From meeting with Mike who was a no pressure salesman to Ivan, the crew manager, wonderful gentlemen who were kind, considerate and understanding of my budgetary needs. I am an older widow on a fixed income. This company is THE BEST you can find for your landscaping needs! BEAUTIFUL work! I was so incredibly satisfied with the results of my new backyard! If there is anyone, anywhere to meet your needs no matter the design, you can trust in them! I am elated with my new backyard - these guys are the best around! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We are returning customers of Always Green Turf because we were very satisfied with their quality of work and service in the past. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has left us disappointed and hesitant to recommend them in the future. Our project included irrigation system repairs, building a new brick patio, and giving our pool decking a facelift. Initially, we were pleased with the estimate provided by Cameron during his visit to our home. However, we noticed a couple of days later that our irrigation project quote had increased. When we inquired, Cameron explained that the owner had decided the materials and labor would cost more than originally estimated. After discussing this and being reassured that there would be no further surprises, we reluctantly agreed to the new quote. Shortly afterward, Cameron informed us that the pool upgrade materials and design we had discussed were not feasible for their team. He offered an alternative option, promising that there would be no additional charges due to their initial error. We agreed to the new plan, only to be informed later that the materials would cost significantly more and we would have to pay the difference. Despite Cameron s prior assurance, he admitted he jumped the gun by making the promise without first consulting his boss. This lack of consistency and integrity led us to cancel the pool project entirely. On installation day, things went well initially, but problems arose during the irrigation repairs. The workers did not seem to fully understand our concerns about leaks in both the front and backyard. They repeatedly tried to convince us that the backyard leak was due to water pressure issues, despite our clear explanation that this was not the case. It wasn t until we turned the irrigation system on and waited for the water to build up that they finally acknowledged and addressed the actual leak. Additionally, when checking their work, we noticed that some water lines in the front yard were not functioning properly. The workers claimed they had added a water reducer to fix the issue, but when we pressed for details, they couldn t provide a clear answer. Upon further inspection, they discovered the lines they installed were defective and replaced them on the spot. However, it was frustrating that they initially attempted to justify the issue instead of resolving it promptly. This experience has left us questioning the company s integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. We feel that Always Green Turf is more focused on securing payments than ensuring their work meets the expectations they set. Unfortunately, due to the numerous miscommunications, unfulfilled promises, and avoidable errors, we can no longer recommend this company for home improvement projects.

I had the pleasure of going with Always green turf for my backyard remodel. Tom was my PM and it was a delight working with him and his team. They did an extremely fast and efficient job. Had no difficulty ever getting ahold of them. Truly what I would recommend for anyone looking. They even had a veteran discount which made our decision to go with them easy.

Do not use this company . The person came out whose name was travis. He was the tolleson area guy. Gave us a quote. Told us what our interest rate would be. Then when we had to add myself to the title. They switched the interest rate from a 9.9 to a 15 percent . Without telling us . They also told us we would need certain stuff to take out a palm tree a big stump grinder. Charged us for it then they just cut the roots with a chainsaw. Work was mediocre. Project manager didnt come out til after 2 weeks job was done and many phone calls that they never returned. Also they put the artificial grass on the street and just let cars drive over it without them caring. They said they could take out my lanterns and put them back in. They damaged all 3 of my lanterns. They reimbursed us some for the cheapest lanterns they could find at home depot. Also they had like a 10 year old kid doing demo in the backyard, you know fun child labor laws that apparently dont apply to them. Anyways this place sucks, travis is the worse, and please avoid this place , dont make the mistake we did.

Update: I was contacted and apologized to regarding the strange work crew experience. They are having issues with their phone line which is why I didn t originally receive a call back. I was given an Amazon gift certificate and the information I originally called seeking was given to me. I am happy with my turf in my back yard and hopefully the company applies lessons learned for future customers. This review is a little late (my install was May 2023) but recent interaction (or lack of) with this company motivates me to post. Always Green Turf did a great job selling me on their product and on actually installing the product. I had interviewed 3 different contractors and their bid came in the highest but they came down quite a bit to secure my business. The problems started when the job occurred: the project manager was some 2 hours late to arrive after the work crew who spoke no English. Instructions on the relocation of rock were not relayed to the crew resulting in 2 iterations of relocating the rock instead of one. I witnessed one of the workman go out to the wash behind my house to urinate and at another point when I attempted to communicate with the crew there was some inappropriate verbal and nonverbal communication that transpired. All of this I communicated directly to the project manager at the time this project completed and he said he would speak with them. My turf looked good so I was content to move past this disappointing experience. One of the selling points of this company is an extended warranty - but recently I called this company so I could find out what weight turf I had installed - I ve left 2 voicemails and haven t been called back. I can t imagine a warranty is very useful with a company that doesn t return phone calls. I m confident I d have had a better overall experience with another contractor. I m sorry for waiting this long to share my experience.

