Brad and his team were worth every penny. Despite some irregular weather and challenges presented by the rough grading that they had to start with (done prior to their work), JL Property Services provided us with quality trees for our property, an amazing final grading, excellent topsoil and mulch, and grass that was sprouting within 5 days! I plan on using them for all of my landscaping needs in the future!!

A few years ago we had concrete curbing installed by JL Property Services and called them back to do more concrete curbing as well as install a few arborvitaes and pull out a couple shrubs. Brad was solution-focused and very patient with us as we vetted out our options and ultimately decided on a plan with his help. Brad & crew came on time, communicated well, completed the job with high quality, and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Price aligned with my expectations for the job. They even spread some leftover mulch we had over where we pulled out a large shrub! I cant say enough about this crew and how theyve delivered twice now for us. They are the first crew Ill call for any future landscaping needs.

Brad always responds to messages. Very happy with their work on our backyard including tree removal, trenching and installing downspout drainpipe, planting line of arbs, grading the entire backyard, creating a retaining wall with a stone pad for a shed, seeding the entire yard and planting a tree in the front yard. Brad assisted us in choosing pavers that truly complimented our exterior colors and outside area. Not only did the grill area design provide function, but great style. He also bordered an existing patio which added cohesiveness to give the backyard patio area a complete and finished look. We truly enjoy our outside area and highly recommend JL Properties.

Had this company come and install colored stamped concrete edging around 3 planting beds. They were prompt starting the job and worked very hard until it was completed. It turned out to be better than I hoped for. Very apparent they take pride in what they do. Fabulous end result. I ve known JL Property Services for several years as a lawn maintenance company doing an excellent job. This year we built a new home and needed landscaping. We contacted JL Property Services along with 5 other companies to obtain quotes and suggestions on completing the landscaping. JL Property Services was by far the most professional in their manner and approach. They promptly prepared plans that included detailed drawings and outline of materials and costs. They made great suggestions on design that complimented our home and the property. They are an experienced and professional company employing a staff of competent and polite people anxious to answer questions and provide care instructions of plants and plantings. Our primary contact with Jake Lutzow was always highly friendly and professional. Jake is an onsite manager of the project. I highly recommend this company. As mentioned, I ve known the company for several years and all of the employees that I ve met from lawn cutting people to sod layers to landscaping designers such as Bill, are nice people very concerned about the quality of the work performed. They are timely. They are professional. After the work was completed they return to check on the job they completed. Additionally, they telephone days later to check on customer satisfaction and to answer questions and provide any additional guidance. Many thanks to Jake and Bill and the entire JL Property team. All of our gardens had become overgrown with weeds. JL came in with minimal design direction, besides a low maintenance request, and gave us exactly what we wanted. Everything looks great and I am excited to watch it continue to grow in. Will definitely be using JL property services in the future.
