Our Trugreen lawn care serviceman shows up on time and fertilizes and de-mosses our lawn on schedule. I'm happy I don't have to think about this part of our lawn care. They are professional and provide a report on the work they did and if they see a problem developing in the lawn.

Regarding the TruGreen product...has made my lawn lush and beautiful for weddings I had this summer. I will continue if the fee for service is stable. Mosquito defends is excellent but still had a few menacing weeks with mosquitos. Overall I love the technicians and the product! The technicians are very nice and efficient because of the way their trucks are set up. I usually prepaid for my services and I would save money by doing so. I got notified each time I had a service coming up and up to date notifications about their arrival times and completion of the job, with notes regarding what was seen, done and helpful tips between services. They sprayed my trees and bushes to keep them healthy, sprayed for mosquitoes, treated my grass for weeds, reseeded and aerated my lawn throughout the year.

The same technician Kevin ,comes each time. We had a few brown spots on our lawn and Kevin pointed out that the sprinklers weren t covering those areas adequately so we were able to fix it! This was well worth the expense!

Nothing but problems, accountability is a non existent. Constantly cancels point that were set up because of qouteits late on a friday i wait around all day on my day off just to hear that. 0/10 would not recommend this company
Was told they would aerate the lawn in 3 to 4 days out and text me the day before. I called the main number and was told April 19th. Way more time than what was quoted. Disappointed that I wasnt told that in the first place.
After trying other lawn services, I chose Trugreen. My lawn is the greenest, healthiest lawn in the neighborhood. My service provider, Kevin, is always prompt and every time he comes he asks me if I have any issues. Trugreen reminds me of his visit the day before then keeps me updated on his arrival time. I recommend Trugreen without reservation.
Service has been spotty. Different tech every time. The scheduling system is very inefficient. Tech services my neighbor and my house on different days instead of all at once. Appointments drop off calendar for no reason. You have to contact central dispatch, who have no idea why the tech didn t show and then hope they reschedule appointment at some point. I prepaid for a year of service so I ll let it play out but I d rather just have a local landscaper handle this.
Lawn looks great
The worst customer service I ever seen. They planted the wrong grass in my lawn. I called to have them come out and look and they never showed up. I called for a refund and I they keep on telling me a supervisor will call. I still haven t heard from the supervisor. I would stay away from this company!
They have done a wonderful job reviving our front and back lawn.
My trees, shrubs, and lawn look better than ever before. For the first time this year, some of our plantings are flowering indicating a return to vibrant good health. My lawn is very resistant now to pests and disease because of the treatments it gets from Trugreen. Friends and neighbors comment often about how good our yard looks. Contributing to this success is Trugreens treatment program which actually takes into account the local conditions here in Oregon
The service is fine except for them calling in advance. This is an ongoing problem. Our gates are locked and we need to be notified to make certain that the gate is unlocked. We have in the past missed a couple of services that was not the workers fault. I keep calling and they assure me that they will call us. (Trudy.) As of yet, no call. I would not recommend this service because they dont follow through after they say they will. We are considering a new lawn care company.