My first time ever dealing with turf and I just did a full redo of our backyard. Added a pool and wanted a little green to bring out some color and comfort. Have to say that this was a great idea calling Always Green Turf AZ. I spoke with Travis and he came to my house within 48 hours, brought plenty of samples, gave me some excellent suggestions and booked me all within the same week. The installation was on time and extremely quick. They even did some travertine borders for us that came out great. They offered me a fair price for this excellent product and my family and I couldnt be happier. We found them thru NextDoor and turns out they have done most of my neighbors properties as well. Great find and would recommend!

From start of getting a quote to finishing the project was fantastic. My project was completed in two days and turned out great. I am so happy with the new turf that was installed in my front yard, new pavers on my side yard in the back, and the crushed granite that I had them place for my new fire pit area. My grass looks great and my kids love playing outside now. They created a plan step by step to get it completed and coordinated everything from the concrete curbing and flagstone stepping stones. They did a really good job of helping achieve my vision but sticking to my budget. My next step in my backyard will be rocks and I will definitely be contacting them! They also provide various financing options which were quick to apply and get. The team maintained communication regarding schedule and availability. They showed up on the agreed dates and did the backyard in 4 days. The team worked throughout the day and caused no disturbances. ORIGINAL POST: They did such an amazing job. Everyone worked so hard. I definitely recommend! And they did our pavers and gravel too! Vanna, our dog, loves the grass! UPDATE: They hit the AC condensation pipe causing a leak in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. I understand accidents happen and I was willing to work with them so my insurance did not have to file a claim with their insurance. I did not want to pay the deductible since it was a sudden break and clearly their fault. Video cameras, timelines, and reports from two contractors photos below. Justin was great at communicating throughout the process and I appreciate all of his help. I only heard from the owner when they wanted to make sure the funding wouldn t be delayed because of this damage. So no concern for what we ve been dealing with at all. SO impressed with this team and how hard they worked in the middle of the summer heat. VERY Disappointed that there was a lack of concern for how inconvenient these repairs are for our family. One week of keeping one baby, a five year old and two dogs upstairs while the water damage was being repaired and will be well over one month of not being able to use the downstairs bedroom or bathroom before everything gets approved insurance and repaired. Definitely put a dent in my plans to host a housewarming party. Accidents happen. Choosing to disregard the impact the accident had on our family and lack of accountability is why updated this review to one star.

We saw an ad on Facebook and just decided to respond. We were contacted right away and had an estimate set up in a few days. We read reviews on Yelp that helped us feel confident in moving ahead with the project. We can t say enough good things about the installation team! They were all kind, hard workers, and completed our small project in a day. This company only asks for payment after the work is complete! We can highly recommend this company based on our experience. It was so late when they finished we were unable to photograph the finished product. But what you see in their ads already shows the quality of their work.

Always Green Turf has been a disappointment. The installation job seems to have been poorly done, as the weeds are growing through, defeating its purpose entirely. The lack of responsiveness from the company and sales representative, even after multiple attempts to contact them, is extremely frustrating. A claim was submitted regarding the subpar job, but unfortunately, there has been no response or resolution as of yet, even though the installation was completed less than 9 months ago. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been marred by poor quality work, unresponsive customer service, and a lack of accountability from the company. Do not use this company!!.

Always Green Turf did amazing work on my back yard. The level of work they do I far superior to the competition, we couldn t see where the seams were! I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Always Green Turf. We recently had a pool put in and the rest of the yard was a bit of a mess. We had a lot of weeds and the grass was patchy and mostly non existent. We had a retaining wall that was just loose pavers stacked haphazardly. At the first appointment, we shared our vision with Travis from Always Green, he took measurements, and then he sat down with us on the designs. He also provided an estimate which was very reasonable (we had received other estimates from 3 companies that were all thousands of dollars more). He provided some professional recommendations. In the designs and we agreed for them to do the work and scheduled right then. After he left we iterated a couple times on the design until we got it right. On the scheduled day, the team Xavier, Manuel, Rene, and Juan came and started working building the wall and leveling the yard. The project manager, Tom, also came. I explained the job and walked them through everything we had finalized with Travis. There were a couple things that didnt get communicated from the design team to the builders, but they made sure they were clear with me before starting. The whole process took 3 days. Tom communicated well with us on the progress. Xavier made sure to ask questions if there was anything unclear. Also, they cleaned up pretty well after. There were a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked after, and they made sure to take care of those quickly. Tom provided us instructions on how to care for the yard to make it last a long time. We are very happy with our transformed back yard!

