Beyond Lawn Care & Landscaping in Mesquite

You guys delivered and put down grass however, you first left a whole pile of dirt in the street. You finally came back and cleaned I had to give them a big push broom to clean however , left a big mess and took me over an hour and a half to clean up all the dirt and mud on the sidewalk and street. Then find out yall don t even do landscaping, go with another place for this.

Excellent job at a fair price. They solved a long-term problem where we couldnt get grass to grow by filling it in with rocks. Now the neighbors are happy and we are proud of our lawn. I will use them in the future for all my landscaping needs.

They no showed on April 11 when they were supposed to come out and assess my lawn. They never communicated until I reached out at almost 6 pm and asked where they were. I was told they were too busy and MIGHT come out the following day. The person that came out could not have been more rude. My lawn had not been cut in almost 2 weeks, long but not crazy long or anything he told me it would be $120 the first time and then $50 a week. When I balked at the price, he said well, we are a professional company. Whatever that means. He was talking to me like I was stupid. I told him I d think about it and let them know. He left, and Beyond Lawn Care never reached out again to check on me, see if I still needed service, etc. I mowed the front lawn the next day in about 20 minutes, no problem. 120 bucks, sheesh. Definitely not recommended.

I just recently hired Beyond Lawn Care & Landscaping to help get my grandparent s back/front yard back to life. It was extremely overgrown, tree limbs hanging on power lines, grass a mile high, and junk everywhere from their dogs chewing things up, etc. I reached out to them on their website and I got an immediate response the same day. I should add it was also on a holiday, no less! Despite it being their busy season and this being a very time consuming job, they somehow got us on the schedule the same week. I don t live close so I could not see it personally, so they sent me before and after photos. It. Looked. Amazing! My grandmother was thrilled with how wonderful everything looked when they were finished. She commented on how nice and professional they were to her too. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy! Their prices were reasonable and they were very communicative during the entire process from start to finish. They came out and gave me a reasonable price to clear the entire area. Except for a weather delay they were very prompt and communicated with me every step of the way. This could have been a review of a quick cash transaction and a mediocre rushed job; however I am happy to say my interaction with was much the opposite. Anyone could have just came on their own time and done a leaf job, but Beyond Lawn Care worked around the rainy weather and kept me in touch with their availability and eased it into my schedule as well. If you ve read this far into the review it goes without saying they did a great job. Perhaps the best part of the service was that they were genuinely kind. Not that they had to be they just were.
