Dustin and his team cut my lawn for two seasons and did great work. They also did a large landscaping job in front yard including laying stone in my walkway. I didn’t hesitate this month when I needed backyard cleared for a new fence. They did fantastic job. Hire them.
I highly recommend NOT using this company. We used them for a new lawn install. Months later our grass is 90% weeds and very yellow and not growing in the back despite following instructions. Dustin will not return calls or texts. Save yourself time and money and just don't use D & D.
We had a lot of cleanup to do, and wanted a large area converted to a rock bed, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The job was quoted quickly, started early, and completed in one day by this incredibly hard working, polite and professional crew! I will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know!
This place is a joke! Dustin is a joke! He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! I had landscaping done around my house, which they did a very nice job lot, but then claimed that they could build a deck. The deck after a year and a half was falling apart, and I made numerous phone calls to Dustin and continue those phone calls and text messages for two years and still have not heard back from him. The deck is a complete joke! It is falling apart! My nephew slip through the hole that was left on the so-called stairs and hurt his foot. All I asked for was fairness and to give me a call back so we can figure this out and have not received a phone call. Text message or anything.
I was totally impressed. I never thought my backyard would look this good. I took out a 28 foot pool that left a hole in its place that was 2-3 feet deep with a falling apart deck. They removed the deck and filled in the hole. Planted grass. I am totally happy everytime I step outside. The ground is so even and the grass is coming up. 😊thank you D&E landscaping.
I hired D&D to put in a new lawn and landscaping for a new home I built last year. Grass still not growing because it’s all weeds and straw. Dead plant and tree, called and called and hasn’t responded back. Dustin is not professional at all and I would never recommend his company. Sad part is he knows people I do and STILL was/ is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Bad experience that cost me alot of money.
Dustin is very professional and so is his crew. They did a fantastic job grading and seeding the yard. On time, polite, I definitely recommend them. Thanks again guys!
D&D did a great job for me and my family's home. The guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to, got right to work and were very professional. My job was a small one, just a small paver wall around the flower bed in front of my house with a short retaining wall on one end. Not a huge $$$$ job, but they took care of it and me as if it was a million dollar job. I couldn't me more pleased with D&D and will be using them again in the future.
Dustin has been courteous and professional for the winter seasons last year and this year. We have a long, winding gravel driveway which is quite a terrible challenge for most snow plow companies and we have hired many snow plow companies in the Medina area since we moved here in 1996. Dustin has done a great job--even showing up twice in one day, if the snow continued to fall throughout the day. We feel confident in saying Dustin is the best. He actually answers his own phone and is always patient when answering any questions that might come up. We feel safe getting in and out of our driveway, especially during these deeper snows and sub-zero temperatures. We would recommend Dustins D&D Maintenance for snow plowing and we are also planning to ask Dustin to do our landscaping this Spring. Thank you, Dustin, for giving us some peace of mind and a sense of safety during this winter.

Dustin and his crew were supposed to come either Thursday or Friday this week. I called him Thursday after never hearing from them to confirm and left a message asking what he thought about the next day due to weather. I have left 4 voicemails since. He missed my appointment and hasn t even called. I will be expecting my deposit back immediately and will update of he does or doesn t do the right thing. Simple phone call could have avoided this
First let me say that a phone call may have avoided this situation. D & D Maintenance and Landscaping does the landscaping at Emerald Towers in Parma Heights. On April 26th, 2019 my car was damaged by one if his crew who was using a weed wacker. Dustin came out to look at my car ONLY after finding out a police report was made and he spoke with my son. Dustin looked at my car and said that the clear coat on the car was cracked. My car is a 2017 Chevy Malibu. My son offered to move the car so he could get a better look at the front of the car. Dustin refused. Dustin was given pictures of the car along with a copy of the police report. I then had my car evaluated by Axlerod Collision. They gave an estimate for the damage. It is not the clear coat as Dustin had suggested. Copies of the assessment was given to Dustin the same day the car was looked at by the collision company. I have never heard back from Dustin and today is May 28th, 2019 despite 6 messages I had left for him to return my call. I am in the process of suing him for the damages. Pictures of the car, copies of the police report and the estimate for the damages has been submitted. Plus my son has a recording of the conversation he had with Dustin the day he came to look at my car. The sad thing is all of this could probably have been avoided if Dustin had returned my calls and if he was a stand up guy and businessman.
I have been calling and no responses they are suppose to cut front and back of house and only cut the front and leave terrible service and to not return a phone call and voicemails unprofessional