This company sucks! The sales guy is so nice and once they get your money it s over. I did the front of my house and grass and weeds are every where growing through the artificial grass. The river rocks they placed have grass growing all through them. We have paid for landscapers to kill all of it, but they did such a horrible job placing the turf that I will need to get someone to fix. I text Austin the sales guy and no response. I used Paradise Greens in the back yard and had NO problems. They were great. Look them up, Always Green Turf sucks!

Been almost a year, try and call now and cant seem to talk to a human. Everything is AI. And no one will call you back. Be ware!

Great work from Always Green Turf! Pricing was on par with other companies that were advertised in the area, but went with AGT since theyre licensed, bonded, and insured. Pavers were delivered the day before work, but were the wrong colors. I contacted the project manager and he resolved the issue quickly. They came on time and began work right away, overall work only took two days to complete. Will be contacting them again in the future to finish off the back yard!

I highly recommend Always Green Turf AZ. From the start of the quoting to the finished product, they were wonderful. I appreciate Travis for making the trip out to get all the measurement and the quote was out that same day. He also answered all the questions I asked. Tom was very responsive when I reached out. The only issue was that the crew arrived late, but at no fault of their own with their trailer getting a flat tire on the way here. When that was fixed, they still made it out and completed the project the same day. They were very professional and hard working. The finished product was wonderful and Tom was able to send me a bunch of maintenance tips. Looking forward to no more watering, cutting, and over-seeding.

Always Green Turf did a small job for me recently in my backyard and it turned out great. First of all the salesman, Travis, showed up on time for the appointment, looked sharp, was diligent in measuring, showing samples, everything. So far so good - the front of the house is on it. After getting the work scheduled a team of three guys led by Carlos came out on time, fully equipped and got the job done in maybe 7.5 hours. He explained the cleaning and maintenance to me, advised I get a turf rake and was easy to deal with. Again, it was a small job but they were professionals. The guy who supervised the job, set up my warranty and collected the check, Tom, was very customer service oriented. You want service and his attitude is great about it. I trust these guys and will use them again. I suggest you give them a chance.

Our backyard was a mess since we moved in and was overrun by our dogs. Finally decided to get our yard done. We had several companies not return our calls for quotes or didnt show up for an estimate. But Always Green Turf AZ called us immediately, did the estimate within a couple days and 2 weeks later they were starting construction! Within 5 days, Always Green Turf AZ transformed our yard into a beautiful oasis! Now the doggies have their own space and we have ours. Of the four (4) companies we contacted, Always Green Turf was by far the most professional in their project presentation. The project presentation was the deciding factor for us even though they weren t the cheapest but they weren t the most expensive either. It was worth the additional cost to insure professional installation and follow up after the installation and sale. We highly recommend Always Green Turf.

Start to finish AGTAZ Did an AWESOME job! They Dropped their materials the day before and stayed in contact with us before they showed up. Project start was 5:45 AM. They got it completely finished and cleaned up in just shy of four hours. These guys just pound out the work, no sitting around and talking just doing the job! Everyone of the crew were friendly and professional. Tom, the forman, stopped in to make sure everything was going as it should. He went over a few dos and donts that you should know about turf. He followed up after the project was completed. These guys got in, got the job done, and left the area cleaner then it was when they arrived Cant leave out Travis. I was skeptical about synthetic grass at first but after the job was completed it s far surpassed anything I envisioned. My backyard went from an eyesore to the garden of Eden in just a few hours. The Installers were friendly and went about their business professionally and efficiently. They left no trace of their debris, not even any dust on my driveway. Bobby & Kyle were excellent to work with! They were super patient as I worked through HOA issues (board turnover, resubmittals, etc.) for a few months. And once I got approval, the install was scheduled for the next week! The team arrived promptly in the morning and removed my gross old pavers and installed turf within a matter of hours. Kyle checked in throughout the morning to make sure everything was going smoothly. And now I have a wonderful yard that my daughter can toddle around and play in. Pricing is very reasonable as well!

