ODYSSEY LANDSCAPING INC in Mesquite

I wish I had something positive to say about this crew...I really don't. I know I have some neighbors here in my community that feel the same. I've been here 7 yrs. and the list of issues gets bigger and bigger each season. And don't get me started with the " owner" of Odyssey. He is curt, rude, and has 0 customer service skills. I wish some other Co. would take over, perhaps residents here could have their properties taken better care of...

These workers are as inept as it gets! They let your yard get so wet they put ruts in it when they mow. Their weed control doesn't exist and they show no pride in their work!

Nestor the owner of Odyssey is a pleasure to work with. Assisted us in designing a beautiful backyard for me and my wife. His install crew was efficient and hard working. Nestor has followed up with us regarding watering schedule and plant care. I would and have recommended Odyssey to friends.

They DONOT return calls nor have anyone to answer the phone. Waited 9 months on a landscape request. Ripped up landscaping and it has been 14 days and no one had returned to complete it.!!!!!! In a HOA so I'm stuck with them.

These guys are the WORST landscapers I have ever encountered. They absolutely destroyed our oleander bushes and our grass and cost us hundreds of dollars in water for improperly setting our sprinkler system. They even destroyed an expensive lawn ornament and just left it lying on the lawn in pieces. Their workers are rude, incompetent, and poorly trained, if in fact they are trained at all. We've made several requests to the workers, all of which have been ignored, and our landscaping always looks terrible when we let them handle it. We have complained to our HOA to no avail. Do not hire these guys unless you want your landscaping to look trashy!

Kind of hard to rate a company any better, who can't seem to return phone messages or answer the business phone in the first place. I called in hopes they could provide a meeting to give an estimate for monthly maintenance on my back yard. I guess they couldn't take the time to at least return my call and let me know they were not interested or avaliable... Not really a good way to do business in such a small community, where people talk and read reviews.!!

I would not recommend this service to any one. The HOA contracts with them so I have to be happy with their service right. Called several times for bids on work and the never have given me bids on work or a call back. The majority of home owners do not like their service on our propertys looking more getto every day nothing trimmed shaped or taken care of.

Today's experience was good. The gentleman that was working in the area fixed the issue I was having with the front yard sprinkler system not working. As I was told last week by a worker that he checked it and said the timer was set on auto program for the system. I watched the system for a week and the front system was not operating at all. The gentleman also told me that next Wednesday when they are out in our area doing their weey work that he will do repairs to the sprinkler heads so that they are operating more efficiently. Thank you.
