Horrible service. I had to cancel. The schedule said that they would start with over seeding and fertilizer and in 28 days they would carry out the weed treatment. I asked them (through emails and several calls) to start with the weed treatment and, of course, right after - one or two days later was what I thought, to do the over seeding and apply fertilizer. They showed up at the house on the scheduled date, mowed the lawn and said they would return in 28 days. Hélio Colaço

What a good firm. I had them fertilize and weed spray our yard. We had a hopeless amount of weeds. When we moved in the former people did nothing to maintain the lawn. Augusta came out treated the lawns, now we have a vibrant green lawn. Great job. I highly recommend these people.

Would not recommend Augusta Lawn Care Services, not only do they consistently leave flyers at my front door which has a no soliciting sign as well as a no flyers sign right on the front door. They come down to Desert Blume, park directly in front of my home. They cut my neighbors lawn which is full of every weed known to man kind, then the real fun part use a blower to clean their machines off, and blow the neighbors weed seed filled clippings onto my side of the street/ property. Clean up your mess Augusta, I work hard on my lawn to keep it weed free & presentable. The parking isn t the issue, cleaning your weed filled machines directly beside my property and blowing the clippings onto my yard is truly unprofessional. Do better Augusta

Snow removal great too!

The Windmill Lawn and Garden team did snow removal for us in January / February. We were very impressed with the communications, updates and the response time in clearing snowfall. We received excellent service and definitely recommend their snow removal services

David and your other employee(sorry didnt get his name) did a wonderful job of clearing away all of the leaves and other debris that had gathered over the winter. Thumbs up for their work ethic.

Five workers arrived at 8am and were finished by 9am. They worked quickly and very efficiently and had our yard cleaned up and all carted away. I really appreciated their cutting back of all our tall grasses. Great job !

They were great. Good bunch of guys. Courteous well mannered hard working and quick. They werent able to remove the needles from the rocks under the tree. I give them 110/100 And would definitely recommend your company. Now lets talk cost? Be kind to us old folks.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgable, and made sure I understood what they were doing and was happy at every step of the work they were performing.

Beware of this company. My family has used this company in the past with excellent results, but the structure has recently changed. They charged approximately $900 for two visits, each was approximately 20 minutes with staff running behind their equipment. The company was then going to charge $189 to fertilize and weed spray each month. Beware of the quality and price point of this firm.

The edging looks awesome, the only critical feedback I have is the remains were blown to the street which I had to drive through , and when I got out of vehicle, had to step in it and track it into the house . .I tried to add a picture but it wont allow me to . Update. The matter has been corrected ,thanks for the response and professional of getting customer satisfaction .

I asked what time snow removal was and if it could be earlier in the day, when quoted the price for being earlier I said I couldnt afford that and just wanted to know the time of snow removal and they canceled my contract. Not very good customer service. Still not sure what time they would come.

She texts me almost every time to tell me something great they have done. Today it was cleaning the snow off her car and bringing her garbage can up the house from the street for her. If you need Fall cleanup, snow removal or landscaping done then Windmill lawn & garden care is the one to go to. I am getting some landscaping done. I have been very difficult to work with as I keep changing my mind on what needs done. They have been excellent to accommodate my changes - being cheerful and extremely helpful and flexible. They have also done fall cleanup and snow removal and did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend.

Windmill Lawn services are very good and reasonably on time. They notify you ahead of schedule changes in reasonable time. Over the years I have used a number of lawn services for my properties they probably are one of the best ones in Medicine hat Alberta. I do recommend them.

Windmill Lawn & Garden Care did a great job of clearing snow this past winter. I really liked the extra communication, telling me approximately when they would be on site. They were prompt and efficient in removing snow, and did a great job, in sometimes nasty conditions.

Professional and organized - really great job done.

Wow, for a company that says they do landscape design your work designing a flower bed was very, very disgusting. Mostly mulch (8 in some places), no new soil, annuals were all small pale colored petunias, only 2 different types of perennials, one blue and the other orange, all spaced very far apart. For $1300.00 it was the saddest looking flower bed I have ever seen. This was done for my friend but Im the one who went to the garden centres today, bought 3 times as many plants and planted them to make it look presentable. Im also the one who took out most of the original old plants which was in the Contract for you to do yet no discount was given, instead there was an added charge for a couple more flowers. As they say, if you want something done properly do it yourself.

I have used Windmill Lawn & Garden Care for 2 summers now. We took alot of time, effort and extremely back breaking hard work re-doing our yard ourselves. I wanted someone who would take the time and care for my lawn that my family put into it. I have struggled many years with dogs and grass. But since using Windmill Lawn & Garden and the organic fertilizer the battle is being won! They have aerated and fertilized my lawn as well as seasonal maintenance. They take their time and do a great job. Always very professional. I especially like that they use organic fertilizer and promote non-chemical lawn care (with a pee spot protection). I have dogs who realistically need a yard to run in all the time. Vince is very knowledgeable and has been a staple in the community adding to the Windmill Garden name. Price of service is realistic and very affordable. I can say with confidence you will not be disappointed! Windmill Lawn & Garden Care is fully deserving of a 5 rating.

Windmill has done our snow clearing as well as lawn maintenance. They respect our aversion to the use of chemicals but still managed to give us a beautiful lawn. We have MANY leaves each fall and the clean up is nasty, but they had it looking like a golf course when finished. We will definitely continue with Windmill and highly recommend to others!

When I had a complaint Vince was quick to respond which was very much appreciated. My only comment would that that next year maybe they can change up the route of properties shovelled so CH isn t always last, I m sure we re all paying the same amount for the service.

We had a terrible time with patchy dead grass this spring and they successfully put on a natural application of nematodes to kill the grubs that were destroying our lawn.
