Grass is green, no bare spots.

Tech on cell phone while spraying haphazardly. Very difficult to terminate the service. Took three long and complicated calls. They make you listen to the entire script before they will agree to terminate the service. Phone person wasnt a native English speaker and was unintelligible most of the time. I am not going to waste additional time on a procedure that SHOULD have taken 15 minutes. I dont believe the person responding doesnt know their own companys tactics and procedures for making cancellations much harder than they should be. Dont know why the management wants to contact me - theyre the ones who set this procedure up.

Well I really like to hope that Tru Green was going to make my yard green as a golf field. But guess my yard wasn t cut out for that. The only thing I saw was the dead weeds disappeared. Why that? No beautiful green grass. Appearing.

Great for mosquito treatment and will respray if you still feel bites! Professional team and even had a manager maybe come out to assess the yard after repeated resprays. It just made it even nicer not to have any bites. The first year seemed stronger than since covid so not sure the formula changed, but I also have had great success with the OFF brand of outdoor spray for mosquitos that you attach to the water hose. Its just become hard to find it in stores since covid; Cutters brand is not as effective.

They provide excellent lawn care for a very economical cost. Very responsive to any concerns and provide additional services to rectify the issue at no additional cost. Highly recommended

My new technician is very good. I hope they keep him on my route. Kaylan is much better than my previous tech. I will show pictures when the lawn gets better. I have had them since May and the other tech was not good at all. My lawn looked like it had on a striped shirt and was full of weeds. I have Kaylan an he sprayed the weeds and fertilized the yard correctly. I have cameras also and the other guy only did the front and the back and not the sides. Summer is almost over and I hope my yard starts to look good again.

They started out as genuine and motivated to do a good job on my weed infested yard. That was a year and a half ago. As of last week, I fired them. I have video cameras surrounding my house and observed the technicians on almost every time, either do a VERY half-a$$ job or totally ignore my backyard. I complained several times to no avail. If you cant observe this company, dont hire them.

Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I called yesterday and the person I got didn t sound too thrilled to be doing his job first off. Secondly $300 a month for some simple weed control is insane and is out of our budget, that s fine, but once I told this guy that I needed to think on it with my husband, you could tell he wanted me to drop the $300 right then and there because when I said I d call back he doesn t hesitate to sound annoyed and mention that he works on commission and can he add an extra 20% off that would make a difference . That is extremely unprofessional. Your commission is not my problem? Maybe don t try to guilt people calling for a quote just because you want paid I told him I d talk to my husband when he gets off work, he then oversteps again and asks me when will he be home excuse me? I told him he could call me in the morning since he s so obsessed with my answer so he could get his money. He then calls me not once, but THREE times between 9:10am-9:17am. Absolutely too much. I wish I would ve gotten his name. I ended up going with another company that s only $100 a month and they were so kind and had real customer service skills on the phone, wonderful people.

Lawn techs are great but cant get the office to do their job all i asked was to let me know ahead of time so i can leave gate open they text the day of sayin they coming im not going to leave work to go open my gate i wish i hadnt prepaid cause now im looking for alternate

I would like Franz C to come out each time it needs to be sprayed. He did a great job. I told him I was given true green one more chance. Last time they said they sprayed and was only here 15 minutes. If he is the one who comes each time I will stay with true green.

Last week my trugreen tech Awais helped me understand a lot of concerns with my shrubs and guided me in proper planting procedure for my new shrubs that were replacing my winter damaged shrubs. He was very courteous and patient with me.

TruGreen provides responsive and well organized service. They provide good quality products. However, like any business your experience hinges on the work ethic of the technician servicing you. So pay attention, if there is a issue ... management will resolve it.

I m a 77 year old man and the two techs were awesome. I m under the care of a specialist for severe pain in my lower back. I was getting out of my truck and couldn t walk. One of the techs helped me to get into my home. The other tech noticed there was a package at my front door and he brought it to me. I can t thank them for their help.

I was home when Rodrigo R. came to do recent treatment and he walked around front yard with me as I pointed out certain weeds and also to trying to get more grass to grow in area of my backyard which has been solid weeds and no grass in some spots for years. He offered helpful advice and since being with TruGreen I am also starting to see some bermuda start to grow in that area which I was never able to get from previous Lawn Service company.

Nolan Pollard did an excellent job of treating our yard for weeds and fertilizing it.

Terrance was my service specialist and he was amazing, personable, and professional! Not only did he take the time to communicate with me via my camera system as I was at work, but he then followed up with a text and phone call. He also was nice enough to walk me through when to tell my mower to cut next and in what style to get the best results. If you get him as your specialist you are lucky.

He explained different types of weeds (some that pre-emergent would not kill) and the two types of Bermuda grass that I have, which is why some Bermuda is yellowish and some is dark green.
