Addressed my concerns quickly and at a fair price.

We hired that to do a drainage job in the front of our house and the back. Had communication problems but they finally responded and did the work out front. At that point I got calls and a bill. I paid them and they promised to come back to do the work in back. Multiple calls and emails later we have never heard from them again. They are not responsible, avoid them.

Will never answer or return calls. Once you finally get someone to answer the phone they will take all your information, set up a time and date to come by, then never show up. We did not even receive a call letting us know they weren’t coming and they did not answer our calls wondering where they were.

Called for an appointment for an estimate. Showed up and discussed what I wanted done, retaining wall concrete a pretty large project. A month goes by, no response no email no estimate. I call the company and leave a message. Still no response. I called once a week for 3 weeks, and still have yet to receive even an email to say hey we are working on it. Very poor customer service, no consideration for customer needs. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Maybe if you just want your grass cut or some mulch, but if you have a larger job call someone else.

Went to their website and requested an estimate. Got an email stating someone would contact me which never happened. So I called them and we set an appointment. Johnny (the owner) came out and we discussed what I needed done. He said he would send me an estimate either that day or the next. That never happened. I attempted to call them, left messages, and never got a call back. So I guess my business wasn't important enough. Don't waste your time with them

Not sure how 5 start reviews for this company. Called 1 week in advance and scheduled visit. Waited whole day at home after taking day off and called multiple times and response was will show up once done. Never bothered to return my call by owner or his staff. Please do not waste your time and money. Glad they did not show up .

The owner Johnny Adelman and his team do a fantastic job. We hired them for a project where we re-planted our flowerbeds and laid down new palisade zoysia sod. They did such a great job we hired them to do the maintenance of our yard. Everything was done well and their prices are very fair. They also do a great job at leaf removal in the fall & winter months, so they are great to use for all seasons! Keep up the good work guys!

Johnny and his crew at Memphis Landscape do great work and have very fair and reasonable prices. I have had them do in ground storm water drainage in my backyard as well as sodding my front lawn. I have had a few neighbors that have used the as well after my experience and all have been happy as well. I am likely going to reach out for some sodding needs I’m backyard come spring. I highly recommend Johnny and Memphis Landscape!