I was contacted 6/19 and scheduled for 6/27 for installation. Product was dropped to my house yesterday and men showed up and have been working today. From the moment Mike came to give a a estimate he was courteous and very informative and even when what was supposed to be the end was of my project he came through in a pinch with my new revisions. But the crown jewel of my experience had to be my project manager Kendalynn. She was right on point with my vision and even add details that just put the cherry on top of my project. She came for a final walkthrough and even herself completed something I said I wished I thought of when the guys were there. In my opinion five stars does not do this service even close to the actual satisfaction I received and the best customer service. I can t wait for my next project in my front yard to call on them again. Best experience! I m so happy with the work.

I appreciate the work that was done and the final product does look good, however I am not impressed with the road that got us here. Materials were just thrown in the street, noone even checked if there was a better spot to dump them on Monday. Didnt even have the guy ring the doorbell. This would normally be fine other than the fill dirt was blocking half the street. Tuesday no show due to rain in the central valley. Wednesday Installed turf first time. Loaded my sod to be hauled away even though we asked for it to moved to the backyard. Decided to remove irrigation without asking and plugged the hole with the bubbler that was attached. Installed on the wrong border line and clearly didnt match the plan. Thursday, thankfully someone came and corrected the line and the turf now looks much better. Cut my irrigation line trying to find it after they buried it. Directly lied to my wifes face about having taken measurements to ensure that the turf would be at least 2 feet away from sewer connection. Decided to replace rock that was removed by taking it from other areas of my front yard. Overall very unimpressed, the lack of communication is one thing but directly lieing to your customers face is a completely different issue. As mentioned it seems like a good quality install, just very frustrated with customer treatment

A wonderful experience. I made an inquiry online, Mike called almost immediately. He came by the next day, measured, and drew up a plan. He helped us refine the plan saving us money. He promised the project would start in ten days and take 2-3 days. They delivered exactly as promised. We did not have to put ANY money up front, and they accepted a personal check as payment when the job was completed to our satisfaction. It looks great and we are very happy.

I had an appointment with Zach to get an estimate on our back yard. He arrived exactly on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and was very professional. We booked with him that day and was contacted the next day to schedule the work. Everything was such a smooth process.

The lawn looks great!!! The beginning of the install, not so great. The crew arrived on time, but they acted like they didnt know what to do. They spoke only Spanish. I speak English. Communication was difficult. The project manager spoke English but did not get to the site till 6 hours later. The second day went better. They actually sent someone who spoke some English and the project manager came earlier. The loan process was simple. The end results are great, but be prepared for a bumpy start.

Our turf looks great! They did an amazing job! The green sand gets everywhere, but the final product looks amazing! They were able to get it done so fast as well!

First meeting and estimate were done in a very timely basis. Everything went smoothly with the installation, although it ended up being one more day than anticipated. Worth the extra time as the installers made sure they did a quality job and did an outstanding job in making sure the seams were not visible which I was initially worried about. Update:If youre looking for a company that cares about its customers long term, this one is not it. Reached out for a simple recommendation over a month ago. Got nothing but excuses for the delay. A simple recommendation, thats it. Once they got my $16,000 they just didnt care any longer. Want to give them five stars but I cant. The yard looks great! Turf looks awesome. But the customer service was lacking in the beginning. No communication for weeks. Was told 2 to 3 weeks and done. Guess they meant 2 to 3 months. In the end it all worked out. Owner talked to me and apologized for the miscommunications, delays and mishaps. Made sure the rest of the project went great. Like I said in the end, I have a beautiful backyard and the dogs are loving it!

Just finished our new putting/chipping project in the Canyon Views area. Project went from design to completion in two weeks. Design was done by Zach Lehman with our input. Carlos installed the turf and was the most meticulous worker Ive seen. He contoured the green to have rises and breaks working closely with us. Ill definitely go with Always Turf next year when we finish off with our paver project. Their no interest for 12 month financing option made the difference between doing it this year or next.

Just had my backyard re done with Turf and pavers. Austin was great keeping me informed of when things would start, Tom the project manager was great letting me know when the team would be there to to the work. I was told it would take 4 days, however to my surprize they were done in 3 days. All workers were very nice and polite, when i had to let my dogs out to do their business. Always Green Trurf Rocks!! Yes, that sounds contradictory, given these guys do the best artificial Turf installs in the Valley, BUT not only did they install turf in our front and side yards they also added the extra aesthetic touch of a rock river. Tommy and Aaron were fantastic to work with, their crew is VERY good at what they do, and I was surprised to see how quickly and efficiently they accomplished everything. When the rock river was added, I had to be out of town for a training conference but knew I could count on Aaron to bring what Id envisioned into a physical reality, and it turned out absolutely fantastic! Always green was our choice for backyard renovation. Austin was very prompt on time and designed our backyard based on all our inputs. Nathan was prompt on putting the design into reality. They completed the entire project on time. Our backyard went from a pile of rocks to resort style in a couple of days. The clean up after was perfect. The guys worked without any interference to our schedule. They answered all of our questions on time.

