Yard Masters Inc. in Merced

No Business Ethics, Yard Masters services an apartment complex behind my home and continuously blow rubbish and leaves over the fence and into my pool. I've spoken to the management at the apartment complex and it will get better for about 2 weeks then they just rudely blow the leaves over. Yard Master owner does not return phone calls. No ETHICS

This company displays horrible service and are very unprofessional. They have destroyed our patio furniture 3 times, hardly cuts our lawn, and barely does our edges. I Despise that our HOA continues to hire them.

We needed a sprinkler water main valve changed and some sprinkler heads replaced and put lower. We tried calling so many people and we couldn't even get a call back. Not only did Yard Masters call us back, Jaun, the owner?, was out a few days later to give an estimate. And a few days after that, someone was out to fix all our sprinkler issues. He did it in no time and now we have the sprinkler needs met. Thank you Yard Master's!

Very bad customer service. Left us hanging for the quote over month. Called Juan many many times.. we been gave excuses been told many times he will send quote tomorrow and that tomorrow never came. He should be honest to customers if he busy and unable to handle jobs. I won’t recommend anyone to use them.

Poor service. I ordered three different variety of rocks, paid full in advance almost one and half months ago, after multiple phone calls delivered two types of rocks. Third type of rocks was never delivered and answer was "can not deliver until spring time (next 4 to 5 months)."

There is no hrs on website I have no idea when they are open
