I have been using Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care for several years now and have been highly satisfied with their service. The technicians are very respectful of my property and if I have any questions, they always are happy to answer them. My lawn, shrubs and evergreens always looks great and I never have to worry about weeds, insects, mosquitos, grubs, etc. I would not use any other service and I highly recommend them!

They were very rude and unprofessional. I walked into their shop and the secretary had her back to me typing away and said hello without ever turning around. It was awkward as hell.. I knew immediately this place was not what I was looking for. 0 customer service and professionalism...
This is the worst company ever!! Nothing but lies and a money hungry company. You can ask for a specific service, they will do something you COMPLETELY DIDNT ASK FOR and they will expect for you to pay when you SPECIFICALLY said it’s not something you want.
This was the worst company I dealt with. It took over a month to get the first application done and it got rescheduled due to not having enough material. Once they did the application, we had to call them back out to redo it for free. It took forever for them to come back out. We are now being billed for another application, and I thought it got taken care of with the manager but it didn’t get taken care of. This has been a terrible experience.
Excellent service! My lawn has never looked better. I had been using a competitor for three years and still has weeds and clover. Naturescape was priced better and far more effective! They came out within days of us signing up and the improvements to our lawn were quickly noticeable. I have happily recommended them to friends and they’ve been equally happy with this company.
I have used TruGreen for a few years with no issues. I decided to give Naturescape a try this year on the fact they are less money. So far this year I do not regret it at all. I added the insect control treatment this year. I was not sure if it was guaranteed but I started to get bugs in my house not long after the treatment. Never had bugs in the 3 years since my home was built. Sent off an email and they responded and came right out in a couple days to retreat. Talked to the guys (it was training day so a few of them) and they were all SUPER nice. They went above and beyond that day answering our questions. They are also still coming back for the regular schedule treatment. Highly recommend. Great work guys!
We had a serious problem with creeping charley and they started treating that first. Already there is an improvement in the in the eradication of the creeping charley. Very nice people to do business with.

I have been using their lawn mowing service for 3 years. And quality went from great to worst. This season they never come on time. I have to call and remind. They leave cut grass all over the walkway and it covered all the side walks. This week they claimed they cut it two days ago. And they did not. I can tell when the grass was cut or not. Very frustrating. Could not trust and rely on them anymore and the lawn look awful. Canceled their service and hired another company.
My lawn has never looked so good. I am so happy with their service. Had a problem with Creeping Charlie and they sent someone out quickly to take care of the matter. Office staff excellent. Used to do my lawn by myself, NO MORE.
Ive tried to take care of my lawn for years, but never had a green thumb for it. Finally gave up and tried different companies and was never satisfied. Nature Scape is the only company that makes my lawn look great for a great price.
They wont answer the phone before 8am but will be out making noise at 7am. Despite multiple times telling them not to come this early, they still do. Also dont do a good job at clean up, especially in the fall with leaves and sticks. They can provide mediocre lawn mowing at terrible hours. Thats about it. Avoid them if you care about your yard or any level of customer service

Below average work. Did the absolute bare minimum for cutting the lawn. Was disappointed, because reading the reviews youd think they wouldve done a better job.

Mosquitoes have been horrible this year so I had a mosquito application done. Couldnt be more satisfied! We have been able to sit outside after the sun goes down without getting eaten alive!
I ve had nature scape for a few years now. My lawn looks great especially compared to my neighbors. The lawn is green and weeds are weathering. They call ahead to let me know when they will be out. There has been a few times that they had to reschedule because of the weather. They even explained to me that my lawn had snow mold didn t even know what that meant until they explained it to me. Its for me shoveling my snow in the same place all winter. Thanks keep up the good work!
Great company and friendly staff. They do a great job of explaining the services and what our lawn needs. Our yard was mainly weeds, but they were able to eliminate them all. Now we have a full green and healthy lawn. We have also had the bug control service and that is awesome. We no longer have ants creeping around the doors and windows.
My parents have used them for 3 years. They have done a great job turning their yard around. Getting the aeration in spring and fall has done wonders for their lawn. Their staff is amazing they are very knowledgeable, friendly and sincerly seem like they want to make the customer happy. Would recommend

I should be getting 5 applications on my yard that I prepaid for last year November BUT for the last 3 years I have been getting only 4 applications and I have to call them to get someone out to my house. So beware when you prepay they will short you on your applications unless you watch and call them to get out to your home My last year with this company.
While I am able to call at any time to notify them that I have weeds and they need to reapply my lawn, I have had several issues with them not taking the care to avoid putting ruts in my lawn when its wet.
Negative 10 is what I really need here not only have they destroyed my yard but also ruined 5 sprinkler heads and I still have work to do on them. After hiring them for 2 years they finally tell me what is wrong with my yard on the 3rd year, I have zero hope and have not hired them back this yr.