They told us a timeline and were able to complete sooner then expected! Always Green Turf did a great job with our backyard. We did a paver walkway and patio plus turf with rock covering the rest of the yard. It was exactly what we wanted and looks great! The crew was respectful, clean, quick, and did a really nice job. The quote for the project was also very competitive! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to spend time with the crew explaining the plans to ensure it was done according to the plans that were discussed with the sales rep. There were a few times I had caught some things that were incorrect and needed to be redone. That should have been done by a project manager, not me. But luckily I was there to catch the mistakes before it was too late! Overall, when considering workmanship, price, and professionalism with those I interacted with, 4 stars.

The project was for the backyard. I used pet artificial turf with micro ban infill. Used pavers and rock as well. Austin did a great job at designing with a detailed written copy for me to have. Installation was completed in 1 day. The crew was quick and efficient. They did quality work and thoroughly cleaned up. I will use them again to have the front yard done.

If youre shopping for turf, I believe your shopping experience should and will end here with Always Green Turf. Mike (the designer) was very professional and accommodating. I told him that naturally, I was shopping around. He did his best to keep the bid competitive. I trusted him and all the other positive reviews on here about the quality of the work, and I m glad I did. I called AGT, Mike was at my house helping with design and estimates in a week, and the turf was installed about 2 weeks later. It was a 2 day job. I would definitely use always green turf again in the future hands down. After the installation, Nathan came out to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. There were one or two little things that I wanted to touch up (moving the removed rock into places I still have rock so that it s level with the higher grounded turf), and Nathan said that wasn t a problem. I loved that AGT wanted me to be 100% satisfied and they had no problem adjusting one or two things so that I could feel great about my purchase, which is certainly do. Thank you Mike, Nathan, and Crew! Cheers. My only suggestion/feedback to AGT would be to have a sun screen installer/contractor on payroll. A one stop shop for all turf needs so to say. This would have made my turf buying experience a tad bit easier and I definitely would have gotten them from AGT instead of shopping around again. Nonetheless, I got the sun screens elsewhere so the turf doesn t melt.

We were looking to replace our grass in both our front and backyard. I made an inquiry on yelp and within hours, Always Green Turf was the first to reach out and fastest to schedule our free consultation. Tommy listened to our wants and drafted a plan. We were impressed and committed the same day. In our meeting we expressed our tight timeframe expectations and Tommy was able to make it happen. Initial plan was to be completed just shy of 3 weeks from consultation. To our surprise, Justin called to communicate our Project Manager assigned and let us know they were able to get us bumped up a week. Aaron our Project Manager was great in communicating expectations of how the process would work and when his team would arrive. The team arrived as plan and worked hard to complete our job in 2 1/2 days. We experienced one minor miscommunication with our sprinkler system, but Aaron was extremely responsive and had his team out the next morning to rectify the issue. Additionally, since Aaron was across town his partner Nate came to our house to ensure the sprinklers were fix and complete our final walkthrough. Nate s calm demeanor, ability to listen and ask appropriate questions and through explanations was quite impressive. Overall, we would highly recommend Always Green Turf for your turf needs. From start to finish our job was completed in 2 weeks and 1 day which exceeded our expectation.

Always Green Turf exceeded our expectations for Artificial Grass and Rock/Gravel replacement. The process was very smooth starting with a consultant coming to our house and making great suggestions based on our needs. When it comes to the installation, I was expecting the job to at least take 2 days if not more, however entire backyard was completed in 1 day! Removed existing rock, replaced with new rock, put in new paver borders and installed the turf! Incredible! I highly recommend Always Green Turf for any outdoor landscaping needs!

They did great work! The crew that installed the turf did an absolute phenomenal job. Very hard working crew. I d give the experience a 10/10, however, I did have some check cashing funding issues after I explained my transfer to the funding account had not cleared yet. I was told they would wait to pull the money, but they ended up doing it the same day which as you know causes issues. So a little better communication would have been appreciated, but it was an overall good experience.

