I used them for a season and tried to cancel when my lawn had weeds that would not go away. They kept coming, and billed me and tried to collect ruthlessly. I would stay away.

Called for an estimate for aeration and overseeding. Was offered a quote for aeration that was 60% higher than other providers in the valley (not independent/small providers, what I would consider to be Weed Mans primary competitors). Then was aggressively pushed for setting up recurring services, when I declined and requested just a quote (clearly indicated I am shopping around) the agent hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional.

I had a really bad dandelion infestation. Within 1 week of calling weedman it was dealt with. When they spray for weeds they also fertilize the yard. Sucks mowing the lawn twice a week but damn does my yard look good. Definitely recommend weedman

Hired them for overseeding in the early spring. I let them talk me into a lawn care program deferring overseeding to the fall. Since then 1/4 of my lawn is dead and the rest hasn t looked worse in the 30 years I ve owned the house. Finally got a call to schedule overseeding and the cost was ridiculous. I m have a neighborhood lane care service do the work for less than half the quoted price.

Last year my grass was beautiful. I was able to talk with my local guy Jason. This year my grass looks the worst it s ever been. Every time I call I get some person in a call center who says I ll have a technician call you back. Everyone of the concerns I have I get a different answer. I am waiting for a call from the powers to be but nothing yet. I am not happy with this company. No concerns for your lawn.

I moved into a home with a neglected yard a couple of years ago and had tried getting the weeds under control on my own without much success. I began weed and fertilizer services with Weedman this year and have really noticed an improvement in my yards health.

This has been a horrendous experience. Do not choose this company. My husband and I hired this company to do some weed spray on a few areas of our small yard surrounding our house and backyard. Initially we had a pleasant experience but as things moved forward we were met with excessive solicitation, up selling, sales people stopping by on random days trying to sell us more after we d already purchased a package. It was borderline harassment. I expressed my concerns and kept our contract. The most recent issues have been the ones that have made us completely regret ever using this company. I received a text last week stating weedman would be by our home this past Monday for a spray, no problem sounds good, this is what we signed up for. As the day went on nobody arrived to our home. I then received a VM that appeared to have been left at 8:45 that morning, when I listed to it it stated that they had come by to spray early that morning, nobody ever knocked the door to let us know they were here, we never let them into the backyard area, so we checked the cameras, nobody ever came to spray .they lied and then tried to charge us for a service. On the flip side my initial concern with not knowing someone had been here was that we have two dogs, had someone actually been by to spray without us knowing what time our dogs went out to potty.. they would ve been walking and smelling the toxic chemicals that weed man tells you are not pet or kid friendly until dry. This was my main concern until realizing they never actually came by the house and spray to begin with and just lied. I called the company and cancelled our contract immediately and ironically enough that same evening the towels we had in our backyard for our hottub were stolen. We ve never had a single crime, burglary or anything happen since moving in here and then as soon as this happens and we cancel our contract our things are stolen that same evening? Idk seems fishy and a little too ironic. We have cameras showing them being taken however it s too dark to identify the person. Overall I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. This was horrible.

Ive been happy with Weedman. Theyve been our lawn service for a few years now and our grass looks great.

We were struggling with weeds and patchy areas in our yard. We have tried other fertilizers on our own with no success. Weed Man came and sprayed for weeds and laid down some new seeds and weve seen a drastic improvement in just 2 weeks! Its worth the investment if you want green grass that look well maintained.

UPDATE: Since my last review, the quality of service has diminished greatly. Weeds have taken over my rock islands and walkways. I am paying 155 a month and still spraying for myself. After voicing my concerns to the customer service I had God knows who show up and treat my lawn, they also sprayed my 3 year old oak tree with herbicides. New update April 24, Im done, they are fired and hopefully didnt destroy any of my sprinklers. They are bribing people for 5 star reviews aswell.

A Weed Man salesman came to our door this afternoon at 11:20am to solicit lawn services and my teenagd daughter answered the door since I was on a phone call. He asked my daughter to get her parents to discuss lawn care. We already have a gardener so my daughter let them know this. She said the man became very irritated and insisted that she get her parent anyway. She told him that I was not available to come to the door right now. Before he finally left, she said he was extremely rude in his facial expressions and tone, mumbling under his breath as he walked away. This company seems to have a lot of good reviews so perhaps this was a new hire who needs to be trained better in people skills, but this was very uncalled for and represented the company very poorly. I have had many people in my neighborhood ask for lawn care referral and this made me want to issue a recommendation not to use them.

