Turf Pride is a very professional and reliable company. We have been customers for many years and recommend their services.

This is is the first year I used Pride Lawn and I am very happy by the results of how well my lawn looks. Its greener and thicker, that even my two small dogs will not come inside and rather they stay out.

Very nice, professional service technician waited for me to arrive home, as I was 5 minutes late. He walked the property with me, then proceeded with a thorough lawn aeration and seeding, much better than the company I employed last year.

Company is organized and communicates with customer well.

Unfortunately we allowed the weeds to completely take over our lawn and I thought there was no help but after a neighbors recommendation we tried Turf Pride. Its only been about 2 months and its not perfect yet but I am amazed at the difference theyve made in such a short period of time and with this hot dry weather weve had. I m very happy with Turf Pride. I ve had several lawn services tell me it s too wet, we cannot service your grass, then the grass gets off their rotation and it never recovers. This is the first company willing to park their motorized spreader and walk the grass when it was too wet for the machine. Their effort has really improved my lawn.

Lawn prides customer service is great. The guy who comes to do our lawn always does a great job of covering all areas and blowing off any excess fertilizer from our walk ways and patio. When we moved in a year ago our lawn was in disrepair and after just 1 year I m seeing some great improvements In the lawn. Hopefully as they continue I will see the lawn I desire. Crab grass and weeds still seem to be a problem, but I m hoping their treatments will eventually resolve this.

Turf Pride Lawn Care (TPLC) provides exemplary customer and lawn services! Before selecting this company in 2022, I interviewed several leading lawn care companies in the area. Although each company offered comprehensive lawn services, TPLC was the most reasonably priced, explained their services in detail, talked to you and not down to you, professional, informative, genuine, and ALWAYS called me back (didnt play games and ignore me) having a positive attitude in a timely manner. My newly installed lawn was a complete disaster...weeds of all kinds and discolored grass dominated my moon scape front and back yards. TPLC enrolled me in their multi-treatment plan for the summer of 2022 and indicated that although challenging, there will be improvement over the Summer season. Sure enough, they were right. My neighbors even noticed the positive change and asked me if I had the lawn replaced! My designated Lawn Specialist (Caleb) did not skimp on treatments and was extremely thorough and exercised care. He is a very customer-centric individual and takes pride in his quality of work. He even took the time to clean up any granules that were on the sidewalk and driveway after performing the application. TPLC notified me days in advance before they applied the fertilizer and even sent me a follow up email detailing Calebs observations and what he did to the lawn. For 2023, I am excited that my lawn will finally look like a lawn, and have the peace of mind knowing that my lawn is being properly managed by people who truly care. Roger

A number of years ago, we were looking for a lawn maintenance company and a friend recommended Turf Pride. We have been with them ever since and have now recommended them to our friends. What initially drew me to them was that they are a local company rooted in the community and they have not disappointed with their level of service and responsiveness.

Before Turf Pride, I used popular lawn company and still had crab grass. One summer they burnt a 1/2 moon shape in my lawn from fertilizer spill. I called 2 times but never repaired. So, I am using Turf Pride. 1st year did seed plus fertilizer. Lawn never looked better and no crab grass. They are very professional and do excellent work. I highly recommend.

They have eradicated that crab grass and invasive growth and the lawn is thick and green. The core aeration and overseeding really helped this last year. Looks great, thank you guys!

I have had only great experiences with Turf Pride. In summer of 2022 we saw an abundance of Army Worms in Northeast Ohio which was unexpected. My lawn went from somewhat green to brown and dead within a week. I immediately called Turf Pride after seeing they re a small family owned business that s local. They came out and assessed the situation and within a few weeks and applications my lawn was back to being lush and green and still is that way! I decided to shop around this winter due to rising prices everywhere and one of the competitors I spoke with (True Green) even complimented my lawn when they saw a pic on Google Earth. Turf Prides prices and service cannot be matched and I couldn t be happier with my decision to stay with them for another year. Hell, I ll probably stay with them forever at this point!

I bought my house 2 years ago and my lawn was a disaster. Last year I had the full lawn care program and also added aeration and overseeding, flea and tick, and this year I added the perimeter pest package. My lawn has improved drastically, it is full and green, and so healthy looking. I also love the flea and tick services. My daughter is a magnet for ticks and she has not had a single on from our lawn since we started those applications. And now with the perimeter pest we are bug free all around... love that!!! The technicians have always been very professional and thorough. I feel like my lawn is in good hands with Turf Pride.

If you want beautiful landscaping it is a commitment...I have found that out and it is not cheap to have all of these services. Personally, I can see the benefit of it. You arent going to see the it for at least 2 years. After that...you will see it. It all comes down to priority. My wife and I enjoy our landscaping. I have used other lawn services before, this is our opinion...Turf Pride is the BEST.

I loved Turf Pride. I have used their services at two different houses I ve owned and my lawn looked great at both locations. They also gave really great advice on other lawn services that they offer to make sure that your lawn is taken care of long-term, not just for the season! I ve used other services, and I feel like I barely ever saw the technicians or spoke with them. That s not the case with Turf Prize.

What a great experience Ive had with Turf Pride! My lawn was a complete mess this spring from a grub infestation leading to skunks tearing up large portions of the grass, bald spots and a mix of several different types of undesirable grass. Overall, it looked like a total mess! I saw the Turf Pride trucks in my neighborhood so I decided to reach out for a quote with them along with a few other companies. The response from Turf Pride was almost immediate and they were very helpful in discussing the issues and talking me through their recommendations for treatment. They quoted me on the spot for a VERY reasonable package that even included a discount if I paid up front. Once I signed up for their service I received an introductory email to my technician with estimated timing for my first service and a plan for what hed be doing. When he showed up, he introduced himself, talked me through the plan for care and left me with some additional tips and tools for things I could do in between services. I receive a text before every monthly service and a follow up email telling me what was done on each visit. Ive gotten a couple phone calls from them also checking in to see how things are going along the way. The communication has been outstanding and even better...my lawn looks FANTASTIC! They have been amazing to deal with and the quote I received was cheaper than the other two quotes I received. I cant say enough good things about the service and professionalism. I have used the services of Turf Pride since I moved into my home. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. They know their business and keep my yard looking good! When I moved in I thought my lawn was unsalvageable. A friend told me I had good grass and just needed to get rid of the weeds. Turf Pride got rid of those weeds allowing the grass to thrive. Now I m proud of my lawn. Here s an example of how very hardy it is. While planting flowers in a planter, I lost my balance and fell. I was able to grab a handful of grass and pull myself up without uprooting the grass. Crazy, right? And it so cushiony and thick that I didn t even get hurt. Yes, I recommend them.

They do 2 simple things that seem very hard to come by these days: great communication and they show up when they say they re going to (with ample notice). The payment process / adding services to our lawn online is very easy, and the results speak for themselves. They are also great about staying out of certain lawn areas as requested. You can tell the lawn techs really care about what they do. Our lawn has improved tenfold after starting with Turf Pride. It seems that every year, there are a few more new houses in our neighborhood using their services. They also provided some very helpful tips about lawn maintenance and cutting that greatly helped. Don t look anywhere else!