The grass is seamless I ll give them that. The retainer wall for my planter is garbage. They didn t do any water proofing which was my main thing. It bleeds when we water the plants. When I brought it up they just extended the warranty on the wall a few years but it s not going to last. The brick joints aren t filled in and the cap isn t secure all the way down. It hasn t even been a year and all the grass is laying down. I had them come out to address it and they threw some cheap silica sand on it when I paid for the upgraded pet friendly stuff (3k). The grading was poorly done which was my second main thing. When it rains the puddling is ridiculous at my back porch. They charged me an arm and a leg so I expected more. I would not recommend them to my friends or family. For 18k it should be pristine. I didn t even mention the shot out stucco and paint they had to touch up after taking my gate down and banging up the wall. Note to owner; come check out your guys work before you so quickly cash the check.

I am in awe of this company! Everything was so quick. With moving into a new house, everything has been so slow and takes months to even get scheduled. We did a quick online request form and someone came out the next day. Jaron came out and helped us come up with a design that was affordable and worked well for our needs. They were then able to get us on the calendar within 10 days and it took only 2ish days for the project. The crew was efficient and polite and they worked so well! The work foreman came with a full crew and completed the job in one day that was quoted two days. The foreman was also collaborative in addressing minor changes and on the fly adjustments. They even returned to fix a minor issue with our door opening post install and pavers coming lose. They always worked with us on pricing to be competitive and we re able to start our job 5-6 weeks in advance of of the other vendors. They also did an excellent job spreading the decorative rock around the yard and removing trees and vegetation. I would recommend Always Green Turf as a 5 star business.

I am very happy with our Turf and the team that completed the project! Austin was great with the sale and we did not feel pressured at any time to add anything extra we didn t really need. He set clear expectations and they stuck to the timeline agreed upon. Justin called to schedule the install and we were able to schedule about a week out on the day we hoped for (they did have availability sooner). There was a bad monsoon 2 days before our scheduled install, leaving the walkway to the back yard very muddy and we were unsure if the project would stay on schedule. They showed up, threw down some dry dirt over the mud and went to work! After they were finished, the crew cleaned up ALL of there messes including the tracked dirt/mud on our driveway. Flawless experience and their 90 days same as cash financing option let me move quicker on the install than I had previously anticipated. Quote by Ryan was provided on 8/13 and installation was completed on 8/23. Their crew of about 9 guys came at about 6:30am and excavated, by hand, about 8 tons of rock, 6 fully grown plants and a dozen boulders weighing anywhere from 100-400 pounds each. They repaired an 8x4 ft section of existing pavers that were sunken. Trenched to bury a low voltage lighting wire that needed to stay. Installed a paver border with pavers I provided at the edge of one of the turf areas. Filled an area around my pool pump that needed some of the rock they removed. Leveled the ground perfectly so the turf would line up with the pavers at the right height. They compacted the underlay material, installed the weed barrier material, nailed down the turf and worked the sand over the top. The crew was here for about 12 hours working through the heat with only a break for lunch. They were Amazing! I opted for the premium playground turf for added durability and nice deep green color. Nathan came around 10am to see how the project was going and went over remaining tasks to ensure we were all on the same page. All around I couldnt have asked for a better, this was the best landscaping experience Ive ever had.

I used Always Green Turf for a big project in my backyard. I went from 1600+ sq ft of real grass to 720+ sq ft of excellent grade artificial turf, with entirely new border, re rock rest of area, and added stone steps to garden area. My yard looks amazing! I had a combination of pavers and artificial grass installed and am really happy with the quality and appearance. We did have a design issue which took over a month to resolve due to scheduling issues. They did provide good customer service and resolved the issue. Overall I m happy with the outcome!

I brought 8 total groups through for quotes, AGT not only came in as the second lowest bid, but my salesperson Ben was tremendously helpful and patient with all of my questions. He spent the most time of anybody with me going over options and design - very professional, and the sole reason I moved forward with Always Green Turf Things got very messy after that... The crews who did the install were quite sloppy - leaving beer caps and other trash around the yard while also helping themselves to my personal gym equipment on my back patio (and not putting things back). There were numerous large obvious seams, matted areas, discolored patches, low spots around the boarder where they ran out of gravel and other small details. As I made the project managers (pluralized because I dealt with 4 different ppl total) aware of the issues they sent repair crews out over the next several weeks without issue. There was a clear communication breakdown somewhere internally - as the repair crews fixed one problem they would create others by not blending new seams, or equipment failure causing oil stains on the turf ect. All in all it took 7 additional visits to fix all of the problems. Im not the pickiest person out there but I just wanted it to be right since I was sinking a huge chunk of money into the project. This is why you always use a licensed and bonded company with good reputation - even though it was borderline disaster at times, the team at AGT never were rude or pushed back at all about my concerns. They agreed the quality of work was not what they wanted to put their name on, and did everything they could to fix every issue. All said and done they made it 100% right with me, they are very honorable in that regard and Im very appreciative of the professionalism. The final product is honestly better than I imagined and I stand by my decision of going with AGT. One side note - the turf gets unimaginably hot. The last attached photo was taken at 12:00pm on 5/29 where the days high was only 97f and shows the turf at 175f!

