We have worked with Villani Landshapers for years and they have always been helpful and friendly.

Project was close to but less than 10k and found out the enrichment department/team did my job since it was not over 10k. Terrible, sloppy work. Says they guarantee their work but never came back in spring. Grass seed is mostly rye and weeds. Top soil is heavy clay and some plants unable to grow. Poor communication.

Julie was exceptional and addressed my concerns. She gave a few solutions and assured me that she d confer with her team and call me with some options. Very pleasant and very much enjoyed her visit.

We are extremely impressed with the work and with the crew. They worked diligently and were very respectful, especially when the kids were around. The project was completed efficiently, exceeding our expectations in terms of both quality and speed. Everything was done well and, importantly, within the budget we had agreed upon. We couldn t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs.

We have done multiple residential projects with Villani for over a decade. Gino, Paul, Lisa, Elpidio, and their crews are total pros and we trust them completely. At our previous house, they did a complex multi-zone patio and full-yard design for numerous planting beds with a gorgeous result. We lived with that work for many years and were consistently pleased with how well the designs held up to a great deal of use and offered wonderful blooms across seasons. The ergonomic guidance they gave us on patio design turned out to be the right set of solutions for what our family needed and how we used the spaces for years. Their cost and schedule estimates were reasonable and accurate and the teams were always impressively professional and hard working. We recently purchased a new home on a large property and have hired Villani to do a series of large-scale multi-level hardscaped patios and beds including a custom waterfall. Given our previous experiences, we were excited to turn the design over to Villani for their expertise and inspiration. We were thrilled with the design and enjoyed working together to get to great solutions for how we will use our new spaces. Weve learned to take their recommendations on overall design and material selections with fantastic results. We are pleased to recommend Villani with full confidence.

These guys are the best at what they do. From hardscape to lawncare and maintenance they do a great job and stand behind there work. Weve done several projects with them as well as annual maintenance contracts and have always been completely satisfied with the outcome. Our CSR (Jenn) makes working with Villani easy. She listens, is thorough, and catches all the little details.

Jenn and her team did the most amazing job with our landscaping refresh. The project was seamless, from the concept phase to watching it come to life. She listened to what I was looking for, and also provided her educated suggestions on how to make it even better. Pricing was reasonable, and the work only took 2 days. Can t wait to watch our plants and trees grow! Will be using them again for sure.

I have dealt with Villani Landshapers for just over 2 years now, and their service is consistent and a great value. They complete their snow removal with little to no damage, and theyre always doing a great job to get it cleared before owners are affected. Ian, my sales representative, is unapparelled and knocks service out of the park. He has a great relationship with the owners in the condo association and has amazing response time through email and through phone calls. I would recommend their company to inquiring prospects.

Frank & the crew showed up on time-professional, approachable, patient with all my questions, knowledgeable, very hard working. We had several services done & all were finished in the 2 days Mark Villani estimated. Mark was also reachable & responsive to all our questions & concerns. Would definitely hire them again & definitely recommend their landscaping services. They created a swale to keep water from foundation, buried downspouts & sump pump pipes, regraded the yard, created foundation planting area with edging & mulch, plus reseeded yard.

We have used Villani on multiple occasions and they always do a fantastic job. Their team (Especially Ian) are great at communicating and prices are always reasonable.

I ve been using Villani Landshapers for over 10 years for my lawn service provider. Not once have I had an issues. They are all very responsive including Justin who has been assigned to my lawn for years. If I see any weeds pop up I just shoot him a text and he is out. If you are looking for a great local provider rather than paying and arm and a leg for others do yourself a favor and try this group.

Buyer beware. Villanis from Menomonee Falls, Wi Passion for Detail motto is not true. Their FB page also says they care for pristine properties; theyve left ours full of weeds or no growth at all. They came to soil & seed several areas on our large property last fall with guarantee that they would return to reseed should the grass not grow. I emailed the project manager several times to finish a common area our community uses before we opened that area on Memorial weekend. They sent 5 college guys out that Saturday; they were unprepared & left the site within minutes. They did spread soil & hand tossed seed & dress it, but did not use any starter fertilizer. When asked if they were finishing another large area I was told would be done at the same time, they said it was the holiday weekend & they were only going to work a half day. One area is heavily shaded; asked if the seed they use is for shade - response was that they only use one type of seed. They didnt have enough materials to finish the job Saturday & returned a few hours Sunday & left a large area unfinished. I met with the project manager on April 5th to get quotes on many projects across our community property. I emailed several times to get the status as I had wanted to share at our board meeting on May 16th - never got it. When it did finally come, it was incorrect & incomplete, so more waiting for a revision - which never came. Meanwhile, there are still several areas across our property that have tall weeds & little grass growing. Sent several emails asking when theyd be out to do the reseed/repair. Sent an email last week & copied our property manager asking when theyd be out to repair these areas & again, when Id get a correct proposal. Project manager replied & said, As soon as I have an exact date for the re-seeding that needs to be done, I will let you know. Passion for Detail is not our experience. I agree with another reviewer: apathy, poor communication. UPDATE 7/8/23 Our property manager contacted Villani to check the status of our lawn project STILL this much later! Ian, the customer service rep, said hes not familiar with this project & the project manager, Aaron, no longer works for them. Then Ian passes the buck along to someone else. Shouldnt you follow up with a managers clients when an employee leaves? Our 9 acre property has waited for grass all summer! Buyer beware! UPDATE 9/12/23 Shane met me at our property in July. His team has finally come to rectify an unanswered project from last fall. My experience with Shane has been a 180 compared to the previous project manager; prompt & clear communication & follow through. Every location on our property has had attention; redressed, seeded & covered. Its too bad that one poor employee can leave such a negative impact. He left Shane & his team to redeem Villanis good reputation.

