Natures scapes accidentally sprayed pesticides on my fro t and back lawn, they had the wrong address. I have a pet and huge garden and would never spray pesticides. I called them to complain and asked that they call me back. They never extended the courtesy to apologize or give me a call back. I do not recommend this company.

We are so happy that we chose Naturescape to take care of our lawn. Matt was here this morning and did a very thorough job aerating our lawn and the Randy came to mow. He was very meticulous and made sure the mowing, trimming and blowing were completely to our satisfaction. Great job.

First timer! My lawn never looked so great!

On going problems, after 3 years our lawn still had tons of creeping charlie and weeds. We told them about the guy missing areas last year. We had a 4 x 5 foot area that had no grass left and was all creeping charlie (this is after paying for years of service. I feel if you know your guy wasnt doing the job we should have been compensated for it or simply not charged. So this year they promised to do better. They knocked over a yard art and broke it leaving behind glass shards all over my patio and grass. They did come and clean it up. Today I watched a guy miss most of our yard spraying here and there missing more than 2/3 of our yard. I was concerned that they sprayed in the rain???? The office apologized and made excuses saying the reason they did not spray all of the area was because it our grass was dry. We even told them at the beginning of the season that we were giving them another chance, but their actions speaks louder.

NatureScape service is AMAZING!! They provide great mosquito control and respond if you need special service for a family gathering!!! Highly recommended!!!!

We live in Germantown, own a home and have used NatureScape for fertilizing our lawn for the last 12 years. The service comes 5 times a summer to keep the lawn green and weed free. The worker comes, does a good job and is gone in about 15 minutes.

Great price, excellent communication either by phone or e-mail. Only negative I have is weed control coverage is not very good along edges of my sidewalks, otherwise anytime I have a question or concern they address it promptly. I have recommended them to family and friends.

Ive been with Naturescape for years. The mosquito application they give my lawn lets me enjoy the outdoors longer into the night then my neighbors.

Nature Scapes provided me with a customized lawn application regiment to combat my creeping charlie Issue. I m happy to say that I no longer have that problem or any other weeds. Totally happy! Positive

As the old saying goes, you get what you paid for. As the other reviews indicated, prices are unbeatable. At the same time, they are probably cutting corners as my grass and weeds looks the worst in years. They also dont stick to their timelines and I feel they show up when they serviced everybody else. One of their applications for is to be done in Aug/Sep... We are in the middle of October and still they did not show up. Mind that my yard is fully covered with leaves now and you cant do an application on top pf leaves... What a waste. Save your money and go with somebody else or do it yourself to control what and when you are doing your applications. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT on 10/15: I spoke with the Naturescape team and understood the challenges they are facing. We agreed on improving the communication and I will give them an opportunity to make things right. Time will tell.

**Update 11/8/2022** Shortly after my review, I received a follow-up call from a manager at the corporate office to address my concerns. He assured me that my issues were valid and did not match the quality of work they strive to provide. My initial review was on a Friday afternoon, and I was told not to worry about my yard that weekend; they would have a game plan to address my issues on Monday. True to his word, I received a call Monday from a second manager. Again I was assured this was not the quality of work they strive to provide and my issues would be addressed immediately. A service call was summitted to reapply the application that was laid on leaves. A second service call was submitted to re-aerate my entire yard as opposed to just the back yard. They even provided an additional add-on service at no charge. I feel better after speaking with both managers, and I was told that if I have any additional issues, I shouldnt hesitate to reach out to their management team for assistance. Naturescape is a prime example of you get what you pay for. Either save your money and do it yourself or save yourself a future headache and choose a more professional company. I signed my 2022 service contract in December of 2021 and my first applications started fine. The first was applied in late-March and the second was applied mid-May. After that service went downhill, and it was late August before they returned. My yard was overrun with weeds, and I treated it myself. 6 weeks after my third application, they showed up for my fourth. At the time, a good portion of my yard was blanketed with leaves and the tech applied a liquid application on top of them. It was windy that evening, and the next morning my fertilized leaves where nowhere to be found. I continued to put faith in this company and paid for a fall lawn aeration service. The company arrived on Oct 31st and, I was able to remove the leaves from my front yard, but I had a blanket in my back yard. There was no paperwork left confirming the service and the only signs it occurred were the images on my ring camera and the soil plugs left in the yard. The following afternoon I called Naturescape to discuss the aeration issue. I was told by the receptionist that there must be a misunderstanding because there was not a tech in my area. I also asked why last year I received a notice prior to this service and this year someone showed-up unannounced. The reasoning was last year I paid for overseeding, and they needed leaves removed so they could lay the seed. This made sense but given the number of leaves in my backyard (2+ ), the decision to aerate did not. I went on to explain other issues and was told that my concerns would be passed along to a Manger who would be in touch. The receptionist offered to put in a service call to redo the aeration, but I requested that she wait until I spoke with a manager. Based on the lack of professionalism already exhibited, I should have known the odds of getting a call were slim and it was no surprise when I did not receive a one.

Weve used them for 10+ years for our lawn care and their service and quality is terrific. We also at times use them for snow removal when were out of town. Reliable, dependable, knowledgable and flexible in scheduling. A great company to do business with.

I bought a house and the yard was in really rough shape, so I had a weed control treatment done as well as a few cuts. It was very helpful to have those services done right away and they were very timely and professional. It looked great and they cleaned up after themselves.

Naturescape has my lawn weed-free and green before the first season is through. Puts my neighbors lawns to shame! A fraction of the price of my previous provider too. You wont be disappointed. This is my first review here. Naturescape is great at what they do.

