I needed a sinkhole repaired. I was under a time crunch due the property closing to sell. They were very fast to get the work done, and made sure it was done right. The day after the work was done, we had a ton of rain which caused the ground to settle. They were back the next day to get everything looking good!

Jason and his team have taken care of our yard maintenance since 2019. We had specific requests when we first discussed our maintenance plan, and Jason was willing to work with us to meet our needs. His crew is professional, reliable, and theyve done a fantastic job. We have also been impressed with their assistance during several ice storms. Their office reached out the next day to ask if we need assistance with removing fallen debris or small branches. His team showed up within hours to take care of it. We have also used Picture Perfect Landscapes for our annual outdoor Christmas lighting, and they have consistently done a great job. Highly recommend!

Consistent every week. Autopay. Easy peasy. Visitors frequently want to know who cuts my grass, so that s a sign it looks good! If I could change two things: 1. I wish they offered a bi-weekly service because I don t think my grass grows fast enough to be cut weekly. 2. I don t understand why they charge hourly for other services such as flowerbed cleanup, and hedge trimming, rather than offering a flat price. It s hard to estimate cost on an hourly rate, so I go to other vendors for these services.

I have worked with Jason and his entire staff since October Of 23 as a contractor. Any business weve had, has gone seamlessly. I witness him treat everyone with respect in not just the good situations, but the bad as well.

Reaching out for pricing on fertilization and broadleaf treatment was professional and easy. Kaamilya responded quickly and sent out an email to let me know the day before they would arrive.

The service person was quick, efficient and didn t even set off my dogs. Plus, the lawn weeds are dying and in happy with mhh th first treatment.

On 05/15/2024, I engaged in a conversation with Jamie from Picture Perfect to address an unauthorized charge on my credit card for additional services that I did not authorize. During this discussion, I raised legitimate concerns about the lack of alternative payment methods and the unauthorized charges being processed without my explicit consent. Shockingly, Jamie responded by abruptly canceling my services without my consent or approval, solely because I inquired about other payment options. This unilateral and unjustified action was completely unwarranted and unprofessional, as my inquiry was intended to seek clarification on payment procedures, not to terminate the services outright. Furthermore, the justification provided by Jamie that an email notification supposedly granted Picture Perfect the authority to charge my credit card without my explicit consent is unacceptable. Such practices are not only unethical but also a blatant violation of consumer rights and trust. In addition to this troubling incident, I must also bring to your attention the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by Camilla, another staff member at Picture Perfect. In previous interactions with Camilla, I have experienced a dismissive and confrontational attitude, which is both unwarranted and unacceptable in a customer service setting. Her behavior has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Picture Perfect. I demand an immediate and full refund of the unauthorized charges that were processed without my consent. It is imperative that Picture Perfect takes immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that all unauthorized charges are promptly reversed to avoid further escalation of this matter. Moreover, I seek formal confirmation that my services have been canceled by Picture Perfect as of 05/15/2024, following Jamies unjustified actions. I request a written confirmation that no further charges will be processed on my credit card without explicit authorization from me. The unauthorized charges, unprofessional conduct, and unjustified cancellation of services by Picture Perfect have left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the integrity of your business practices. Recently started using PPL for monthly spraying to keep weeds at bay. Although this process takes time, I couldn t wait to write a review on the incredible customer service! The lady whom I spoke with for scheduling was kind and patient, and our technician, Roosevelt, was an absolute TREASURE. He walked with me around our new property and helped me ID plants and the landscape and offered suggestions for care and aesthetic. You can tell the people employed here are passionate about what they do! Can t wait to see how the spraying does over the next year.

Let s be clear. I did not use them. I wanted to get service done for my aunt s house in Raleigh. I see they told someone they don t service Raleigh so maybe that changed. They refused to set up an in person appointment so I had to send pictures. After about a week I was quoted up to $10k. I know others in the business but their schedules are so packed I wanted to step out and see if I could get someone else. Even with materials, what I needed done was no where what I was quoted. Yes, I got someone else to do it. From a professional stand point, if you all didn t want to do the job, saying that would ve been perfect for me.

This business is a waste of time. I had some problems with the landscaping in my front yard. I called and sent in pictures just to try and get some options of what can be done. After several attempts calling I could not even get those pictures reviewed or even talk to landscaper in 8 days.

Have attempted to get a quote from them for months. I called probably 6-7 different times and received various excuses (out of office, in meetings, working on it, etc) but no return call and no quote. Last time I called I was told they had the quote ready and we re working on schedules that was a month ago. Waste of time to have this company work on your project.

I TRIED to use them for my landscaping needs and the people (THREE TIMES IVE CALLED) answering their phones is HORRIBLE!!!! They are not polite and EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! I HATE THAT I AM CONSIDERING SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM!!! THEY HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN STARTED ON THE WORK AND ALREADY MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM.

I ve been using Picture Perfect Landscape for my lawn since April 2022 and I have no complaints. The price of my service is reasonable and my grass is cut timely every week. There has only been a couple of times that my service had to be rescheduled a day later due to the holiday or weather, however email communication is always sent to me regarding any delays or changes. I ve spoken to the ladies in the office numerous time and they re always friendly and helpful.

I was told because I live in Raleigh that my area would not be served.

Very nice job cleaning up the yard. Only complaint was it took a month to get on the schedule.

I spent $6,000 a year on this service and my back yard looks worse than it did before I started. They don t trim back bushes, they broke items in my yard, don t clean anything and have not responded to my inquiries. I have a very small yard and can t believe the terrible service.

