We had two trees removed - A huge maple (~30ft - 40ft tall) and a very sick pine. When I called to get a quote, the owner was over within the hour. Great guy and a great group of guys came out a few days later. Clean cut, professional and took the time to ensure nothing got damaged. They even raked the entire working area to remove any branches and debris left behind. They came back a few days later to grind the stumps and everything went perfectly. Absolutely would recommend.

The company gave a clear and quick bid after examining the 45 trees we wanted removed. They ranged from 40 to over 100 in height; some were dead and dangerous; some were alive but too close to home. They came when scheduled, arrived on time, completed the work forthwith in some pretty cold weather, cleaned up all large and small debris, except the large spread of mainly rakable fallout. The price was good, and less than we expected. A good, friendly crew of highly skilled climbing toppers and tree fallers.

Advanced Tree Service (Will) was quick to respond, he was here the next morning, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the work the for the next day. The crew came out, on time. They were very polite, professional and efficient. Exceeded my expectations. Would use them again. Used them again and would NOT recommend them. Advanced Tree Service. What can I say, but what an outstanding and professinal job they did. Had a 100ft pine that needed removal. Will came took a look, gave me a quote, we agreed to price and time. Sure enough, the crew showed up at the appointed day and time, drropped the tree, and cleaned up the next day as if they were never there! If you need this service call them, you wont be dissapointed. They even checked my neighbors backyards to make sure if any limbs came down there. Outstanding company........Highly recomend them.

I had an approximately 200 foot dead pine tree. They removed it within two days of my request and did a very thorough job of cleaning up debris. They also did a good job of removing mistletoe from multiple oak trees.

We called Advanced Tree Service during a windstorm in January where we lost 5 trees. They arrived immediately and were able to clean up the trees and debris without causing further damage to our park or the rvs impacted by the trees. Third time using Advanced during the last two years. This time had a 60 to 70 foot Douglas Fir to remove in the back corner of of our yard. Asked for a bid, was a good price and hired them to do the job. Removal was originally scheduled for two weeks but they had cancellation and was able to start the next day. Had a large crew come in and complete the removal very fast. Crew was cautious around house, shrubs and in-ground irrigation. Good people and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Ive had Advanced Tree Service twice at my home in Shady Cove, first for the areas largest madrone dead and hanging over part of my home which they removed along with some dead cypress trees. On this last trip they removed another cypress hanging over mine and the neighbors house plus a tree in the driveway that yearly dropped its dead limbs luckily never hitting any vehicle. The crew also ground the last tree stump so we could drive across the area. I recommend the company to anyone needing any tree work, theyve been on-time and of on budget both jobs.

Advanced Tree Service has removed several trees from our property in Medford over the years. Quick response to our call for help and timely addition to their schedule are two of their many attributes. The crew is professional in their execution of the work: care is taken not to damage sprinklers, our house, fences, or other nearby vegetation. Nothing is dropped on our neighbors property. The crew is also thorough in removing the wood and raking the leaves from the yard. We will call them for any future tree work we need to have done.

We had Advanced come out and remove a large cedar tree in between my house and my neighbors. We also had them grind out the stump. The crew was professional and was willing to leave the job because of a sleeping neighbor and return later the same day to finish the job.

These guys are great! I have had them out to my house twice in the past few years to remove big dangerous oaks, both times the trees were hanging over houses and posed a huge threat. I had two trees fall down and were leaning on my neighbors roof. This happened on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called WIll and within 10 minutes he had Tracy call me. Half hour later, Tracy was at my house and removed both trees. He did a great job. It was great to have this done so promptly and on a holiday weekend.

Last night we had a large tree in my In-laws front yard fall over onto W Stewart road from sudden high winds and heavy hail and rain. My husband and family was able to get the tree moved off the road and broken down to all we had left was a large pile of smaller limbs, which we would of had to load and take to a dump site. We called Will at Advanced Tree Service, and told him we are needing to have a pile of limbs to be cleaned up. His team showed up the next morning and took care of the pile of branches in a matter of 15 minutes. Very impressed with the crews speed, and professionalism, they really helped us out.

