Hired Dylan for a complete landscaping redesign and resodding of our front and side yards. The total project cost exceeded $22k, and included paver edging, river rock, landscape boulder, mailbox, sod, plants, irrigation updates, etc. For the most part we are happy with the completed project, and Mario and his landscaping crew were great. However, we had several issues on our punchlist that needed to be addressed. We received numerous texts from Dylan stating that he would be out to look over the project, and that those issues would be fixed and we'd be happy customers. We made the mistake of paying for the completed project before those issues were addressed. That was 8 weeks ago and we never saw Dylan again.. WARNING: Do not pay for your completed project until all the punchlist items are addressed. We've had to fix the issues ourselves at our expense.
Absolutely.Horrible experience.They completely ripped us off and didn't do the job. The crew had an attitude didn't know what they were doing . The owner lied to me several times. Ignored my calls and text. I asked for a partial refund due to the incomplete work and shotty job they did and they never did anything and completely over charged after showing up two weeks late and doing a terrible job. Do these pics look like it's worth 1500$ to you? I have text and video of them too. DO not ever use these guys. they literally robbed me and we are considering taking them to court.
Employees were very nice. But we put a deposit down in August for new sod, moved out of the house, had to close on the house without any sod due to the long wait. Called and emailed to cancel the order in October but they ignored the call and email and laid the sod down anyways, at a home we no longer occupy, and then charged our card for it. They’re very hard to get ahold of.
Our initial experience with Dylan and All Around was great, that is why we hired him. The work was done in a timely manner and looks really good. Unfortunately, the crew broke a sprinkler line. Dylan said the repairs would be made with no questions asked…. That was two months ago. Now our new pavers are being washed out by the broken sprinkler line. Dylan has not communicated with me in over a month. It is unfortunate that the customer service is this poor.
I recently hired allaroundlclm to install pavers for my driveway. While the experience had its ups and downs, the final result was worth it. Dylan, the young owner, has a good heart and a lot of enthusiasm. He took the time to understand my vision and offered various design options and material choices. However, be prepared for some lengthy conversations in the beginning. Dylan is very talkative, and you might need to be patient with his occasional delays in communication. Despite some initial hiccups, the execution of the project was impressive. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently. Their attention to detail was evident in the precise placement of each paver. The quality of the materials used was excellent, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. Communication was a bit of a challenge at times. There were moments when Dylan seemed to ghost my calls, which was frustrating. However, once he got back on track, he was responsive and addressed my concerns. Patience is key here, but Dylan does come through in the end. The final result exceeded my expectations. My new paver driveway looks stunning and has greatly enhanced the curb appeal of my home. The design is beautiful, and the workmanship is excellent. Dylan made sure to make up for any mistakes along the way, ensuring that I was satisfied with the final product. While working with All Around LCLM required some patience, I am ultimately very pleased with the outcome. Dylan's dedication to delivering a high-quality result is clear, even if the process can be a bit rocky. I would recommend All Around LCLM for paving projects. :)
These guys have the best cost and do the job well. The owner Dylan actually called me and took care of some issues which were immediately resolved. Not sure any other company would provide such great personal service.
Dylan and his team did an EXCELLENT job turning an 8x40 foot space next to our pool from an eyesore into a fantastic resort-like paver area with new palms, plants, and decorative stone. We couldn't be more happy with the end result!!

Set up a time and date with Dylan to go over property for a quote. I showed up to property waited an hour, called the number no response. Never let me know they had to cancel or couldn t make it. Just left me hanging! So needless to say won t be using them or recommending them to anyone who asks!
Will not return calls, stated theyd come 08/16 and never showed. They said they had two flat tires on the trailer which is understandable. They said theyd definitely be out Saturday. Another no show. Tried to call today 08/19 no response.
They were on time and got the job done. They stuck to the quote given. Dillon was easy to communicate with. We would definitely use them again!
Dylan and All Around are incredible. He literally saved our day in an emergency situation. It was the Saturday before Labor Day and we needed a miracle. My wife called her cousin in distress and he said I know a guy and hes on his way. 30 minutes later, two big Ford trucks came down the street and I knew our prayers were answered. Dylan has the drive and work ethic that I want all of my kids to have. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I needed to come here to write this review. There was a leakage in my yard and after receiving a technician visit and a quotation from this company, I hired their service. Terrible experience. I paid $1650 and after many calls and a letter of complaint, the leakage is still there. Actually the situation is worse than before. I dont recommend them. The next step is to contact the consumer protection office. Look at the picture, thats the status they left behind.