I had gotten quotes for my landscape staircase need and wasn t impressed with the quotes I had received. It was suggested I call Ian Thomas from Villani Landshapers and I couldn t be happier. Their quote was much more inline with what I thought it should be. They will be doing my fire pit need when I get to it.

this year started off great then its like the landscapers just didnt come or came when ever. instead of pulling the weeds out of the grass areas they just mowed over them. we have weeds everywhere. one time they pulled up in front of the property waited 5 minute then drove way with out even mowing the grass for that week. and even today it took them a week and a half to come and cut the grass. I guess good help is hard to find.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. The design team was fantastic and listened to what we wanted and out a beautiful plan together for us. They also worked with us to trim down the original plan to meet our budget and gave us an amazing backyard. What made me feel the best is when I had reservations in the middle of the project and Tyson took the time to explain why and how it fit our vision. We couldn t be happier with the final result.

Thanks to Villani Landshapers I now have an unbelievable backyard patio and firepit. They were responsive in having a designer come to my home and plan my backyard, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The construction crews were polite, prompt, and did an excellent job during the construction process. I couldnt be happier with the way my project was handled from start to finish.

Villani did a fantastic job installing our paver patio. The design and execution turned out amazing! Tyson nailed the look we wanted and Ishmil and team made that design come to life. This was frosting on the cake as Villani also did all of our new construction landscaping. We could not be more pleased and I highly recommend Villani for your landscaping and should you need a patio they do hard scrapes like no other.

Villani put together a great landscape design for our pool area. The design overcame a challenging yard area. The landscaping team was the most professional contractor team weve had (and weve had quite a few). They worked with 3 other contractors as we put a pool area in and were the most courteous and professional of the teams. Landscaping and nursery stock went in on-time and everything looks great. Neighbors are stopping by to compliment and ask about the work. Were thrilled with the outcome and were going to be repeat customer to take on some additional landscaping projects .Bill & Cathy

Villani designed and installed retaining walls, a paver patio and planted hundreds of plants and seeded the lawn for our new home. We couldnt be happier with the way it turned out! The crews were highly professional, and trained at their profession. Their work was meticulous and they left the site clean and tidy every day.

We had Landshapers put in a patio using paving blocks. They were quite careful in keeping the surrounding vegetation safe, they laid a beautiful pattern of block and it looks great. We think they went above and beyond by offering to replant some of the shrubs and giving us good advice on how to get the new grass seedings going. The most noticeable thing was their leaving the yard in a clean state. We would recommend them.

Asked for an estimate, recieved an initial call and was promised call back. Still waiting...

they cut down 3 of my Rose of Sharon plants and wont replace them or pay me. I have called 3 times. Each guy passes me off to someone else. Wont respond. Very disappointed Negative

Villani was contracted to install landscaping at a new construction site. Initial installation was completed in May 2017. Soil preparation was not consistent with architect s specifications. This was brought to the project manager s attention at the time and was ignored. Numerous plants died by August 2017 and were replaced at our request and under warranty. More plants died over the winter. In May- June 2018, extensive communications including onsite meetings were required to get Villani to agree to replacement of additional plants and extend the warranty another year. Villani commited in writing to replace the plants by fall 2018. This was not done, despite our again contacting them. Villani is a family owned business. When I contacted the President in writing on multiple occasions, he would refer the matter back to the project manager, who s approach was part of the problem. Our contract was in excess of $17,000 and it was our hope that the President s involvement would lead to a different perspective, but that did not happen. The project manager was argumentative, frequently uncommunicative, and blamed us for the problem. We had another landscape company replace the plantings in July 2019. Senior management apathy, poor communication, poor installation, and broken promises were the sum of our experience. Let the buyer beware.

Extremely satisfied with the work done by Vilani and managed by Aaron! We had an absolute mess in our back yard and the team came in and put in 3 hard worked days to get it to where in needs to be. Everyone who we came in contact with throughout the process was extremely professional and wasnt afraid to work hard to make sure we were happy by the end of it. Thank you Aaron and the team who worked with us!

Bill and his crew were great! They were at my house for 5 days even during the heat working . My yard work was done just as I asked, they cleaned up great after and even came in and helped me move some.furniture I wasnt able to by myself. Always good and lawn looks great. Perfect service. Thank you bill and your crew.

Hardworking and committed!

I dont know anything about their landscaping abilities, but their driving manners are questionable. Probably not the best idea to cut people off in traffic when your business name is plastered all over the back of your truck.

I have seen Gilbert working on the medians in my neighborhood in Menomonee Falls and he always does great work. He even stopped to help my sister and I carry a couch from our home one day. Gilbert is a great example of a hard worker who goes above and beyond!
