 4 times last year. Decided to give it another try this year and with the first time I schedule them it happens again. They want to charge me when they haven’t came and say they came! They are a SCAM!!!!

Have used this company in the past and they were very good, however the last 2 times I was extremely disappointed. The lawn came out very nice it was for a clean up, however, they blew all the dirt and dust towards the house instead of away, damaged one of the columns on the new deck, and the dirt got in the back side of the house and all over the siding and window sills and all over the deck. When they blew things they didnt put them back in the right spot. The owner did come down and assure me it was going to rain Friday and I should be all set. The column and siding need to be fixed and the house need to be power washed, and the inside of the house needs to be recleaned, shame on me for allowing a second chance. TJ : In response to your rebuttal the dirt was delivered last summer and is wrapped in a tarp and secured, where the mess was made was not near the soil. I am sorry you are not happy with my review but since you say I’m the only one who complains you will be fine. Best of luck to you.

TJ recently did some work for us on our front lawn. It was a nightmare with rocks everywhere, dead grass, and an over bearing amount of weeds. We reached out on a Saturday, he came the next day to quote it, and then came the following day to do the work. Very responsive and did an excellent job. The most impressive part was his pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely be using him again.

I got 3 quotes for a landscaping job of removing 2 hugely overgrown junipers, and chose TJ’s to do the work because the owner seemed very invested in doing a good job. They arrived at 9am and by noon it was all done, cleaned up and hauled away. I’m very pleased with the work they did and will definitely call them again in the future if I need landscaping.

Quick turnaround! They are very responsive on the phone and I was able to get a very reasonable quote. Work was completed well, they cleaned up after themselves and were easy to communicate with. Will use again!

We needed a spring cleanup badly so I called a few landscapers but this is their busy time of season. Tom returned my call, came by and reviewed the property. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. We then scheduled the job and he got it done within a week or so. This was amazing to me - after all, we are new customers who had no prior relationship with Tom. The job itself was fabulous - rake, dethatch and mow - but as I went around to check after they left, there was extra effort performed on weeds around the house and garage that was not a part of the quote. Tom just took care of it because it needed to be done and that's the type of businessman he is. If you're in need of a landscaper - then TJ's is the only call that you'll need to make.
