They are terrible, they made all.of my grass disappear out of my yard and all the only explanation that I got was different stories and now it is costing me even more money to straighten my yard out. I had to hire another company. AWFUL

I would not recommend this company. The treatments that they charge do not work. You will be wasting your money. I have used this company for over three years. I tried to be patient with the treatments but they never worked. I still have weeds in one area of my yard that is still full of weeds after three or more years of treatments from this company. Also be aware of their collection schemes. They will turn you over to a collection company without any diligent attempts to contact you about bill. They will say that they emailed you a bill. Many times I did not know that my lawn add been treated and then I would get a letter form American Profit Recovery Company saying the Fairway Lawns had turned my account of to them for collection. They will double your treatment without contacting you. I was told that my bill cost doubled because they under measured my yard three years ago. This company gives poor service and is unethical in their business practices . Stay away from them.

We have been a Fairway Lawn customer since 2013. Like another customer who wrote a bad review for the same reason I m writing mine, Fairway has all of my contact information. I thought I had updated my payment information in my profile, but for some reason it must have not saved. In any event, they turned my bill form$142.00 over to a collection agency instead of calling me. After receiving the letter from the collection agency, I immediately called Fairway and talked with someone who acted so indifferent about how upset I was and the fact that I was canceling the account. He couldn t have cared less! No apology, nothing! I m glad I m finished with them. They were doing a poor job anyway.

I have always been happy with the service that Fairway Lawns has provided. But the business side of things leaves something to be desired. At some point, apparently I had an invoice that hadnt been paid. Fairway Lawns has my phone number, email address, and mailing address. Yet, instead of just contacting me to make sure I was aware of the bill. They turned this over to collections. Since receiving this, I have gone back and checked to see if maybe I received a voicemail about this. No. Email? No. Physical statement in the mail saying I had a past due balance? Still no. Ive been a consistent customer of Fairway Lawns for several years, but it didnt seem like that even made them think to take an additional step on this. I am paying the bill but will find someone else to service my lawn from this point on. Had I simply been made aware I had an outstanding balance, I would have taken care of it.

As a customer for 2 yrs with them I terminated my service with them this month here is my experience with them, I been charged for service that they didn t do or even showed up, also they supposed to spray back and front yard everytime But they don t they always do the front yard ( just few spots ) and ignored the back yard , when I called them they saying oh we will take care of you next time I caught them on camera many times doing that so my advice is don t waste your money! It s scam You can buy they chemical they use for $200 last 3 yrs at least Instead of paying for them around $1100 a year for bad service

My yard had not been treated in 24 years and was mostly weeds that I had to mow every 3-4 days...Mr. Charles has done wonders for my yard and I now have more Bermuda than weeds and my mowing has been cut back to every 7-10 days...I will continue to use Fairway Lawns for my service in the future...Very pleased with their service and you will be too...Give them a call today to start your lawn on its way to being healthy and beautiful... UPDATE: I paid Fairway Lawns over $400 up front for 8 lawn treatments, I got what I paid for and was very pleased with the service I received, however I never received a phone call or a bill from Fairway Lawns but I did receive a letter from a collection agency saying that I owed Fairway Lawns an additional $116...I dont know what the extra money is for and dont appreciate all the collection calls and not even getting an explanation of what the $116 is for considering I paid in full up front...

Yards still isnt turning green yet

I have tried for 3 months and several phone calls to get credit for 2 referrals. After getting the run around from your customer service I thought I would try one more time. I called and talked to a nice young man named Hayden and he had it solved satisfactory for me in 5 minutes. You never called me or sent notice that you were discontinuing my service after being a loyal customer for over 6 years. You need more people like Hayden.

Quick response to any problems with the lawn. Love getting the feedback emailed to me after every treatment.

So far so good. There is a great improvement in our lawn. It takes a little time but we can tell the treatments are working. I would recommend them. I notice quite a few of our neighbors use them as well. I wish they would treat us all at the same time instead of 1 neighbor today and 3 days later across the street seems like more houses would be covered.

Fairway did not answer my emails regarding poor service. Paid for 3 services and have more weeds now than before they started. Use another company. Negative

I paid to have my lawn treated, but yes I had some problem areas too. I just kept noticing all the weeds mostly on one specific side of my front lawn that never got eradicated. I m going to give you guys one more try for 2023 to make my lawn sparkle. My neighbor across the street uses the same company, and hers looks great. Come on Fairway Lawn, I m counting on your proven success .