I have hired these guys. They work hard and get paid for the job. Unfortunately non-present homeowners flippers expect something for nothing and fail to follow thru weeding and watering. And btw, your fence is..like..15 years old b
This company has been perfect for our needs. We have a relatively small yard and only need mowing every other week year round. They always do a fabulous job, moving lawn chairs as needed and leaving everything neat and tidy. They are quick, reliable, and don t break the bank. I highly recommend them!

They were very professional; we had them install a brick wall and patio along our shed and install a rock layout with plants and a palm tree in the front. Very well done. Took less than two days. Look beautiful.

The job I needed done was done much more to me than just landscaping. My mother who is on hospice really wanted a paver patio to enjoy. She insisted we get it done ASAP so she could enjoy it before passing away. Everyone I contacted had 2-8 week waits before they could begin the work. Dylan too had a busy schedule but once I explained my situation was willing to move us ahead and get the job done ASAP. We are very happy with the work he and his team did.

This company is very professional. I have called many tree services over the past 10 yrs and not one has done the job right. Most don t even call me back. The prices are competitive. I would recommend All Around Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance to anyone. They were also very prompt and fortunately they were able to set an appointment soon after I called in time for the hurricane season.
We had many holly trees and a couple oak trees along with many shrubs removed and stumps ground Several concrete edging rings removed and sod laid in its place. Dylan s crew planted eight palms trees along with various plants inside beds with palms. We also had the driveway extended two feet on each side with pavers to match existing drive. We are on a corner lot just as you come into our subdivision, so we get a lot of eye traffic from people entering the neighborhood. Our yard has gotten a lot of compliments .ALOT!!!!! We are especially happy with the driveway. That extra four feet is wonderful. Dylans crew .I just can t say enough .hard workers and did a fantastic job ..Highly recommend!!!!!!!!! We might even have a couple more palm trees added beside the driveway. :)
Dylan stood me up with no calls for the first appointment. Quoted me a price $1200 higher then what I normally pay.. His crew was sent to the job with no instructions so they proceeded to remove ALL my mature landscaping with the exception of some palms. We met he agreed it was a complete fubar and said it would be fixed to my satisfaction. After 7 weeks of promises etc now the company is just ghosting me!!! My number has been blocked!! This cost me $2000 which he referred to as a SMALL job. The job started and ended with lies from the owner! He s young and inexperienced on how to run a business. Don t fall for his selling game. It s all hype!! Guess I m headed to court. And when he gets a bad review he gets his people to bombard with good reviews so it moves down!

I strongly recommend that you find a reputable land scaping service! I have a small garden and wanted 5 bushes and flowers planted that I had already purchased with the exception of 1 bush. Dylan quoted me $400.00 which was high but I thought it would be done professionally, so I agreed. Huge mistake and a waste of money. Dylan showed up and planted everything in such a hurry. When I asked him why he wasn t adding soil with each bush, he said, that wasn t in your quote and it s not necessary. All plants were not even deep enough and everything was dead in 3-5 weeks. Very sloppy and he agreed and said his team would come back and neaten up and mulch in the next 2-3 days. Day 3 I called about the mulch and was told they would not return because that was not included in my estimate. Save your money and go somewhere else. Complete rip off!!

We hired All around lawncare and landscape to do some landscaping work and we were delighted with the outcome. Dylan was super professional and knowledgable of his products and services. We scheduled an onsite estimate and within hours we had a proposal in our inbox like he said he would. When they got to my residence everybody look professional and ready to work. I could not say enough great things about the service! Dylan was easy to get ahold of, polite and professional on the phone. I was in a time crunch and they were able to get to my yard the very next day. They did a fantastic job, my yard looks better than most of my neighbors and at a price that is less than most of them pay. My wife and I live in a gated community on Merritt Island, and have tried a few different lawn care and landscaping companies before finding All Around. None of the other companies come close to the quality and professionalism shown by All Around. Dylan and his team arrived 10 minutes early and he was very polite and professional, and after speaking with us about our needs Dylan and his team went to work on our property which is a little under an acre in size. When they were finished the palm trees looked so perfect it was hard to believe they were real and not manufactured for a movie set, and the yard looked comparable to that seen on our private golf course. I contacted all around law care for a few different reasons. I needed trees trimmed, I needed my yard to be remulched, and I also needed to fix some pavers. After I spoke with Dylan he assured me that he could not only take care of all my requests in one day, but he took care of it all that same week! He came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate for their services, discussed maintenance and up keep and told me he would be back later that week to finish the job. The work was done flawlessly and in an extremely timely manner. I am definitely going to hire these folks again!
