NaturaLawn of America in Menomonee Falls

Just started NaturaLawn of America this year! After 4 years of not using pesticides my lawn looks greener then ever and I have lots of questions! Todd in Menomonee Falls, WI responds to e-mails within minutes. It seems like he actually read my mind about my next 'soil test' question. Now I know! And . . . Zack (person doing an application today:) answered ALL my questions too! Learned sulfur helps to lower the pH level of the soil. Kudos to NaturaLawn. :)

Poor quality. Poor value. Not professional. We have been paying Naturalawn to maintain our lawn for the last few years. $78 per application (not cheap). Our lawn has deteriorated over the years and the owner will not take ownership. Instead we were blamed even if we did our part to maintain our lawn. First we were told we didn't water enough, followed by we watered too much. Our lawn is ruined and the owner could care less. Keeping customers happy is not his priority.

We prepaid for 6 services and did not receive all of them. We’ve been calling this location and corporate for weeks asking for a refund on the services we never received. Finally, multiple calls and messages later; my husband got ahold of this location and they told him that we received 5 services and would refund 1. We did not get 5 services so I don’t know if their records are wrong or their technician is lying to them about what they’ve been doing (pure conjecture; I’ve been trying to think of a logical reason for this to have happened as to not assume malice). I work from home. I am literally home every single day. We did not get 5 services. This is not the first time we had to call them either. I called them mid-summer because they hadn’t been to our house in over a month and I wanted to know when they’d be back or if they were no longer servicing our property. When I finally got a call back the voicemail essentially said that he didn’t know why I was calling, as if my question was stupid… whatever. My husband found and chose this company and prepaid all over the phone. He didn’t get any contract or schedule of treatments; we never knew what to expect….but based on our experience it’s: pay upfront, get no communication, get 3-4 services, call to ask for a refund for services not received, be told you received more than you actually did, and get hundreds of dollars less than you should back. We will not be using this company again and will not ever recommend them to neighbors. Still contemplating reaching out to my CC company to recoup the money for the missed treatments (not just 1) or if I should just wash my hands of this and move on. We’re frustrated and disappointed. Don’t prepay without a contract. Just don’t do it. I do not recommend using this company at all but if you do, don’t prepay and get everything in writing.

We have been using NaturaLawn of America for years. Everyone who comes to our house tells us how beautiful our lawn is and we feel great knowing our dogs are safe running around the yard. We love that there is no residual chemical smell from the product, unlike other companies our neighbors use. I would highly recommend them, and believe that the expense of their service is well within market range and worth every penny!!

This year we switched to NaturaLawn of America based on a recommendation from a friend. Our grass has never looked better! We had another company that we were not happy with and had to continually call back as we always had weeds. NaturaLawn of America is great, they call before they come, they're always punctual, and we have no weeds! Our grass is green and looks like a golf course! We are very pleased!

Very disappointed in this company. I used them for 3-4 years - they collected my money, never did a competent followup evaluation and during that period my lawn got worse not better. When I called this fall to tell them I would be cancelling my service because of their lack of followup and a deteriorating lawn, they said OK, and that was that. They may talk a good game but in my opinion they don't deliver.

Natural Lawn really is a great service and it makes us feel so much better that our dogs and all the little animals and birds in the neighborhood are safer with this product! Also, every employee they have is courteous, kind and thoughtful. George the owner in responsive and delivers exactly as promised! Use this service over the other guys!!

I use Natural awn of America and we are know as the house in the neighborhood with the beautiful lawn. But even better is knowing my precious and silly little dachshunds are safe on my grass even after an application. If a drying is required it is always written right on the sheet. They do very excellent professional SAFE lawn maintenance! !
