Today, 8.27.24, Charles fertilized my lawn snd treated for weeds. He is excellent. Trugreen technicians are punctual, and provide great service. When I have questions they are responsive. When I need evaluation of a potential problem with my trees, bushes or lawn, they schedule a visit and address the problem. I am very happy with their service. Every technician who treats my property is excellent. I highly recommend Trugreen.

I stayed home from work to meet with Tech but they never came to door or left completion paperwork. I was told they did not come to door because it was before 8am. Guess I cant ask questions about my service before 8am? Then maybe come after 8am!

BEWARE Forged my signature on service agreement. I have been receiving solicitation from these guys to the point of harassment!

We signed up with TruGreen but wanted it to start on the 15th of August. Well, they started on the 1st and started charging us on the 1st. I contacted my TruGreen contact and she apologized and said it wouldnt happen again. Well it did a week later. They do not honor the customers word and they took advantage of us. I am canceling.

TruGreen actually works. Terrance seems dedicated to the job and is doing a great job. He listens to his customers, is friendly and tries to do as requested.

We had TruGreen for three years, but recently, our experience took a disappointing turn. Over the past two months, we noticed our grass looking weaker than usual. This week, we stayed home to observe the service and were shocked by what we saw. The technician never sprayed or even walked to the backyard. He sprayed a little on the side yard, put a sign in the grass, and left! Such neglect and lack of thoroughness are unacceptable. We fired TruGreen the next day and hired Truly Nolen instead. We are hopeful for better service and results with them. TruGreens recent service was a major letdown, and we cannot recommend them anymore. DO BETTER!!!

Before Tru green started my service they took a picture of this Dark Green St Augustine Yard that I had been treating myself, the reason for Calling them out was to Control the Crab Grass, After every treatment the grass would have a yellowing effect & tips of the St Augustine Burned, We Had Several conversations about this to the point the yard encountered a set back in color, My question was why are the tips of the grass burned after every Application they consistently told me it was normal afterwards also I was told because of the summer temperatures, And if that s the case WHY NOT REDUCE THE RATES IN THE SUMMER????? After Almost Spending 500.00 Later Realizing I Was Doing A Better Job Myself I DISCONTINUED THE SERVICE & I WISHED I NEVER LET THEM ONTO THE PROPERTY AND NEVER AGAIN!!! I Have Neighbors With St Augustine Grass That Are Getting Treatments By Other Companies & The Tips Of Their Grass Isn t Burned After Treatments SO THIS TELLS ME THAT OTHERS KNOW THEIR PROFESSION HOW DID I GO FROM HAVING THE BEST LOOKING YARD ON MY STREET TO THE WORST AFTER HIRING THIS COMPANY WISH I NEVER MADE THIS CALL!!!!

My TruGreen Specialist, AXZAVIAN A is really the epitome of amazing work ethic, honesty, care, and concern for what he does. My husband and I saw the truck out in the neighborhood and decided to just ask him a few questions. It was because of him that TruGreen earned our business. He is a hard-working young man who shows up and does his absolute best. He truly cares to bring satisfaction to his customers. I would be remiss if I didn t mention the inability to reach the local office can be very frustrating. If you call, it goes to a call center. I wanted to make sure the specialist who assisted us was assigned to work on our property . He s the one that signed us up, we created a good rapport and we wanted to continue working with him. I think they need to work on what the customer service agents are equipped to do . I had what I thought was a simple request that turned into a great frustration. I was out of town when I was trying to make sure he was assigned to us and I did not have his card information with his name on it. I knew it was a long name. The customer service department could not assist me because they did not have a list of names from the local office serving our area. The first time I reached out and spent 15 minutes talking to somebody she said she would leave a note to the office asking them to assign us the person that created signed us up;, but that never happened. I went through the chat another occasion and explained the situation and they couldn t help me either so that s where they definitely need improvement. But our specialist is top-notch and we are very happy with him. Still not sure if they finally assigned him but he s been to my house twice now so that s good. I think he should get a raise cause he works really hard. He s not there to do his job and leave. He s there to help produce the best results possible. We are grateful for him.

I can t believe we fell for it again!? Disappointing results. Misleading sales. Horrible communication. No ability to escalate. No resolution other than to switch providers.

1.I rearranged my whole schedule to be at home so tech could get in my backyard. No showed and sent me text at the end of the day....coming tomorrow. 2. Spoke with customer service ....which was good. 3. Get a call from Trugreen for bill. Sales guy lied about services coming on 6/20/24.....again no one showed up. Lesson is read the bad reviews they give the most accurate information. Anyone or employee can fake a good review.

