We couldn t be more pleased with our experience with Kokopelli. We chose them to construct a new in ground pool with spa. The communication was great and their timeline of the finish getting done was exactly what we were told in the beginning. If there was a delay for a couple of days we were notified. I would highly recommend Kokopelli, our expectations were exceeded!

We needed to have some patio pavers replaced after having our new awning built. They were scheduling months out but managed to squeeze our job in quickly. Their guys did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kokopelli replaced a bad valve and waterline that another company installed wrong. It was prompt, very well done and a reasonable price. They have quality employees and do it right.

I got a quote for my backyard landscaping.I stopped by office twice to ask about changes. I was told I would receive a call about changes, I never heard from anyone, so I went with a different landscape company.

We were very happy with the landscaping job that Kokopelli did at our home in Sun Crest. They took my ideas and made it look exactly like I had in mind The only negative feed back i have is that it took several weeks to get the job started, because they are super busy. We were told we were 6 weeks out and it turned out to be a little more than 12 weeks. But, we understand, and the yard looks to clean and great.

We had Shane from Kokopelli Landscaping design and landscape our back yard. We are amazed every time we walk out of the house and see the beautiful result. The crews that worked on our project were all very professional, polite and even tolerant of our dogs. We simply could not have had a better experience nor asked for a better outcome!

A couple minor issues: crooked palm, originally brought out a couple incorrect plants, crooked garbage enclosure (sub did), but overall we are happy with results and enjoying our yard!

I have used Kokopelli for my landscaping since I bought this house in 2008. They always pay attention if anything isnt getting water and repair it if its a plugged nozzle or something, Im only here part time but anytime I return or while Im here. they always do a great Job

Great people to work with

Kokopelli installed our over sized lot landscaping, which is the neighborhood gem! We receive compliments and drive by onlookers regularly. Kokopellis maintenance crew keeps our lot looking great. An Easy Flow system was recommended to keep plants healthy, which taps into the drip system to feed plants routinely. Our plants survived the hottest summer as a result. Kokopellis work is excellent, crews are courteous and truly take interest in our landscape needs. Highly recommend Kokopelli Landscaping for new or renewed landscaping and expert maintenance.

Kokopelli did a paver enclosed trash receptacle & pathway as well as a driveway expansion this year. Did a good job and looked great. 1 side of the drive expansion settled over some time and had some cracked bricks. I had Brandon come out and look at it. He wasn t happy with it. I initially thought just fix the settled area and cracked bricks. They redid the entire area. Looks great, cleaned everything up and left the existing landscape looking untouched. Very appreciated and looks great! Highly recommended and stand behind their work.

i think there truck was stolen and/or those are not the owners who did the theft in the truck for all of you confused

Kokopelli did a fantastic job on our landscaping last December. They are super friendly and hard working. When we call for some advice or help with more plantings Arturo is here the next day and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Always gives us extra tips on watering and plants. Shane has always been extremely responsive to us as is Gustave! The office staff is efficient, courteous and friendly. We are so lucky to live in Mesquite and have such a fabulous landscaper here!

They did great work in both finishing up our landscaping and building our new pool. It is wonderful! Their workers were prompt, courteous and very helpful through every step of the project. We highly recommend Kokopelli Landscaping!

Kokopelli Landscapings truck was stolen on 2/11/24 that was involved in the ATM robbery. Please know that we had nothing to do with that event and the police are investigating. Be mindful your negative reviews are affecting our business, as we are also victims of this crime. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Mohave County Sheriffs Department.

I ordered 5 cacti but only received 4 cacti and an ATM. Therefore they only get 4 stars.

These guys do great work! I hired them for a job about a week or two ago. And I just saw the completed product I ve never been so excited. When I walked out they walked through everything they did and every step of the project. And when I say no one else could have done this I mean it. The atm they showed me was beautiful the screen worked and there was barely a scratch on it. I can t recommend them highly enough fastest and least damaged product ever!!!

Do not recommend they will rob you blind they don t even care who sees it.

They were soooooooo friendly they ripped my business doors down and stole my atm. Thats guest service. I didnt even know my atm needed to be rehoused at their place of business. They give you service you never even knew you needed

We live in Sun City and this is the second time we have had Kokopelli landscape our yard and we are just as thrilled with them this time! We had them build a privacy wall, small retaining wall between us and our neighbor, widen our concrete driveway with brick, run a brick path down to a gated trash receptacle which they installed. Their crews were great to work with and they did quality work.

They seem to do good standard work, but I cant afford their extreme profit margin.

Kudos to the men of Kokopelli Landscape who installed turf and then a crisscross design of pavers in my yard. Their teamwork was very impressive. Thanks to each of you for a job well done! Team members were: hard working, efficient, polite, and good craftsman.

Unhelpful in the proposal process and the pricing is far higher than the competition. The end product looks the same at every house. If you hate your neighbors this is the contractor to use. In the winter they star at 6am 6 days a week with loud trucks banging dump truck tailgates, honking and gas powered equipment. Loud yelling and music. The worst is the use of a gasoline powered saw used to cut bricks. Completely unnecessary. Excessive noise, dust and smoke. There are portable electric saws that use water to reduce dust smoke and noise. NOT a fan of this business.

