While this review isnt explicitly about their lawn care, I need to give them 5 stars for my recent interaction. Weve been having an issue with wasps & yellow jackets around a tree in our front yard, and I had been struggling to find a company that would spray-treat rather than just remove a nest (there is no visible nest anywhere). Truly answered that they dont do this type of treatment, but a few hours later, I received a message from a pest control company that does this treatment. They said they were referred to me by Truly. I didnt ask for that, and they went above and beyond to connect me with someone who could solve my problem, even though it wasnt them. Dont have interactions like that every day. Very impressed!

Very flexible with scheduling

I would urge everyone to ignore my previous preview where I accidentally clicked on one star. Apparently, I was having some issues with my computer that I have now resolved. I have nothing but positive things to say about Truly Lawn and its impeccable service. I can tell you they stay on top of their customers concerns and opinions, having experienced it firsthand.

Very nice people to deal with. They let me know in advance when they will be coming to service the lawn and they generally seem to be able to do it in front of some rain, which is good since most of the product needs to be watered-in within 48-hours after its applied. They are very professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care. Its been two seasons of service and we really see a big difference in the health of the lawn.

This is my 3rd year using truly lawn and DEFINITELY notice a difference. The lawn is much thicker and is much more healthy. With all the treatments the lawn gets better and better. For me the end of season overseed is a no brainer because it just adds in more thickness and more abundance to the lawn. Then all that new lawn gets nutrients via the treatments the following year resulting in a much more fuller and vibrant yard. My lawn is large and has many different growing challenges from sun exposure and landscaping configurations yet the entire lawn is all still evenly healthy and thick. Truly lawn had done a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

I contacted truly lawn because I wanted my lawn to continue in good shape . They offered lawn care, weed control and fertilizing. The worker who visited my garden spent less than 5 minutes working and did not cover the whole lawn with treatment. I mentioned this to the company several times. Unfortunately after their treatments the lawn became worse and worse . I asked for the reason but I got no explanation. I decided to discontinue their service and they offered no solution. They left my lawn in terrible state. I do not recommend this company at all.

I was searching for a new lawn treatment service when a neighbor recommended Truly Lawn. The person I spoke with did not try to sell me more than I needed and gave me honest information about the best way to treat my lawn (that would not cost me an excessive amount of $). Ive had 2 treatments (so far) and my lawn looks amazing. The front of my lawn has always been very nice and plush. Thats what I wanted for my backyard. From what I can tell, that plush appearance has begun. I am extremely happy to have Truly Lawn treat my lawn.

And whenever those pesky weeds decide to show up, all I need to do is make a call to their office and within a couple days there are technicians at my house to treat the weeds. Subscribed to multi-application weed control, lime application and a season long fertilizer. This was my third year. Each year the lawn has shown improvement. Year 2021 saw lots of rain and a great looking lawn. So, I was skeptical. Year 2022, we could not water, living in North Reading, do not have installed irrigation. We had the classic brown lawn all Summer. November, with rainfall back to normal, it was the week before Thanksgiving, we did a final cut as part of our leaf clean-up. December 1st the grass is dark green, weeds are diminished. The lawn has a golf course look. We are very pleased with the service.

Quick story. Like a lot of people I wanted a nice, full, weed free lawn. So I tried myself for a few years and basically failed A house at the end of my street had grass exactly like I wanted and I had been envious for years. Early summer of 2022 I saw TrulyLawn servicing the desired lawn at the end of my street. I admitted defeat to myself, called up Anthony at Truly, and within 4 months my lawn went from a 1 to a 7 out of 10! I m confident in 2023 they will get me to that 10 and I will be the house with the desired lawn!
