The servicing of the cutting is very consistent and the customer service is far better than anyone Ive dealt with in the past.

They bill you no matter what so you get 1 cut for the month and they bill you the full amount!! I guess he gets cancellations all time to put in the contract you cancel will still bill you for the month!! JUST STAY AWAY NOTHING BUT LONG EMAILS WITH EXCUSES WHY YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR GRASS CUT AND STILL GETTING BILLED!! Besides losing me they lost my neighbor as well!!!

Said they charge the same rate all year even though they cut more in the summer then in the winter. Paid them all winter to do almost nothing and they quit in the spring leaving me high and dry looking for a new service at the start of the summer.

Super big fan of the team at Genesis Lawn; Neil and his guys are honest, hardworking, and will more then exceed your expectation. Can not recommend these guys enough!

I used Genesis Lawn for about a year. In the beginning I had no complaints and thought they did a decent enough job to save me the trouble. They did raise their prices a few months into service, which is understandable the way inflation was and has been going; Id rather not pay extra after an already agreed price but I understand profit margins as well. The last 4-5 months I have seen increasingly less work done, less attention to detail and multiple times where our neighborhood was skipped and did not receive service at all. Not much of a problem except that there is no communication or outreach to say sorry we will not be able to get to you this week for xyz circumstances. Additionally, they view this transaction as a subscription service, so you pay whether they come perform the service or not. You do not agree to pay them for the job, you are basically paying them a retainer on a monthly basis and they will cut your lawn if they have time. I will either be seeking a more professional service or go back to doing it myself. Decent quality became unprofessional and lazy real fast, wont be using them again.

We count on knowing the day of week for them to cut our grass. We have a dog that has a doggie door to the back yard. We lock him in on the days they are supposed to cut which is Monday. Now it s Thursday and still nothing. This is not the first time. So we have to keep the doggie door locked all week until they decide to show up. We live by wickham and post.

Neil and his team are great! They are very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He mows several lawns in my neighborhood and is the go to guy for advice on how to keep the lawn green. Since this rating only goes to 5 thats what I gave him...but in my book, he is a 10!