New customer to tru Green and I had a good experience and I just want to start off by saying that people told me tru green wasnt a good company and that there treatment doesnt work but I can say for my self all of it is a lie. I have try other companies like Massy and slug a bug before and I have never got the results that I wanted but i tried trugreen and I got the results that I wanted from my first treatment and I am very hard person to please. I recommend Garnett Miller because he told me what to do and he had pointed out stuff that I have never seen before and he tell me what to do and what I was doing wrong yo my yard and I just wanted to give him a shout out because he did a great job in helping me with my yard. Big thank you to trugreen and Mr G. Miller you guys rock. But in my opinion yall should recommend Mr G miller to do your yard he is a great guy.

The technician first was unable to do my service today and he called me to let me know, but then I called him back and told him he was able to get down my cul de sac and he came back to complete my service. I was appreciative of the phone call and the fact he came back to complete my service instead of rescheduling. My technician was Justin Mabbitt.

I have always loved TruGreen they are professional, communicate well with their customers, are helpful in changing appointments, and keep the customer well informed of treatment dates and arrival time. I used them in Idaho and turned to them first when moving to Florida and was in need of tree and shrub pest management and fertilization. They have not disappointed. Romulo Banos is my technician and he is fantastic to work with. Friendly, helpful and always accommodating to my wishes. He also works hard to keep my trees and shrubs in good condition. After a devastating hailstorm had hit my area, I happened to be due for a treatment the next day. Romulo was only coming for pest control that day but he suggested fertilization as well. He applied fertilizer to all of my plants that had been hard hit. I could not believe how fast they all bounced back! In less than a month they went from naked twigs to lush foliage again. Thank you Romulo!

Super pleased w True Green and their salesman Tai G as well as their tech Joseph G. They not only saved me $180+ on my pest control service they provided top notch professionalism and were extremely knowledgeable.

So far so good. The technician showed up when they said they would, spoke with me, and treated my landscape accordingly. Well see how things look after a few more treatments.

Agents will more often than not, hang up on you, for asking them not to contact you further. I reached out for mowing and lawn care services in Palm Bay, FL - was advised they do not offer mowing services in any region, by every rep Ive spoken to, and Ive just called in again for the 4th or 5th time now to ask to be removed from their registry for marketing and soliciting. You sign up for the yearly service plan and pre-pay for a year and then they come out and do stuff that you didn t authorize and they charge your credit card. Then you call customer service to discuss that and they speak to you like a dog. Total racket, do not sign up!!!

I use TruGreen for weed control, feeding for lawn and shrubs, mosquito control, and aeration. Service has been satisfactory. Just watch out for the hidden auto renewal! Youll get a letter offering you a discount to prepay but the auto renewal info is outlined on the back of the letter. Call BEFORE the end of the year if you want to cancel.

Started the service out a bit iffy, but once they realized I had Bahia grass, not St. Augustine, and changed the chemicals appropriately, the service has been good. Update: After a full year of service, I don t see much of a difference with weed control. My back yard is full of weeds which I will have to remove and put sod down. I think I could do a better job with Scott s weed and feed myself. Maybe with St. Augustine, my experience would have been better.

I have had TruGreen for five months now. When I bought the service, I asked the person if I was getting the best service. He assured me that I was. There are no upgrades, he said. Not two weeks after they started, I got a call for pest service. I told them that Ive had pest service since 2000. They couldnt compete. Not long after, I got a call that one of the service techs said they saw a fungus growing in one of my wifes flower beds and I could buy a service that would take care of that, and it is One and done. so I went ahead and bought it. When the service technician arrived, I asked what to do about the strange fungus. He told me he was only here to put weed and feed. Five months later, my lawn looks the same as it did on day 1. The side of my house is mostly dollar weed. What worsens things is that TruGreen is still putting fliers on my door.

Tech. Told me they do not kill any grasses such as Crab grass, centipede grass, Goose grass ect. To consoumers we consider these as weeds we want gone from our yard. They only promote grass to grow. I cancled service with them and will do by myself

The lawn guy came out today and he was very friendly. He catered to my lawn, doing what I paid for and at the end he explained what he found and what would be best for my lawn and he asked if I had any questions. Now we wait and see after a few months if my yard improves.

Michele came to my house a few weeks ago and was told by my husband we do not want soliciting and politely stated we did not need the business. She has now come to my door a second time ringing doorbell and leaving card. Choosing to ignore the no soliciting sign. Very unprofessional and rude for a company trying to get business.

Before True Green, we had a nice green grassy backyard. Then they came and literally killed it all. Called them regarding the issue and was supposed to get a call back that never happened go figure. True Garbage is what they are. I definitely recommend Slug a Bug to anyone over this company. I think the photo speaks for itself, and yes that is in the correct before and after order .

BUYER BEWARE. THIS OFFICE OF TRUGREEN HAS A HISTORY OF ATTEMPTED SCAMMING. We called and got a horrible quote for services. We called back to report the quote and were informed the woman in fact entered us into a contract despite have no payment information. The gentleman we spoke to gave us a better quote, albeit still high. Another Shady looking woman then visited our house in an even shadier looking vehicle and gave us a tag indicating it would be $1000 for the contract. We called to cancel and still have not received our refund. Another neighbor reports the same from this office. DONT USE THIS TRUGREEN!!!