The best lawn care around town. I noticed a difference in my lawn very fast. Someone a few years back killed my lawn with a all-around weed kill (family friend), and I really wanted my nice lawn back! Weed Man offers a reasonable price and excellent service. Everytime they call me its always the nicest conversation Ive had over the phone in a long time! They will make sure you, as the customer, always comes first. Honestly recommend their services to anyone looking for a nice lush weed-free lawn. Thank you Weed Man!

I ve had a great experience with this company. I switched from trugreen and haven t regretted it for a second.

Paid 800 dollars upfront for one season of weed control. They continued to come after the season was up and sends me a bill for service I did not ask for. Refused to pay and they sent it to collections. Now I have debt collectors calling. 1st and last time I will use them.

This was my first service by Weed Man Lawn Care and I was impressed! Troy Branson was personable and knowledgeable about the service he was providing. Troy explained everything he was doing and answered the questions I had about aerating and over seeding my lawn and explained why that would be ideal to do this fall. He reminded me to keep my dog inside for a little after the application to allow what was sprayed to dry before she goes back out. He even took the little extra time to clear the leaves off my front porch. Overall, I am impressed and have nothing bad to say! Thank you for your help Troy!

I recently asked for a quote for weed removal. 2 days later I received a call and the salesman was extremely pushy. I stated that I wanted to speak to my partner before committing to their quote. My response was met by the exact words I doubt he will put you on the couch for taking a great deal like this. His response told me all I needed to know about this company. The misogynistic response was extremely inappropriate and showed a lack of respect or common decency for their clients.

Worker was pleasant, efficient, & timely. I needed a bit more notice to clean debris from yard and there was a 2nd backyard that I failed to explain to lawn worker.

We love the service we get from Weed Man Lawn Care! The technician is very helpful and always answers our questions about our lawn concerns. He tells us about any issues or concerns that he sees and he explain what we could to correct the issue or if its a service that they can provide. I kept asking questions and telling him what I wanted and he just kept repeating with answers that were not relevant to what I was saying and after each time he would say would you like us to take care of your lawn? I feel like I was talking to a telemarketer reading a script. So much for their great reviews.

justin a shorter skinnier guy with long hair came to my door he was upmost polite and very fun to talk to he he was funny and charismatic he talked to me about some amazing and affordable plans i can do with weed man and he talked to me ab my choice in career as a tanker for the army and he really like my 1984 Mercedes he seemed like he wanted to but it but he didn t buy the car so hence 4 stars otherwise it would be 5. We had the best experience with weed man.We had many problems with true greens customer service and were hesitant to try again with any professional service. We tried Weed Man and they were consistent, on time, affordable and our lawn is 100% better. We hope our technician is still here next spring!

Theyve been really easy to work with. I paid for the yearly program in advance, and they just show up several times during the spring, summer, and fall to get things taken care of. Havent ever had any issues with their services.

I had done my own fertilizing for years until two years ago when I decided to let True Green take it over. That was a huge mistake. My lawn had never looked worse then at the end of the season. It was brown and full of clover. So I took it back over and rehabbed the yard but couldn t get rid of the clover. I was very uncertain about working with another commercial provider after my first experience but weedman has been great. Lawn looks fantastic and the tech is always very professional and I am just very satisfied with how things went this season.

I have used Weed Man for 3 years and can t say enough how awesome their customer service is and how great their products are. It was 3 years ago my lawn was being overtaken by dandelions. I was referred to Weed Man and within a couple of weeks my lawn was turning green and the dandelions were gone. Thank you!

I would greatly appreciate a good deal on a situation as my yard needs it but we are on a very limited income at this time and cannot afford what you currently are charging.

Best decision we made this year. Staff was knowledgeable, always friendly and did a great job. We requested a reapplication after the first go around and they were very quick to service which was the final bit we needed to get rid of our weeds. Very happy with this team.

I gave Weed Man a shot for a little over a year. They are pricey, but I thought maybe the quality was worth it. We have the worst looking lawn on the street. Other homes are deep green and healthy, ours has been brownish since spring. On the upside, the techs were always on-time, always friendly, and always asked if we had questions. On the downside, the people manning the customer service lines are either outsourced, or dont have any information at all. I did call the center twice trying to get a manager as they referred to it, to call me back, but never got a single call. Canceled yesterday. Hope you all have better luck than I did.