Ive tried other weed prevention services and i keep coming back to Fairway. Consistent, on time, no hassle, communication from the tech, usually Nathan, easy customer portal to check the schedule, the service that was provided and make a payment. My yard is the best on the block

The correct procedure was for fertilization of plants and shrubs for protection during the winter months.

They provide information in an email or text about what was done and why, and when or if I need to do anything, such as water the lawn. The lawn is in great shape.

Huge waste of money. 2 treatments with hardware store fertilizer put them to shame vs a year of their exorbitant cost. Don t be fooled

I have used several lawn services in the past 20 years. These guys are the WORST. 3 years they treated my lawn, I wanted to fire them after year one, but thought Ill give them another chance to get a whole year of treatments in all though I had to many weeds still. Then after 2 years my yard looked like it wasnt even being treated at all. My neighbors all looked great, so I called and they promised to make it right. So after another year of treatment, I had EVEN more weeds! I called and told them that they should be ashamed to put their sign in my yard after they treat it because it looks so bad. They wanted to know what they could to keep my business...... DO WHAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING YOU FOR! I told him to come look at my yard and tell me what he thinks. Of course no one showed up, no one called. That would have been to much trouble I guess. Theyre just after your $60 and not into maintaining your yard. LOOK ELSEWHERE and avoid these guys.

I am lucky I have one guy who take car my grass do a fantastic job. I hope all their guys are like him. I have bad experience with other lawns before this gentleman.

I have used this company for a few years. Something has changed recently in their customer service. They treated my lawn in November but they treated for the October and November services and charged for each service although it was delivered at the same time and zero percent longer than any other treatment. I would not have been opposed to this had there been some sort communication or discussion before this service. They email and call me constantly about their change to paperless, I get a call before every service, but somehow a double bill is not something they wished to discuss. If they can treat the lawn with combined services the same month, then why have I been paying for individual services? Why do they not want to give a heads up on a double service? I paid the double billing and then called to cancel service. The rep on the phone asked if a manager could call before I cancelled. The manager called and his first word to me was I called to help you understand. We were done at that point. He did not call to understand my concern. After that, I received the fee increase for 2022. I called once more to cancel service. So in total it took 3 phone calls cancel service. This business lacks process and ethics.

Great service

So far I m not impressed at all. Starting to think I m paying for someone to just sit in the truck for an hour then sending a bill. I m gonna give y all the benefit of the doubt just a couple of more times. If no results after two more times y all are out!

The Lawn Specialist has my lawn looking the worse than it has ever looked. They do not honor their word. They said revisits are free however every time I called for a revisit a bill was left on my door. I kept getting charged for weed that was never removed. Every year there is a cost increase without any type of notification.They only received a one star rating because there was not a selection for zero. Good Luck.

I called for a service call a week ago and was told he would come by last week but no one has showed up yet as of today and thats not good at all I still have those weeks growing in my yard

I went from Tru Green to fairway this season for weed control hoping to save some money. This was a waste of money I have more weeds now then when the season started. You get what you pay for...I would not reccomend them to anyone. Going back to TruGreen.

I had a bad experience with Fairway Lawns. They treated my front yard for clover and killed the Bermuda grass around it which left a large bare spot for several months. I will have to have sod in my front yard now. I do not recommend them in any way!

I have had Fairway Lawns for many, many years at 4 different residences. While the first three (Cordova, TN, Conway, AR, and then Bartlett, TN) were awesome, the most recent (Lakeland, TN) has not been. Our home is a zero lot line and small. This winter when there was 3 inches of snow on the ground the tech showed up and treated the yard, when we questioned him because it was not going to do anything but sit on top of the snow, he said dont worry, you can call us back and we will give you a free treatment (that seems pretty wasteful to me, complete waste of product). When the grass started to turn green the grass between our house and our neighbors homes was gone. Our neighbors grass was gone as well, but only on the side of the house that was next to ours, their other side was full and green. Our front yard and back yard were bare and not coming in as it should. When I called and complained, the supervisor called and said he would come out, call before he did so we could be there, and we would look at it together. The next day, we came home with a note on the door that he had been there ---- NO phone call as promised. He told us that it as in the process of coming back, but sometimes it just takes longer. Longer than what ---- all of our neighbors already had nice pretty grass -- I guess our house was the only one on the street that had bad sun.......We have now switched services and paid over $500 to replace the grass on the side of the house. Since we have switched services, our grass in our front and back yard is now back to the way it should be. My comment is that technicians definitely matter because in our other homes we had the nicest, plushest, greenest grass on the block.