My parents had a tree come down in a bad windstorm last night and blocked the street. With the help of the neighbors we were able to cut the tree in manageable lengths to get it off the street and back onto my parents property. But it left a huge mess out front on the side of the road with limbs and debris. We asked Advanced Tree Service for help clearing the limbs with a phone call last night expecting them to be a few days before they could help us but they understood the urgency and the guys came right out first thing the next day and in a matter of minutes these guys showed us how professionals do it. I first hired Advanced Tree Service to trim my silver maple and weeping willow about four years ago. They did such a fabulous job, I hired them back this year (2020) to remove a huge Deodar Cedar that had developed a disease, and to trim more on my weeping willow, silver maple and Pin Oak. Their price for all this work was very competitive and reasonable. They even brought a stump grinder to remove the stump from the Cedar after removing a 30 ft. tall tree. The extensive pruning of the weeping willow resulted in the most beautiful tree. There are no dead branches now! The employees are all experienced with one guy that can climb incredibly high into the tree for hard to reach places. They have a really nice lift truck, and a machine that chews up all the branches. They left my yard cleaner than when they started using leaf blowers. They were exactly on time. They come as a team. You can tell how experienced they are because of how they all work together and are careful to not drop any branches on your house or landscape. They use a lot of safety ropes. I cannot write enough or say enough positive remarks about this company, the owner, Will Danielson and his employees. They are simply the best tree service in Jackson County! I highly recommend them.

We have used Advanced Tree Services twice now and have been so pleased with their services. This last time we had a HUGE oak tree removed and ground and hauled away. They were so careful with our landscaping and so professional and courteous. They prepared the area and then dropped each piece intentionally so as to not disturb our surrounding flower beds or pathways. It was a huge job and they were simply amazing. I could not believe how affordable such a large and complex job could be.

I had a large pine tree removed and the stump ground by another company, who then would not come back and clean up the wood chips! We are talking a huge pile of chips. They were preventing my ability to reconnect my water system, and my lawn was dying. I called Advanced Tree Service and explained my problem, and Will agreed to send his crew over to clean up the area the next morning. Those dear guys came over on the 4Th of July and had those chips cleaned up in just a bit over an hour!! When I asked for the bill, the guys said that their boss said No charge I could hardly believe my ears! No charge, two men, on a holiday??? They cleaned up after themselves so well it was like theyd never been here at all. Will s crew removed a huge sequoia tree from my side yard. He brought in the Calvary and had a 100 + tall tree that was 9 6 at the base, cut down, cleaned up, with the stump completely ground in about 7 hours. Will gives an absolutely excellent work product for a very reasonable price. I have used him several times in the past and always had a good experience. I m to the point now that when I need help with a tree, I don t even call for bids. I just call Advanced Tree Service and Landscaping.

We had a very large and old Maple tree whose roots were invading the foundation of our house. Will came out and gave us a bid to remove the tree and stump. His price was a good value and he was able to start the job sooner than we had hoped. They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up the yard better than I had expected. I hired Advanced Tree Service to take out a large oak tree in my front yard and remove a large hazardous limb from another tree. On the day and time that they were supposed to start, there was no crew. I waited another 15 minutes and called Will. He said they were finishing another job and would be out. I asked him to give me an ETA so I knew when to expect them. About half an hour later he called and said they should be there in about 30 minutes. I waited almost another hour and called again. I was then told it was going to be about another hour and a half. I cancelled my appointment and would not recommend them if showing up on time and communicating is important to you.

Have called a few times trying to get them to come out and give me a quote on our tree I need pruned. They keep telling me someone will call me, they never do. Poor customer service

So happy with the quick, professional, friendly service that we received. We discovered a problem tree at my mother in laws house while visiting. Advanced tree service came out same day to provide us a quote, and the next morning the tree was gone (they even took the stump!). The area was left clean and absolutely no damage was done to any landscaping. Absolutely recommend them!

5.0 star rating 5/24/2019 Very prompt, ahead of schedule! Extensive tree maintenance and removal of 8 trees done in less than 4 hours by the certified arborist himself. Replanting was finished the next work day. Prices were very reasonable. My wife as a botanist and I with my degrees in Biology, knew that Will, the arborist, knew his craft. Minor issues with post planting and clean up were addressed immediately. No surprise costs. The company is well equipped to deal with projects of any size.

Will came out Wednesday morning for an estimate of taking down a large silver maple tree whose roots were disrupting my walkways. He quoted me a competitive price, and then when I mentioned the 3 dead white birch trees in my front yard, he gave me a really good price for all 4 trees. His crew showed up 2 days later and did a great job of taking all the trees down. They totally cleaned up all the debris, using blowers and rakes, and I was extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend them!

