Spring Green in Mequon

We are part of a condo association. Mostly retired ppl. But not us. Mike has absolutely not made us a priority. Apparently our account is not as lucrative as the one in West bend that took him all day. He sent some slacker to barely shovel/plow is out. Same thing last year. We are very disappointed

My grass has never looked so good, the technician is informative and polite. I have had Spring Green for a number of years and they get even better each year.

Prior to using Mike & Spring-Green, I tried it myself. I bought the best product Scotts had & followed the directions to a T, to no avail. Now with the expertise that Spring-Green brings, my lawn is the envy of the neighborhood.

Spring Green in Mequon, Wisconsin is not a good lawn care service they take advantage of their customers . By not honoring their Commitment to there customers they Charge you for service that they did not do on August 1,2024 the guy came to spray my lawn and he did not do it but he charged me $58.19 cent for service that was my done. I called the office and explained what was not done she said he said he sprayed my lawn and he did not I was watching him and have Proof that he did not do the service. I canceled my service and she still charged me. I m gonna pay her and let social media decide. Your rating -0 Beawar .

I contracted Spring Green last year for landscaping services and was thoroughly impressed with their execution. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail transformed my outdoor space into a beautiful landscape, after struggling with invasive weeds for YEARS. They were punctual, communicated effectively, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I signed for six applications. First visit March ninth still waiting for the second. At this pace I will get number six in January. Call the mequon office can never get an answer. Please go elsewhere.

Started using Spring Green last year. I was a little hesitant to switch from Tru Green to Spring Green. Initially had a few issues with certain areas not getting sprayed well. I dealt with Morgan to resolve these issues - what wonderful customer service - she went over and above to resolve every concern. Because they are local its really easy to get a hold of someone to talk to. They are also way more affordable than Tru Green. My grass was weed free last year and because of the great customer service Im using them again this year.

I sent an online Quote, and 2nd day, I got a Response from Morgan with the Quote Estimate in the email. They do lawn care and not landscaping. I want the landscaping Service. So I didnt go ahead. But they are prompt and fast in their response and also allow the custom plan.

Chase from Spring Green came out to my grandmother s house and was very professional. He was very thorough with his spraying of weed control and fertilizer. He also went above and beyond his job expectations and answered other questions my grandma had about lawn care and seeding. She was very impressed with Chase and said that she would definitely use them again. She has tried other companies in the past who definitely weren t as helpful and friendly. She would recommend them to anyone who is in need of lawn care. She also had Spring Green come out to the house to have them spray for mosquito control. Deion (aka Cody ) and Mike came out the same day and sprayed the yard and all the areas in which mosquitoes tend to harbor. Deion even sprayed the areas he knew would be a problem from his experience and as a certified technician. He was very courteous, professional, and well knowledgeable at what he does. Their whole team today did a wonderful job. I look forward to seeing my results. And I plan on using them from here on out!

The employee was not aware I was home, I observed him spray just the outer perimeter of the lawn an placed flags in each corner. When he left I tried calling the office to notify them, I left several voicemail messages. Finally, I called and reached someone, who defended their company and employee. This our first complaint in over 3 years of service. I had to take a phone call I asked if their representative to hold while I put my other call on hold. She said yes but she hung up and I tried calling back and went into voicemail. We will be cancelling our service with Spring Green. I dont like making reviews like this but this warranted this on behalf of my senior parents.

In my opinion, did not deliver goods as promised. Poor customer service.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Lawn worse than what it was, before we contracted them. Company not responsive to customer concerns.

Great service, excellent communication. I always enjoy talking to the same person in the office and not a call center. The guys that come here are informative, professional and a pleasure to talk to. The work is affordable and speaks for itself with how incredible my lawn looks. Couldnt ask for better service.

My yard was a weedy, patchy mess when I moved in. Spring Green turned it all around in just one year! My lawn is the most lush and green on the block. Getting through on a phone call to ask questions was very difficult and frustrating.

Not a good experience. They sprayed fertilizer before the weed control, and the weeds took over. After they did spray for weeds, it was not very effective. I m still out everyday pulling clover and dandelions. Called and emailed to cancel service; no response. I would advise not paying in advance.

This company charged me $150.00 for Preventative Grub Control without my consent. The explanation I received was because I received a free Grub Control application last year, I had to let them know I didnt want the service this season. There was no guidance on opting out for the next year, like for most free trials. That is NOT how you do business. Completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I wish I could give no stars.

Spring green does a fantastic job , their techs are professional and do an outstanding job. My lawn was the worst on the block and With spring greens 6 round application it became rich in color and thickness. I would recommend spring green to anyone looking to get their lawn looking great !