Professionalism throughout the entire process. At each step the Always Green Turf team made sure we were happy, from the consultation with Ben, from follow-up calls/texts with Sion, to the forman and installation team. They showed up early (on-time) and went to work. The team also made sure to keep us involved and discussed the design/vision we had for our backyard as well as gave their feedback and thought process. The entire Always Green Turf staff made this install enjoyable. Such an awesome experience. We are absolutely in love with our new space.

We had our entire backyard renovated and it looks great and was completed in less than two days! They put in pavers and fake turf and now we can enjoy being in our backyard.

2 days after my turf was installed it melted from the sun. The sales rep and installers never mentioned anything to me about the windowsnin the area. I would have done something to prevent it, bit how was I to know? They say theyll tell me what I need to buy to prevent it from happening and over a week later...nothing. They never apologized for not telling me and instead insist that I was informed. I reached out again advising that I was expecting to hear back on what I need to do to my windows and I receive yet another lack of apology and am told to go to home depot. Thats it!! They were quick to take my money and blame me, just bad business when they are the experts. Ive gone to home depot and lowes and am empty handed and feeling hopeless. Thousands of dollars gone and I have blankets protecting my turf from the sun. Worst experience ever!

Scheduled consult with Ben who arrived early but text me to let me know. He was very professional and explained the whole process start to finish. We signed the estimate and were called the next day to schedule. We pushed off the install until our pool was done. There was a small miscommunication on the scheduling but our project manager Justin made sure they got started only a couple days after the original date for the install. All the rain in AZ slowed them down by a day, but they had everything in and done in one day. The crew worked over 12 hours to complete my yard but when they were done it looked great. The took extra time to clean up both the front and back yards. I couldnt be happier with the out come. I fully recommend Always Green Turf AZ.

We had a good experience with Always Green. Everything was explained thoroughly when we received our estimate and the job was completed as scheduled. We had turf, rock, and pavers installed in our backyard and it all looks great. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is one day I came home to find that one of the workers had left our hose running. It had a spray nozzle on the end so water wasnt escaping everywhere, but it still should have been turned off before the crew left. Otherwise, we are statisfied with the work and service provided by Always Green and would recommend them to others.

When starting the process I texted, Ben and he replied quickly. I texted him a picture of the spot we were looking to do, I gave him the dimensions and he gave me a quote over text. We scheduled an appointment two days later and not only was his quote really close to what he texted me, he gave great suggestions on how we can get the most for what our budget was. Justin, followed up with me soon after I agreed to the quote to schedule the install. They were upfront and let me know what to expect, and if I wanted to be completely done before the day I asked, they told me what they could do to accomplish that. They kept to their word, completed the project a week before I needed it to be done! They were honest and very responsive. I don t know a lot about turf and felt that I wasn t being sold , I felt like they were truly wanting to get me the best deal possible and were not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Always Green Turf to anyone. I forgot to mention, they did everything, they laid the border, took the excess material away, laid the weed barrier down as well. One other turf company I called did not lay boarder or take excess material away which I thought was weird. Again highly recommend this company!

We found this company very professional and efficient to work with. They called ahead of time when we first received a bid, their knowledgeable representative was on time to look over our yard and then he was able to schedule our work to be done the very next week. The crew finished our yard in five hours! We are very happy with the results - neat and GREEN! It looks good and the dogs love it!

This company s address isn t correct and the only number you can call is someone to schedule a estimate, so if you have an issue there is no number to speak with anyone because it s seems they only care about making money not issues they have created by being negligent. The craftsmanship was okay I got pavers/turf and a retaining wall done. Communication was pretty much non existent. My 2 day job turned into a 2 week project. I heard every excuse from Aaron in the book on why things weren t getting done. From running out of gas to not having enough material to compete the job. My brand new pavers/wall are stained with concrete because they did the retaining wall last.. which i advised against. I should have found a new company when they no showed on my first consultation. You should too. Edit Shortly after my review where i mentioned communication was non existent. Three men walked into my backyard while i was working in my backyard with my headphones in. (Let themselves in through the gate) to discuss the photos attached. I have three big dogs that could have easily gotten out or even bitten one of them. Super frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.