I am super happy I found these guys. They did exactly what I needed for a price I could afford. I got lucky, I got the bid on Monday and the crew was there on Tuesday morning. They did the job they quoted for the price they quoted. I have 4 big fir trees (70ft) in my backyard that were dropping branches. They have been neglected for years. I just bought the house a year ago. I wish someone had taken care of them but it left me at a spot I had to have a lot of pruning done. I added one more tree to the job a really big sycamore. The price was fair. The work is great. There were 9 guys on the job, it took about 2.5 hours. It was a lot of work, it happened fast and efficient. 2 of trees were really close to the fence I was concerned the falling branches would damage the fence but the crew was really careful because everything survived. The clean up was good. The job done was quality.

Great, great service. Hired them for two jobs: First, we had a 90 foot fir die on us that hung precariously over both our house and our driveway and they somehow managed to get it down without damage to anything while being about $500 below a competitors bid. After that, we hired them to clean up the entire yard (about 200 trees). Left town for our business (Tropiceel Products) feeling that they had fulfilled the job, but when my son had to pick something up from our house, they were putting an extra day in to make sure the job was done right. Its great to work with a company that provides true service. Would recommend these gentlemen to anyone and look forward to working with them again.

The 4 man crew did an excellent job taking down my three very tall redwood trees connected at the base. Sidewalk and street on two sides and wires and a tree on the other. They had only one side where they could fall the pieces. I was very impressed. Would totally recommend Advanced Tree Service.

The removal of the huge oak tree was amazing, professional, and took 6 men 2 days. Nothing was harmed in the yard and all was left in excellent shape. Will Danielson stopped at my house, after completing a bid down the street. He brought to my attention a tree in my front yard, it was dried up and ready to crash down on my home. I had no idea the damage mistletoe causes to a tree. His guys were were very respectful, and cleaned up the job excellently. His bid was affordable. Most importantly my home is undamaged, and hazard free. Thank you Will.

Today I went down to get a Christmas tree and a young man named Josh that was working helped me pick a perfect tree, he trimmed it, loaded it on my car and even worked with me on the price. I will definitely be going back next year!

Marry Christmas to me Im so thankful Adam helped me pick out the perfect tree, I loved the customise a tree option. All the trees where beautiful but they take a 11 foot tree and cut it to your liking. I thought this was creative so I decided to give a review.

There were a lot of great trees. But I had the pleasure to turn an 10 foot Noble Christmas tree into an 8 foot tree that perfectly fit my home. And my wife loves me for it. Thanks to advanced tree service and landscaping, and Adam and Josh that took the time to work with me. My wife is picky, and they took the time to make this happen for me. Special thanks to you boys. Between the service and the hustle. Not to meantion the heart. Will Danielson has an incredible team. His son Adam was very respectful and helped us find the right tree for our house and budget. Josh went the extra mile to make me feel good. He gave me a fresh cut and pruned it to perfection. Carried it and tied it to my car. Five stars by far. They did a great job removing and pruning several of my trees, and their price was right. I was impressed with their professionalism, speed and quality of work. They removed all the cut trees I didnt want and left nice piles of the wood I did want. When they were done, they made sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely hire them again.

Im Impressed with Everything about Advanced Tree Service ! I called to see about getting an estimate on Sat. 10/07/17 at 3 PM. 15 minutes later the owner, Will was pulling into my driveway and gave me an estimate that relieved my anxiety about price. Its now 9:30 AM Wed. 10/11/17 and the Professional Advanced Team just left my Home and They are a hard working Well oiled machine . Im looking out my front window and couldnt be happier with everything. Thank You !

I needed large & tall dead trees removed from inside a fenced area. The work was scheduled quickly and the trees were removed safely and without damaging the fence. I am very pleased with the service and will call them again if I have tree issues.

I had a small plum tree that had fungus that had to be removed. I was referred to Will with Advance Tree Service. He came out that same day and while he agreed to remove the plum tree he showed me that I had a serious problem with my huge pine tree. He educated me on the issue and showed me the problem - I agreed that by removing it I was preventing a potentially serious problem to my home or property. So I had him remove a large limb that had inclusions. I was so worried that my tree would be scalped and look horrible just as I had previously seen with some of my friends trees when they had their trees trimmed. But that wasnt the case. My tree still looks beautiful in fact it actually looks better after his crew did their work. They also did a superb jobs cleaning up after they were done as well. They took care of all my needs