We have used this service for about 10 years. My lawn has never looked better. My neighbors have asked what service I use to keep such a nice lawn. Of course, I tell them about Spring Green. I like that they call me a day before they come, so I can prepare for the application by cutting my lawn, etc. I am VERY pleased with their overall service.

My lawn has never looked worse. After the first application there were yellow lines of dead grass from where he sprayed. I figured Id let that go to see if the 2nd time would be better. Nope, just as bad, then they had the nerve to tell me the reason the grass is yellow is because of bugs. Funny because the only time any areas are yellow is right after they spray. I also had one time where I was billed but they never actually came to spray. I canceled and will never go back.

My lawn has never looked this good! All of the technicians are very detailed and they always call me the day before treatments which is very helpful since I have pets.

I dont normally make reviews, but this company compelled me to. I used this service in 2020 and started again this year to give them another chance. First, Ive pleaded with them before showing up to please call ahead to let me know. This is in case I didnt have pets outside, I needed to take things off the lawn or if I had questions, etc. Nope, has never happened. Its almost like they refuse to do it. Ive left a few voice messages to please call me or have the technician call me. Nope, that has not happened either. Perhaps this posting may prompt some customer service.

I own a lawn mowing company. I use Spring-Green for all my customers who want fertilizer and herbicide. These lawns look the best in their respective neighborhoods.

We have had them for 3 years and thought we liked them with there not knowledgeable technics and now very poor impolite office help 2021.We have dealt with a growing forest off night shade since we started with them. I have a new service now and just love there results on my lawn. The technician put a double dose of weed control- especially in those areas. I have no more night shade to worry about and our lawn looks just like a golf course now. I love them!

We used Spring-Green lawn care this past spring/summer. The job they did with the fertilization applications was amazing. The core Aeration they did at the end of the season I know will help the lawn come spring. Our lawn was weed free and so green so plush. WE will use them for these services again. I really wanted to give 5 stars on this review, but there were two things that kept me from doing so. The insecticide for the mosquito control was a waste of money. It seem to produce more mosquitos, than it killed. Was not happy about that. Also the communication between customer and office staff needs to improve big time. I work in customer service and the response time with emails was at least 3-5days. When we tried to call the office, always, always got voice mail and very rarely a call back. We will be using this company again in the spring time, i would love to give a 5 star review this time next year

My parents have Spring Mike & Green for several years now and I can tell you that the health of the lawn has dramatically increased. Full, thick grass with no weeds. I can remember being a kid and how often the yard was in terrible shape but after they started with Spring Green, the front yard has that warm inviting feeling. I would highly recommend Spring Green!

Have been waiting for first application for over ,7 business days. Today, surprise, I it was going to happen. At 4 receive a call saying ran out of supplies, what do I want them to do? Service my lawn! Never an answer at office, no call backs. Terrible customer service.

As a Real Estate agent, I know the value of making a good first impression! I have been using Spring Green for several years on my own property.

Sent multiple inquiries, played some phone tag. Asked what I needed to do to start service. Literally called with card in hand a few times and waited on an email response for 2 days after they sent me a quote. Was tired of waiting for someone to take my money, called Weedman, first ring someone answered and was happy to start service for me. This review is not necessarily indicative of their service, but more their customer service and follow up. I would question how easy it would be to fix a problem if there was one, seeing how I was begging them to take my money and couldnt get a hold of someone to do that.

They do a great job and respond quickly with an concerns that I may have.

Got out of the shower this morning to find someone uninvited from Spring Green going willy-nilly over my lawn with a lawn spreader. The person left before I could get dressed. This seems like some kind of scam to me. My lawn better not suffer any damage or I better not get a bill for services rendered.

I m writing this on behalf of my father - he started with this company a year ago and this is a continued result of their services - he even paid an extra $125 for an insect repellant and was told the grass would come up in 2 weeks - pictures show the efficacy of their treatment. Spring green turned my dandelion yard into a lush green lawn. Never saw my lawn look so good.

Great service and product.

Ive been a Spring Green customer for 3-4 years. Called about spotty weeds in the front yard, and they sent a tech out to spot spray. Not only did they miss a bunch of areas, and the areas they did spray the grass was killed off and burned out. Called to report the issue, and asked for a supervisor to call me back, and have not heard from anybody, in a weeks timeframe, so I called back and the lady said shell pass on the message. Still waiting for a call back....Not the greatest customer service nor does their end product look good.

I am really unhappy with these guys. My lawn is worse off now than when they started their services. Any new grass that I managed to grow gets killed off with every service appointment. I was told that Happy Lawns is the way to go. I will likely go that route next summer.

We experienced some issues but they were good about coming out and making things right. A company who cares about keeping their customers satisfied is a company I trust and recommend.