George the lawn specialist was absolutely amazing but the manager lied to me telling me if I signed up the service would be done before my sons 1st birthday party which when I called today because no one showed up they have me scheduled for the 9th. What a terrible company. I have tried to use them several times and given them chances but unfortunately they just dont deliver on what their words say. They promised me that they would regularly cut my lawn & they have done a terrible job IF they even show up when they say they will. They are constantly late, leave trash everywhere, and one gentleman even threw 2 cigarette buds and left a can of Colt45 out of his truck in front of my property. The technician who serviced my account was Garnett. His introduction was very professional and his knowledge was extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the service he provided and his patience as he walked me through the different problems that I have been dealing with and solutions of how to correct the problems, Thank you Garnett.

Called to cancel and the person on the other end kept trying to keep me as a customer by lowering the bill by $6 a month. After I said no TWICE she kept talking. NO is NO. Do not ask me over and over again.

Technician listened to my concerns and treated to address those concerns.

Garnnett our tech has always been helpful and knowledgeable regarding lawn care better than Massey who killed my 50+ year old Sago palm by feeding with their professional method of fertilization utilizing drilling into the trunk of the Palm. Palm died within 2 months with ants and bugs coming from drill hole site.

There arent enough words to describe how horrible this company has been for me. We paid upfront for a 7 month service. They were completely worthless. If you want to risk it, go ahead but DO NOT pay upfront. Also check the complaints filed with the the Better Business Bureau. The one I found to be the most interesting was the camera that proves no one showed up even though they said they did. Customer Service on the phone are great but the technicians dont want to do their job. Management will keep as much money as possible for work that will never happen. Keep your dollars in your pocket. Theres always BioSource. I havent tried them yet but they have trucks all through our subdivision and those houses have beautiful lawns. TruGreen, Buyer beware! IN ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE... Oh yes, just call or email and all will be well. There have been countless phone calls and nearly endless emails. I only leave a poor review on Google after all other avenues have been painstakingly tried multiple times. The answers on BBB all come out the same, the customer has canceled the service and received a refund. I feel quite certain the refund was not for the amount owed. The customer gets exhausted from the fight and gives up. We have a puppy and never knowing when or if TruGreen showed up made for another problem. My list goes on and on. Its too late for me. Save yourself before its too late.

Its a battle down here in Florida with pests and weeds. I tried for years to get a handle on both and spent a fortune and loads of valuable time. Fortunately, TruGreen has the licenses, training and experience to get the job done for a reasonable price. Its cost-effective in the long run. I have a plague of fire ants and TruGreen will come out as often as necessary to get them under control.

Since moving, we have been through 5 different pest and lawn services. Trugreen is the ONLY one who shows up when they say they will, give me a comprehensive report, looks and acts completely professionally, and their treatments WORK! We had Brian P out of the Melbourne office service our trees and bushes today. He was willing to take time standing in the hot sun to explain what I was looking at and tell me what to expect in the future. Just amazing service. Effective too!

Terrible service.

I had to make a request for additional service to investigate a problem I am having with my lawn. I sent an email requesting service and a senior specialist (Marcus) came to my house within 2 or 3 days. He was very knowledgeable and identified the issues and treated the entire lawn and especially concentrated on the areas which needed attention. I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to correct this issue. Also, there was no charge for this additional service. I am hopeful his efforts will correct my issues.

After receiving a phone call from a salesman Frank, he was very pushy, wanting to know if I contacted another company, who they were and how much they charged. This was in the first minute or two of our conversation which was a turn off. After bad mouthing other companies and saying how much better theirs was, I obtained prices and told him I would think about it. He asked what it was I needed to think about. I told him politely I needed to figure some things. Like what he asked. When I told him I had his name and number and would get back to him, he hung up on me without saying goodbye. This is not how you make sales or encourage customers to consider you. After reading the many negative reviews on line, there is no way I would ever consider this company.

Communication between National office to regional offices seems to be NOT real good. Communication while selling me on the program and collecting money was superb. But now technicians come to my home not knowing fully what they are suppose to do.

Taran was very pleasant and very informative. He took his time explaining to me what was happening with my yard and how he was going to resolve the problems. He also recommended a watering and mowing schedule for this time of year. He was awesome!

Marcus applied potash to strengthen the grass before growing season. This is part of the regular lawn treatment. Marcus does a great job, explains the treatments he applies, and provides helpful advice. Marcus is a technician who is an asset to TruGreen. Marcus is on top of his game regarding lawn service! My wife and I very much appreciate his personal involvement keeping our lawn in great shape.
