Handley Landscape in Meridian

Bryan Handley and his team of various subcontractors took very good care of us and our landscape remodel project! Highly recommended. Bryan is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach. He helped us not only refine our design for our yard but also helped guide us in all of the large and small decisions along the way. He and his team provided excellent input and showed real care in not just the quality of work that they did, but also how they did it - they were careful to make sure not to damage adjacent areas and were SO clean every night when they left. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed along the way, and delivered the end results that they agreed to. I would highly recommend using Handley Landscape for any yard/landscape remodels you may have. Five stars, easy.

Bryan is a nice guy, but in general he hires subcontractors to do the work and just adds his premium to your bill. He is not aware of city zoning ordinances and as a result of his advice I ended up in a 3 month dispute with my neighbor. Bryan also went dark and failed to communicate. Very unprofessional conduct! Plus, the little work that he actually performed without the use of subs was poor quality.

Bryan is a very nice guy, and the landscaping project looked pretty good overall. I was told the project would start on the first Tuesday in May, but showed up Friday, with very little work done. Then did not see them for another full week, where only 1/4 of the project was worked on. Then they came back 10 days later and did the rest of the project. The drip irrigation they installed was very sloppy, where I had to go back to steak it down since the tubing kept raising 4 inches above the mulch in many spots. I also discovered the sprinkler valve was installed in reverse. I asked Bryan to come back to fix it, and he replied quickly saying he would be by the next day. No one ever showed up to fix it, and I have emailed him back on 2 other occasions. It has now been 3 weeks without any response or resolution.
