Well so far so good. I’ve only experienced process of signing up for the service via phone as of now (have not received any yard services yet). My phone consultation & application customer service w/Adriana went well. I’ve never had lawn service before so I’m not familiar w/any info, it’s all new to me but she sound like she know what she talking about and that was good enough for me. She made me feel comfortable enough to take her word and trust the process. She was patient w/“ALL” my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. I signed up for the Equal Monthly Billing which starts January 15th, 2025. Hopefully I’ll be satisfied w/the 11 month services as well; We shall see… I’ll keep you guys posted! Thanks Adriana😉
The Weed Man Lawn Care service have actually decreased the weeds in my yards. Their staff has been very professional and helpful in explaining their processes. I will continue to use their company for lawn maintenance.

This was my first year using Weed Man Lawn Care. I was definitely impressed with the level of service I received, especially whenever I needed to reschedule a service. I was very pleased with how green my lawn was this season.
This is my first season with Weed Man Memphis and have been very happy. The grass is definitely greener. They have had great communication for any issues that have occurred and professional techs that are there when they say they will be. Their pricing is competitive not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for. I will be using them as my lawn partner going forward and would highly recommend them!
We had an issue with the service plans and payments, and they addressed the issue and resolved it promptly. We were pleased with the lawn services we received and their willingness to work hard to make things right. I came across Weedman on the Internet. I reached out to him, and I am totally satisfied with the lawn care that they provide. Their customer service is wonderful and their receptionist or contacts were very professional. There was no pressure sales or any of that they gave you the options and let you choose I’d love that. I would recommend them to any person who wants their lawn to look great. Shout out to the weed man can I get a quarter pound lol.

I live in Bartlett TN. The service provided is awful. They show up at 7:30 am on Saturdays with no notice and now they dumped a bunch of fertilizer on my pool deck and in my pool.
Can t recommend enough! Nathan went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my yard. Excellent communication.