More than 3 months ago I had a tree service give me an estimate on cutting down standing dead madrone and doing stump grinding. I was totally in agreement with waiting until after the fire season to have this done. Note that the total cost involved more than $1,000. I called the same company last week to find out when I was scheduled since I heard nothing. I was told that I would get a call; one week later-- no call. I then called Will Danielson at Advanced Tree Service and received a call back within the hour + a site visit for an estimate in writing. Will said he could do the work sometime next week. This is like night and day with the many businesses in the Rogue Valley where there is no follow-up and poor response to phone calls. I will give a follow-up review after Will does the work next week. I did a follow-up review on Yelp but not here on Google. I would definitely not recommend Will Danielson given what occurred. He sent out a crew with the first part of the morning spent on teaching them how to cut limbs and use ropes. In other words, my home and my time was a teaching situation for him. I expected the full day would be spent on work that was promised to be done. I had to walk with one of the senior employees to point out the stumps that were missed or dead madrone not felled. Still, at abruptly 4 PM Will said you got your moneys worth. I should have refused to pay the bill which amounted to more than $3,000. I do not think this man represents honesty & integrity in following up about what he says he will do. My regret is not putting a stop payment on the check which he cashed on the same day he received it. So much for honoring military veterans such as myself. This is not someone I would recommend.

These guys are amazing! Both times we had an emergency and they came out on a Sunday. The crew is fast, fearless, efficient and friendly. Worth every penny.

We had to have a tree removed, the climber was great was awesome and they did it at a great price! Will is a Oregon state graduate and served in the marine corp, and did exactly what he said he would do. We had a great experience and I highly recommend them!

We just finished tree service done on an acre of our property with 30 trees involved. We are very happy with the job done and the education we received during the process about health and growth of our trees. The service was professional and thorough. The guys were great and Will, the owner, was easy to talk to and open to our suggestions. Hes a graduate from OSU, the agriculture university of our state, and his knowledge is undeniable.

Will and his crews were great to work with. Will managed to fit both my jobs in way quicker than I expected. The crews were friendly, polite, worked quickly and efficiently. The trees look great now and other than the fact the trees look so good, you wouldnt know they were even here by how clean they left everything. Thanks!

Great Job! They took down a large fir tree and expertly trimmed 2 other trees. GREAT SERVICE and the best clean up on a job Ive ever seen!! Very courteous and thoughtful crew! Ill use them again and recommend them to everyone, very competitive pricing too.

Be aware that if you get a bid he says that is a contract and will show up at your home to start the work without your consent. A bid should be a bid not a contract to do work. Do not sign anything. Also he has many fines levied against him with the Oregon Contractors Board. I would never use him. He is a crook.

The crew was polite, efficient, very safety conscious and did a great job. Before they left the men made a thorough clean-up of the area. Good price. Good job. Good experience.

Fast, Friendly, Fair. Couldnt be happier with every aspect of the job, an art and science. Tree removal, trimmed/pruned and shaped our giant laurel hedge and five mature trees, all so valuable to our property. Happy workers are productive workers, this crew was a pleasure to have around. They ground out three large stumps and left the place clean and tidy. Exceed all expectations! Trust is a valuable commodity, hard to find and hard to come by. This company is Trustworthy.

I had 8 bids on a difficult, giant half-dead oak of mine. Will and his guy James gave me a great bid and exuded the confidence that it wouldnt be a problem. (most other tree services shook their heads a lot and talked about how hard it would be... maybe to justify their higher prices?) They scheduled me the next day and they nailed it! Saved so many bushes and plants underneath that I was certain would get crushed. And it only took one day! (plus a little clean up a couple days later) Fantastic experience. I highly recommend them!

They came out in an emergent situation and stayed until dark , returning the next day to finish the job and clean up. They did a great job of pruning and cutting down a large tree and later grinding out a large stump. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Wills crew removed 4 trees. They scheduled us in quickly and arrived on time! Actually early! They were courteous, fast and efficient, and safety conscious. Both for themselves and the homes close to where they were working. They did a great job, leaving the area clean and neat. It was fun to watch. If we ever need trees removed again, they will definitely get our business. We would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Efficient, punctual, safe, clean, reasonably priced and friendly are some observations to describe our experiences with Advanced Tree Services. We were pleased to have Will and his crew of talented workers prune, remove and stump grind our native and fruit trees recently. WeI recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

We had Advanced Tree service come out and remove two large Sycamore trees and grind both stumps out of our front yard due to one being diseased. Both were about 75 plus feet high and had a large amount of heavy material over our house and some over the neighbors house as well. Needless to say the job was way too big for me to do so I hired Advanced Tree Services to do the job. The owner, Will Danielson was able to fit us in their busy schedule quickly and had both trees down in one day without any damage to the two houses they were near. Will had some personnel, scheduling and equipment trouble that added a couple extra days to completing the whole job but in the end he stuck with it and got it done right. The bottom line is that I couldnt be happier with the service, price and end result. I look forward to working with Will again on our landscaping project next spring.