We used them to put in a pool with a water feature. They messed up the steps to the shamu shelf - which was immediate and then said they could fix it but we didnt trust it wouldnt crack so we left it. They left a lot of dirt on the tiles (that I had to clean myself); they had tons of overspray on our house wall (which they eventually did paint); our cool decking started cracking (which they have fixed) but now we have some more areas; they didnt know anything about the Hayward system and the system reading and the water reading when taken manually didnt match. Sales was easy, but when isnt it! Getting them to respond to any communication and commit to dates/times was near to impossible. While we love our pool, we would not recommend them for any work.

Did a terrible job on our house then said not to worry, we won t leave you hanging. Guess what, they left us hanging. Had to file a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors board. Stay away. I know it s hard in mesquite but there are better contractors out there.

I contacted them for an estimate on pavers, plants, and a pergola. Brandon came measured etc... said we would have our estimate within the week. I have called twice asking Brandon to return my calls and to verify they had my correct email after almost 4 weeks no response from him or have I received my estimate.

The work was professionally completed and looks wonderful. It was reasonably priced and added value to our property. I would recommend Kokopelli and certainly plan to use them in the future.

Unbelievably overpriced!

Kokopelli build my pool. The spa leaks when the waterfall is on. I called to see about getting it repaired and they told me they wont come out to repair it because they only work warranty customers. If you want service after the sale dont use this company. Negative

Pool Construction: Too bad we can t give negative zero stars for this company. Michelle, their project mgr couldn t be less present or more unprofessional. I give 5 stars to their crew for the hard work and courtesy, but workmanship, not so much and it s because they are thrown into work they haven t done before. And for several messes left and sloppy work- 10 stars. Almost every trade meant someone had to come out for a clean up and in some cases, a do over. Not recommended and consider yourself warned. Too many photos to post but feel free to contact me, I have plenty.

We recently lost them for our montly backyard landscaping maintainer. Therefore we found ourselves with grass and plants without tools needed to maintain ourselves. We contacted other companies but none either never took the time to contact us back, or turned down our request for help, or were so expensive we could never afford them. I called Kokopelli and they not only answered the phone calls, they were timely having someone come by and review our planed ideas for the backyard to be even more maintenance free, but the estimate was fairly reasonable and quickly prepared for our review. The estimator also provided some minor tweaks to our idea for a better project overall... I have been happy with their work in the past and am expecting the same for this project. I hope not to be disappointed...

The lady I spoke with at the counter was so very helpful. The person I needed to speak with was busy so she took the time to look up cost for me. Very professional.

Great place for landscaping. Good customer service

I havent used them but the fact that they got in contact with me immediately we talked about what I needed he called me back after looking at everything Im thrilled I told him to wait a little bit and so next month I will review this again Im thrilled. I really appreciate the fact that they showed up They looked at what needed to be done and they contacted me again. Perfect. I hired them on the spot to just clean up the mess. Obviously, will repost as to how it turned out. I asked them to delay (snowbirds) so hubby can see their work and they were willing (and time wise it worked better for them) to do this late September.

Rusty is amazing. honest fast and fair. was very please with everything they have done for me. Thank you!

We had Kokopelli for several years, they doubled the price last year so we dropped them and the service was poor, I keep getting Bills for service they never done... for almost a year every month get a bill from them for that month, I keep contacting them and they say its taken off but they continue to come

Called several times to get a bid. Never heard back from them. Called M & M Lawn care. They showed up that day, gave us a bid and had the work done when they said they would!!

We used their service for 12 years, and overall were satisfied. The last year things deteriorated, but were still receiving value for the cost.

Had a new home built in Sun City, Mesquite, NV. Shane, Quinn, and Brandon designed and oversaw the transformation of our lot from dirt to a showcase (to their credit, not ours). From the extended patio concrete, the pergola, the outdoor kitchen, the landscaping and boulders, to the front courtyard gate by Brandon Iron, Kokopelli has worked magic. Can t thank them enough and highly, highly recommend them. Please come by 726 Bridle Path Lane and see for yourself!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They have ZERO respect. Are not professional whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager several times and was given the go around. Horrible customer service!

Live in Entrada and they manage our landscaping. If were not cleaning up their cigarette butts and empty water bottles than were raking up the debris/detritus they leave behind. They have difficulty completing the most insignificant tasks and they generally break more things than they repair. If you need them, they can often be found hanging around on the property of residents that are out of town. There are many fine landscapers in St. George. Find someone else.

We ve had great experiences with the crews from Kokopelli working on our initial landscaping, follow up projects, and now maintenance!

I have called at least 4 times in the past 2 weeks to get someone out to look at a tree they planted in my front yard that I think might be dead. Each time they tell me they have put in a work order and have told me that someone will be by but no one ever calls back or comes by. They have installed landscaping in both my front and back yards (we paid an additional $10-12,000 for work in our back yard) and I have not experienced such poor customer service in a long time. I will not be calling them for the work we have planned for 2019.

Poor communication skills

These people just told me the $800 tree (currently dead) they planted for me six months ago only had a 90-day warranty. This is now the second tree theyve planted in the front of my house that was poorly planted and/or dying as they dropped it in the ground. I will not do business with them again.

Local service in Mesquite NV. Good planning and professional installation. Their ongoing maintenance is thorough and excellent.

Bad scheduling and horrible customer service. They told me theyd be here Wednesday or Thursday then didnt show up till Monday. Big waste of time. Then my wife was afraid to answer the door because the guy was knocking loudly and sounded upset. With the city contract I guess They dont need people like me.
