We switched to Herbi-Systems from a national brand and have well over a full season with them. The results are fabulous. Our yard looks MUCH better and the communication is outstanding.

Every technician involved with my property was very friendly and called before arriving informing me of their arrival time. The work was completed and my yard looks great.

Herbi-systems has taken care of our lawn for 28 years and they do an outstanding job! I love working with them! I m adding to this post a year later. Continue to be so impressed with this company. Our lawns are amazing because of Herbi systems who also fertilizes everything . When the technician was out yesterday, I asked if what he was spraying would kill poison ivy because I had a few. Not wanting to harm nearby plants, he said I m not allergic to it and he just pulled it out. Amazing!

Ive never had a problem with the service. Maybe once or twice over the years they had to come back and spray some hard to kill weeds at no extra charge. Its mainly nutgrass that pops up.

I been with Herbi system for 30 years or more, I have told other companies trying to get my business I wouldn t switch if they were free! That s strong. I also use the shrub feeding service, because I never did it and most people don t.

This year for some reason my yard managed to stay brown at the roots all summer and I am still not sure as to why that was. I asked and was told that one of my treatment was delayed. I will see if the issues continue into the 2024 season or if it was a one time issue.

Im happy that I dont have any weeds growing in my lawn, but it appears whatever is being used on the lawn is turning the lawn Yellow. Or am I doing something wrong? I make sure the lawn is watered every morning (5a-7a), with these hot days weve had. Help!

We have had an issue with Poa Annua each spring. The weed grass eventually dies out in the Summer but comes back as the next Spring approaches. Our grass is looking pretty good right now in mid-Summer! My priority request is that the grass is treated this Fall to keep that weed grass Poa Annua from coming back next Spring. These guys at Herbi-Systems always do a great job! My yard is mostly weed free(we have some in our flower bed that, understandably, they dont spray). We had a stubborn bahiagrass infestation that they eliminated within a matter of a few short weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend Herbi-Systems to anyone! Let THEM come kill your weeds!

Update my original review. David not only followed up with a written response but he also called me to explain that ongoing rain was preventing further bug treatments. When the rain subsided, the technician did treat the whole front yard as promised. Dave also gave us good advice to set-up a timer on our hose & sprinkler throughout the hot weather days when rain was not in the forecast. We have followed his suggestion and the yard seems to be responding. Thank you, David. Previous comments: My husband met with manager, Dave who was helpful in analyzing the brown sections. Our technician, Jeffrey Gillia is very experienced and conscientious. He s not one of those people who just comes out and sprays the yard and moves on to the next job. He takes pride in his work and my lawn looks amazing because of him. I m clueless when it comes to different grasses and lawn care. I just want the lawn to look good. Jeffrey advises me from time to time about what to look for in order to maintain the beauty of my lawn. Five stars especially for Jeffrey Gillia.

Great lawn treatment!

We have been struggling with our front lawn ever since we had to replace our sewer line. We just couldnt get the grass to come back and the weeds seem to be taking over. I finally pulled the trigger and hired Herbi-Systems to see what they can do and within a couple weeks we noticed a huge improvement in our lawn. We immediately noticed a decrease in dandelions and Wild Violet. Our grass was came back beautiful green and thick. I highly reccomend them

Im a new customer and theyve come out and sprayed my yard 3 times. This last time the guy did a rush job and did not even cover half of my yard. I literally watched him from my office because i work from home and said to myself that he didnt cover my entire yard. I then looked at all 5 of my cameras and after reviewing them it confirmed my initial thoughts. Its really surprising because nowadays people have cameras everywhere and can capture EVERYTHING.

Herbi-systems worked miracles on our lawn. They fixed our issue while avoiding the alternative of digging up and replacing the lawn/soil.

I have been sprayed 3 times my grass has been destroyed by the chemicals they use my grass is now BROWN like its winter time what a mistake I have made I had beautiful green grass with a few weeds this is TERRIBLE. We have been using Herbi Systems for years and are always so pleased with their servicing and routine maintenance. My favorite quality is that I always know who is coming (Chris Fulton has been our service tech from day one), and when they re coming. Chris always has a great attitude and reschedules when weather forces so he s not wasting service on our yard. He s aware of our dogs and baby napping so is always courteous and calls instead of knocks to let me know he s finished up and closed the gate. Our yard consistently looks wonderful thanks to Herbi Systems and I look forward to get another season of lawn care from them.

Advertised no need to call for weed control. But I had to and it took them a week to get out and take care of weeds in my yard. I paid for a year in advance. Also had an army worms problem called and left a message that I need immediate help. No one I repeat no one returned my call. Ended up treating the problem myself. Very disappointed in customer service.

Hands down the best service. They have ALWAYS arrived on the days they said they would and completed the lawn service quickly without missing anything. Both my neighbors have different lawn services - and their lawns dont look nearly as green as mine - and we all water about the same. Results dont lie.

Awful they have sprayed my lawn 4 times I had beautiful Bermuda grass the 5th time they sprayed my green grass changed to have to big brown spots I called in a they sent someone out he left a note saying that they had chemically burned my lawn but offered no solution or help I called and reported a mana her was suppose to to reach out to me I have not heard anything from anyone they are not trying to fix there mistake so I canceled them

I have lived here 39 years and had various lawn services. This is the best. it is the first time all of my weeds truly died. I this everyone should sign up.

I have had Herbi-systems for several years and they have done a great job. The last two years, my Poa Annua has been spreading in my lawn. I started reporting it when it first appeared and they started treating it; it never died. This year, it is already appearing green in my lawn and is spreading. February 26 I sent an email to their office regarding this issue. No response. February 28 I called the office and the person found my email and said she would have someone call me. No response. It is March 1 and I still have not received a response. Not sure I made the right decision this year to pay for the entire year .

Andrew Cupples did an amazing job on our lawn treatment and our tree & shrub treatment. He did more in 2 visits than our previous lawn care company did in 5 years. We are really, really happy and excited that we are finally getting great service. Things are looking so much better already and will only get better and better. Thank you herbi-systems.