Naturescape does a great job on treating and feeding our lawn to keep it lush and green. Tip is to pay for services in advance then relax and enjoy the season.

We have been very satisfied with the Mosquito Control program.

I had Naturescape for several years to do a lawn service, aeration, and tree and shrub care. The first several years were okay. I was always pretty satisfied with the lawn care, however the shrubs became a different story. I had informed the service person of browning in the juniper bushes. I was told to just trim out the brown. Weeks later a different service person came out and I said something again. The guessing began on their part. They said it may have been too much rain, you might have too much shade, they may be planted to close to the fence. The fence and bushes were installed at the same time, 8 years earlier, and they had been servicing for 4 years with no problems. I asked for a supervisor to come out which according to their warranty, I believe is supposed to be within 72 hours, which it was not. He advised that I (the customer) should contact UW horticultural extension to see what they say, and if they re able to figure it out, would I please let him know. REALLY! He is no longer a supervisor. The VP made a very poor offer of compensation, and I said I ll see you in court. Guess what, I won! By the way, they offer tree and shrub care and to the best of my knowledge they DO NOT have an arborist on staff, at least they did not at that time.

Very disappointed in Naturescape. I paid for 3 months of mosquito control. I called and asked because they are supposed to be coming back for another application. When I called, they said they space them out 3-4 weeks. Its now been 5 weeks and when I called they were going to put a rush on it. Well here it is over a day later and still have heard nothing about them coming to do the application. I paid for June July and August. I have news for them, July ends tomorrow. I would NOT recommend them.

I needed a one-time mowing for a too-long lawn. Despite my calling on a Monday after a week of rain, the lawn technician showed up on Wednesday and did an excellent job. I have seen other service providers cut lawns way too short, which is not good for the lawn. Very pleased with the service . . .all professional and efficient.

We have used NatureScape for the past 6 years for aeration with overseeding. They have always done a great job. Yesterday their employee, Micheal L., left our property cleaner then before he arrived. Normally there are some dirt plugs and seed left on our walkways and drive way but Micheal cleaned off the walkways before leaving. Thanks Michael!

The person that comes out to cut our yard is very professional person. After about two or three weeks, he had our grass even like its supposed to be. Im thankful a disabled veteran like myself can find a company like Nature Scape. My yard looks just like if I had done it myself.

The price of their treatments is worth every penny. Couldnt ask them to do a better job!

Called and booked with a credit card on May 11 for 5 lawn fertilizing treatments. One week later no one had showed up so I called them and they said within the next 10 days they would be out. Seemed a little long, especially for the first treatment but, ok. 8 days into the 10 I called back to confirm they would be here in the next day or two and they said it would be another week. I told them that 3 weeks after charging me for them to show up was not professional and I wanted my money back and that I would do it myself. They made no attempt to try to get out in the next couple of days and did not care if they didnt have my business. Very unprofessional.

Ive been using Naturescape since 2015 for their fertilizing services. My lawn looks great and grows fast. I saw the best results after the second year, once all of the dandelions and crab grass had been taken care of. I pre-pay once a year, and they drop off a receipt when they complete the work. Im using them for mosquito abatement this year as well--well see how that goes. Overall, Ive been very happy with their service.

Staff only like their own kind, manager is rude and angry

I have a lot of reviews and 99.9% are great, but this place has to be one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional! Have to call every month to remind to treat lawn and bug treatment. Things are supposed to be done the first week of the month, called multiple times for treatments and they say we will get out ASAP. 3 weeks later nothing! No show, no call absolutely nothing! Paid for my front and back yard to be treated missed 25% of the back yard. Damaged lawn with the cart that sprays the treatment. Cart slid down my hill multiple times and tore up the grass with wide tire marks. They burnt my lawn while filling up their spreader. Common sense! Why would you fill your cart on the grass? Huge spots of burnt grass. They also left the backyard gate open! Spent 2 hours looking for my dogs! This company doesnt care about residential properties. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Like I said I usually dont post negative comments, but I feel others should know about them before making a decision about lawn care. Beware of this company!

Sloppy job noticed by my neighbor, who suggested to the boy that he do a job he could take pride in. The boy complained that this was his first time, cleaned up, and left. My neighbor kindly offered to mow the lawn himself. So I no longer need your services.

one star only because you cant give any stars. First year will never use again. We were treated in Spring, I hadto call to get our 2nd treatment in very late July, recd the 3rd treatment last week. Our yard looks and has looked all summer as if we did not have a lawn service. I have hand picked weeds all summer and bought roundup-this shouldnt be when you pay 189.00

I was pretty pleased with the service I got from Naturescape last summer. They treated my lawn and even left advice about how to take care of my lawn. In the fall, they called ahead to warn us that they were coming so we could make sure the lawn was clear of leaves. All my calls to them have been pleasantly dealt with. And the price is right!

We had naturescape out to mow our lawn twice and they did a horrible job. Called and complained about sloppy, uncut sections and lack of any attention to detail, and we were told they would come re-mow to make up for it. This follow up was also unacceptable and after canceling naturescape we still received a bill for the redo mow! We switched to having a high school student mow our lawn and he literally does it twice as well, with better quality and attention to detail and for half the cost. Naturescape is not a professional landscape company

Good luck getting them out to your house in a timely matter. I have had to remind them for every treatment. Plus when they finally do send someone out, he looks drunk and shows up at 6pm! There is no professionalism with this company. Save your money and hire ANYONE else, Im pretty sure they can do at least what Naturescape does. What a joke!

I agree with the last review...I think a 10 year old could cut my grass better I have never had such a hack job cutting grass!!
