Talk about rude!! Their entire team is disrespectful, inconsiderate and downright nasty. There is no level of customer service, and they have no respect for the fact that they are doing a job on someone else s property. All they care about is getting done as quickly as possible and collecting a check. STAY AWAY!!

1) I asked for Thursdays/Fridays and somehow, over the course of the winter months, it became Tuesdays. 2) I paid monthly for my bushes to be trimmed, which we agreed to in the beginning with a set amount - hardly ever got my bushes trimmed unless I constantly complained about it. My backyard bushes would never be trimmed and they would only do a few of the bushes in the front of the house. These people will rip you off if and when they get the chance; unless you are very rich, in which case, of course youll get top notch, preferred service. That being said we serviced you proudly and communicated every time, multiple times we reached out about the trimming and you either would answer or your words were (you re the landscaper you should know what the customer wants). We re not psychic and we need guidance on customer expectations. This is a complete lie. I had to call you and ask you several times, and you never once, contacted me or tried to reach out through an email ... not ONCE. Additionally, I never said those words, so I appreciate (not) the effort to try and twist what I did say and contort it to suit your means. What I did say, was you KNEW what I wanted, and that was to trim the bushes EVERY MONTH, in which you completely stopped doing for the last 4 or 5 months - so basically, you were ripping me off during that time. I also contacted you several times about the bushes that absolutely needed trimming and you proceeded to act like it was some monumental effort to get that done, because I had to continually contact you over the course of a few weeks to a month to get it done. So when the customer, who told you what they wanted in the beginning, and who paid you for those services that you were not doing, you should know EXACTLY what I wanted, in that context, but I again, and I DID say this to you, .. should NOT have to tell you this. You are a liar and should not be trusted. You have just proven this by your fictional statement.

This is the company Im giving my business to! My own lawn service stopped showing up with no explanation so I called around. When I could even get someone on the phone, one company offered to come out to at least give an estimate and no one showed. I had no problems getting these guys out here, they did a great job, and they offer other services as well. Happy to have found them.

We were so happy with all that RP Landscaping Services was able to for our property! It looked like a beautiful park when he was done with it! I will gladly have them come back for all our lawn care needs in the future!

My family initially found Ruben when looking for someone to help with a major poison ivy infestation in the back yard. Ruben did a phenomenal job, as this was no easy task. After that, we hired his services to maintain the front and back yard. He also was able to help with a variety of other jobs, such as small tree removal, power washing of the house, weeding. Ruben is professional and has a great attention to detail. The quality of the service far outweighs the prices he charges. If you are in the Melbourne area, and in need of yard work or landscaping, you should 100% give Ruben a call for his services!

He also did extensive leaf removal and mulching as needed and I was very satisfied with his work and the result. Not only was this married duo professional and completed the work in a very good timely Fashion, but went above and beyond what I asked them to do.