Do not use this company!!! Jason came out to our house for an initial visit on spring clean up of beds and tree pruning and said he would send a quote afterwards. Never received a quote and called and followed up TWICE and no response! If you cant take the business, let clients know so they can move on. Very unprofessional way of doing business! We ended up using another company and they knocked out all of our yard needs in one week. If youve reached out to them and havent heard back, just move on because were still waiting...

I called and spoke to Jaime on 2 separate occasions to see when they would come out and spray my lawn. She assured me that she would get back to me with a date of when they would start. Not I a call, not a text, not a email in 10 days. I called today and she said their truck was down, which I totally understand, but if you promise a new client you will call them back you should call them back! To me it just shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism.

Cant get on their schedule...cant get them to return phone calls...cant get them to respond to emails. I guess they have enough work, and are not looking for anything additional.

They returned my call and I made an appointment but no one ever came out. No call, no show. Update: they claim they checked their schedules and all appointments were met. Not so. Its possible that maybe someone isnt documenting correctly. I certainly am not delusional.

Covered by trees that created a canopy offering a cool cover during the summer, they made sustaining a backyard difficult. Jason, Roosevelt & the Picture Perfect Landscapes team worked with me to transform my backyard into the perfect sanctuary; listening to what I wanted & what I didnt want, guiding me to what would work & away from what wouldnt. They created a lush grassy space, surrounded by an easy to maintain border. The yard is a perfect mix of color & greenery.

Dealing with these people is like dealing with children! They wont give you a straight answer on anything! Im planning a massive upgrade and I just dont need to be nitpicked and have to dig for the slightest detail! They wouldnt even give me the price of removing a small tree stump! So, I just hung up!

Unfortunately, they were a no-show two days in a row. The business replied and stated that the man that was supposed to come to give me a quote phone died lol. Unfortunately,he gave you the wrong information. The first time they did call in ample enough time which is why I was okay with rescheduling. But the next day he was supposed to come at 5 pm to give me a quote, he calls at 530pm to let me know that he had to go get his tires changed and they took longer than he thought and he would not be able to come. I was upset bc if he really was getting his car fixed, he could have just called at 5 to let me know he wasnt going to be able to come. The fact that he gave me one story and them another is questionable. Instead of the owner or whoever replied getting an attitude, the best way to have handled business is to call the customer and see what happened.

We thought the team at PPL was great, but they just completely forgot about us after we started service with them; they havent even returned my last call. It was really disappointing to my wife and I as we were ready to start some significant projects. Were so late in the year that well have to wait another year to find another landscaper and get started now.

My husband and I have used Picture Perfect Landscapes for our home for almost a whole year now and absolutely love them! Our yard is gorgeous; we receive compliments on it from friends and family on a regular basis. They helped us get rid of army worms last fall (after some grass loss) and since then the grass has begun to grow back bright and green. The rest of our yard is lovely! The staff, especially Ashley in the office, is super responsive, friendly, and efficient. Theyre flexible and didnt give us a hard time about pausing our service for a couple months in the winter, then let us keep our rate from last year when we started back! We really love their online payment system too (so that we dont have to be present to pay each time they come). We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stunning yard.

At first we were quite pleased with Picture Perfect - we worked with Gabriel. However, as the sod that was laid has grown, we noticed that Bermuda grass was intermixed with the Zoysia that wed requested. Their customer service has been quite poor and very unresponsive to our attempts to contact them regarding this issue. We finally got a quote to fix this problem that they made, and they quoted the price of tearing out the sod placed and paying for the new sod. Still awaiting a response from them to clarify why we should have to pay for their errors...now the Bermuda is starting to take over the Zoysia. Very disappointed.

Was VERY impressed with the responsiveness of the team @ Picture Perfect Landscapes. My lawn, flower beds have never looked so good! Gabe and Jason were professional, up-front and answered all of my questions prior to execution. Gabe met with me and walked through everything to make sure that we were lined up on what I wanted. PPL to the rescue! I had my front lawn sodded last summer ( by another company) and was looking forward to beautiful green grass this spring. Unfortunately, the company I used for sodding last year had done an inadequate job, and my lawn was weedy, to put it mildly. Jason diagnosed the problem and had my treatments started within 48h. That was a week ago, and the improvement is already apparent! The cost of the series of treatments I need to complete the pre-emergent, post-emergent and fertilizing process is actually less than it would cost to buy the chemicals retail (which are not strong enough to do the job anyway), so Im truly glad I turned to Picture Perfect Landscapes to help.

When our 100+ year old oak tree fell last Summer, Jason and his crew were quick to get our yard cleaned up and new sod laid. We were very pleased with his work and had him come back to install our paving stone walkway. PP does all of our lawn maintenance and we have always been pleased with his employees and their prompt attention.

I highly recommend these guys. Currently I have them spraying on a regular basis and occasionally call them out to cut trees back away from the house. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how far my yard has come in the year and a half that Ive owned it. They offer a level of service that in my opinion goes above and beyond.

The owner, Jason Brooks came out and explained exactly what we needed to have done in order to take care of our problem. We were scheduled for our work to begin July 25th. They were there that Monday, began the work and completed within 3 days. We were very happy with the installation and professional results. Jason and his team are top notch! We will definitely be calling them back for our future landscaping projects!

I could not recommend Picture Perfect Landscapes any higher!! They did an outstanding job. I just moved into a new home and I was extremely unhappy with the way the builder graded my lot in the back. I needed to get things fixed as soon as possible to put up a fence and playlet. Despite it being summer and in the middle of a very busy time for them, Jason took the time to come out, look at my yard, talk with me about my wishes, get an estimate to me timely and then work with my builders time frame on re-doing the grade. They also were able to work in the time to tunnel my gutters. Everyone there from the office to the workers were polite, timely, professional and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!