We can now enjoy our patio, have friends over and not be embarrassed and work on our short game. We had them put in a 5 hole putting green and a small brick patio/walkway so we can sit outside and relax. The crew worked so hard for 4 days to make this happen. They have a great team of people, his project manager Nathan was also very helpful. Their work turn around is fast, if there were no shortage of pavers, the 2 weeks wouldve been just 2-3 days. We had pavers installed on 1/14-16/2021 only at this time. The paver supplier delayed the delivery, and there was a miscommunication as to how much of the removed top soil we wanted relocated to our backyard. In the end all went good and we are happy with the results. Company representatives are easy to work with to make sure things are the way you want it. They came through for us.

I would 100% recommend Always Green Turf to anyone. Our initial consultation with Tommy was great and he had everything measured and estimated in minutes (and he was out on a Saturday to do it!). Justin was able to schedule us to start in two days after our initial lead time was estimated at 3 weeks. Aaron our Project Manager was extremely communicative and called to check in frequently with updates so we never felt like we didn t know what was going on. Our very large project (turf, pavers, gravel) was done and installed in a week. The installers were super fast and organized. If we have another project to do, Always Green Turf is who we ll call.

After having some issues with my dogs tearing up turf. I received a call back and the project manager came out to see the mess my dogs had made. I decided to put in a dog run. Take the turf out (which wasnt ruined) and place rock in its place until dogs got older and less destructive. The warranty wasnt covered due to dogs, but Always Green Turf took care of it for me. I only had to pay for the replacement of gravel and I am keeping the turf for the future. Thank You Always Green Turf for working with me and my situation. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Will use you in the future!

My experience with Always Green Turf was amazing from start to finish. The entire team was great. They made everything very simple and were always responsive when I had questions. The tradesmen were professional and placed everything to my specifications. My kids and I absolutely love our new yard; even the dog is happy!

Amazing service and care. We bid our yard 3x and Ben was the only person who spent the most time measuring, asking questions and truly listening to our needs. Ben also mentioned areas we needed a darker window screen material to prevent turf burn. This info was new to us and were so happy we knew about it prior to our install. We were so impressed by his knowledge and care that we approved our bid right then and there. We did not have to wait almost a week to know how much our project will cost or keep calling to request it like the competitors. We were scheduled and completed within 3 weeks. The materials were dropped off the night before neatly near our yard entrance and rock followed the next day. The install crew was efficient, neat and friendly. We paid our bill a few days following as the Bobby the project manager wanted to have time to review their work and discuss how we properly maintain the artificial turf and rock from here on out. Bobby spent time informing us of info we would benefit from to ensure life long product. We absolutely love this company, service, ethics and valued their care and knowledge. Being a Colorado native, I am not a fan of desert landscaping! I like to see green grass and not rocks everywhere. Always Green Turf turned my backyard from a mess of rocks into a space with well-placed pavers and artificial turf which my dogs love. The whole experience was quite a pleasant experience; beginning with Arielle, (the more than competent) sales person. The hard working young men who moved all the rock and made my yard beautiful to Bobby who does the follow-up to make certain everything went well. I would highly recommend Always Green Turf if you are considering any kind of turf installation. Oh, I have to add; they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after working in the hot Arizona sun for hours!!!

Everything was amazing, even from the start. Firstly, Nick is a great employee and anyone would be lucky to have him! He took his time measuring our yard, and we had SEVERAL people come out to give us estimates and Nick was the only person wearing a face mask, showed up on time, had several turf samples to show us, and answered any and every question we had. Just had our front yard done by Always Green Turf. After years of battling the Arizona heat, we finally decided to replace our real grass with artificial and am so thankful we went with AGT. We hired Always Green Turf to put artificial turf in a portion of our front yard, and in the dog run in the the backyard. I couldnt be happier with the results: the grass is even and secure, the border brick is solid and artsy, and the grass color is sharp. Really enjoyed working with always green. From the start, Austin was very thorough and understood the plan to working with and communicating with Sion and the crew. I was amazed by the quality of the turf and paver work. And the price was so very affordable. We just had our back yard done by Always Green Turf. They were the most professional company I have ever worked with. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a day. They fixed a sprinkler hose that might cause me problems later so my backyard would stay looking good.
