Matthew is honest, energetic, competent, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He brought good ideas and options to the job. I had a difficult job involving transitioning my water wasting sprinklers to a more functional system. This work required winding around Italian Cypress trees, established bushes, hanging flower pots, and many other garden objects. He did all of this in a time efficient manner. I felt his price for all of his work was very reasonable. I plan to have him back to build a new front redwood fence and gate. I highly recommend Matthew for any yard and garden needs. I hied just-in-time sprinkler repair to repair our irrigation system, but I regret my decision due to numerous issues throughout the process: 1. Lack of Transparency: The contractor provided insufficient information about the work scope and materials used, leaving me in the dark about what I was paying for. 2. Delays in Project Timeline: The work was consistently postponed, with the contractor working sporadically—an hour here and a day there. This caused the project, which should have been quick, to drag on for weeks. 3. Cost Issues: There were multiple attempts to increase the project cost with vague justifications. Despite clear discussions about the scope and my needs upfront, I was blamed for the rising expenses. 4. Poor Quality Workmanship: Several valves installed by the contractor were leaking, which speaks to the low quality of work. Although these issues were eventually addressed, it took weeks to get them fixed. 5. Unresolved Issues: One of the sprinklers was faulty from the start. Despite multiple requests for repair, the contractor never returned, instead inaccurately blaming the damage on our concrete contractor. The warranty promised turned out to be nominal at best, providing no real assurance of quality or durability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this contractor for any irrigation system projects. They have a very poor business practice. --- Before posting, make sure to adjust the content as per your specific experience and possibly consult any legal guidelines related to review postings in your area to ensure compliance and avoid potential disputes.
When I first noticed my trees looking sad and thirsty, I did not recognize the problem. I had recently installed a new watering system, that couldn’t be it. But it was. Something was wrong with a portion of the drip system. I searched online and made a list of about five companies offering repair service. After reading reviews, good and bad, I settled for one with an intriguing name: JUST IN TIME. It turns out that I selected the right one! The owner came out to my property and before we got talking, he had already pinpointed the problem. I was expecting him to say that he would come back next week to fix it, when I agreed with his service offer. Instead, he said “I have the tools and parts with me. Would you like me to fix it now?” He solved the problem “just in time” 😊 and charged a very reasonable fee. I’m a complete satisfied customer and he is now at the top of my list of service providers in my area.
Very happy with the work done to replace/reroute irrigation lines that had broken. Came out same afternoon to check what needed to be done as I had to shut water off to my house. He immediately got started and to the point I could turn water back on for short period of time as needed until he could return the following day and complete the job. I will be having him return for additional repairs on my list at a later date. You will not have any regrets in having him do work for you. Highly recommend.
We had a leak so I called Just In Time because I assumed it was my sprinklers. Matthew came out just a few days later and found the issue right away. He was able to repair it the next day, as well as make some recommendations to us to improve our consumption and system. The price was very reasonable and it was high quality work. He was super friendly and honest - would definitely recommend!

I contacted Just-In-Time after I discovered my sprinkler system was flooding my neighbors yard. Less than 24 hours later Matthew was on my doorstep. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and made some adjustments to the rest of my system for optimal watering. The service call fee was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again!
I messaged Just-In-Time for an estimate to replace an outdoor hose bib and a sprinkler valve that had a leak. Just-In-Time was really quick to respond and showed up the next day on time. Very poor business practices. It I were you I would not use this business. He was going to charge $700.00 for a sprinkler repair that actually caused us $10.00 to have it repaired. You side that you came for free. That is normal business practice. Why would we buy a hamburger without seeing who cooked it. Our main problem is that we had a special job outlined and you were going to give us a bid. We waited for the bid , texted you when it did not get there, you said that was sent and you would double check about the email address and resend the bid. We never heard from you.. If you didnt want to get your hands dirty you should have said so. You did not have balls to at least say so.

Great service, friendly, and affordable. My father had a broken pipe/sprinkler system, which caused issues with water getting to his swamp cooler. We contacted Just-in-time and he came out the same day and replaced what needed to be replaced. We are very grateful for the service. My dad has water getting to his swamp cooler and a new sprinkler system. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Service was above and beyond what I expected! Had them come out to replace the front and back sprinklers systems along with a bad timer. He was able to come out quick on a Sunday and not only handled the sprinklers but also derooted some problem roots that were messing with the lines and getting close to the concrete. Will absolutely use them again and recommend him to anyone.
We had major issues with our sprinkler system. Our gardner supposedly fixed the problem but he cut corners and it still leaked. After contacting Just in Time Sprinkler Repair, Matthew came out the following day and after discovering the issues, he showed us what was wrong. It was fixed correctly, and in a very timely manner. Matthew took pictures of the piping and manifolds and sent them to us before before burying them again. His work is guaranteed, and he was very professional, informative and honest.
We called in the morning and he was there the same day. He fixed what we all thought was the problem with the sprinkler system. The following afternoon we noticed yet another leak this time even bigger than the first and from another valve. He ALSO came that very night and stayed until night time trying to fix the problem. He did what he could that day with the intention to come and properly fix it another day. And he did, he came within two days and fixed our issue and we are very pleased with his responsiveness, knowledge, and effort. He made us feel like this was a personal issue he wanted to resolve.
