They always help me out and repair what I need done or offer me good advice.
Great service I always call before going when I need parts for my mower or snowblower and they actually put me on hold to check to make sure it’s in stock not just look at the computer. Highly recommend A+ service
Great service. I bought my lawnmower there and have that and my snowblower serviced there. They take the time to listen to see what issues you have and when the job is done, they explain what they did and show you the parts they need to replace.
This is my second experience with this company and I am very pleased once again. They fixed a trimmer for me last time and fixed my lawnmower today. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin was very helpful and made my day returning my lawnmower back to me in tip top shape!
Stay away from this place I took my power wash to be fixed under warranty They came and told me doesn't have oil and warranty won’t cover it which its not true because I checked the oil and was ok Same thing for an old snowblower wont worth $100 They want charge me almost 500$ for it plus more then $400 for the power washer when it only worth $299 new They said if i don’t want to fix it they will junk it means keep it! And i still have to pay money for them that they looked at it when i haven't told of this from the beginning. I just don’t understand why all this good reviews not sure why ppl doing this and not saying the truth.
Spoke with Sharon, I needed some warranty repairs on my snowblower. Sharon was very pleasant and accommodating, the repair technician I spoke with when I dropped it off was very nice. I expect to pi k up my equipment in a week or two.
To eco some other other comments. I dealt with Sharon V. For a third party warranty (which I believe she didn't want to fulfill). She was completely rude and when asked to speak to a manager she stated she was the owner, which I find hard to believe an owner would talk to potential customers this way. I would never use Vumbacos and would unfortunately resort to bog box if I had to or seek out other local repair shops. Seems as though by the reviews I'm not the only person who had poor customer service.

Excellent help night of storm they talked me through and how fix in my snowblower the drive belt came off and they were getting ready to close without there help I would have been stuck shoveling. Thanks Vumbacos you got my 5 stars

I made the mistake of trusting that they set my mower up like I asked before delivery of a brand new zero turn mower. They didnt even set up the anti-scalp wheels correctly. They were actually set to two different heights! They also picked the mower up once to fix how the mower was tracking, they returned it with it still tracking to the right when both levers are pressed forward. Go to Sno-White instead! Vumbacos didnt even put air in the tires!
Quality workmanship, very reasonable prices, invariably pleasant service. Modern equipment and technicianry with old school courtesy. Best of both worlds.

Found the customer service associate to be EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL to my husband on the phone. She claimed the warranty didnt cover our issue due to neglect & when my husband questioned this due to the fact the mower was bought new only 5 mos prior, she stated she could, always put dirty gas back in it. WOW!!! Talk about no class. Maybe she should not answer calls there, shes bad for business. Id give her some window cleaner & have her do windows instead.
