I have been using this company for a few years now and my lawn has never looked better.

Very professional. This is my 3rd lawn care service in 5 years and I am keeping them. My lawn hasnt looked this good in years. Grow Pro tested my lawn soil to exactly see what my lawn needed and now its full, green and absolutely beautiful. I can finally stop looking! This will be my new lawn service.

Last season, I sought an estimate for their chemical lawn program, but the quote was surprisingly high, leading to a delay in my decision. Less than a year later, I tried again, only to find a 15% price increase, with a staggering 30% rise in aeration and seeding costs. When I inquired, the owner attributed it to rising costs, which they passed on to customers. Despite my efforts to seek flexibility, Grow Pro declined to honor their previous quote or make adjustments. I reached out again, but this time only for Nutsedge treatment because they offered a program that other providers advised could not be accomplished. I signed a contract and faced appointment cancellations and inconsistency. Ultimately, after questioning the cost, the owner abruptly declined to work together, suggesting they prioritize financial gain over customer service. I advise potential customers to consider alternative providers that prioritize transparency, fair pricing, and consistent, reliable service. If you had presented a fee for this adjustment, I would have declined it. Secondly, you mentioned that you were not aware of my decision to hire another company in the spring. However, this contradicts your prior statement where you acknowledged my choice to hire a different service. Its important to maintain consistency in our communication, as it cant be both ways. My decision to switch services was well-documented in emails and discussions with your office manager. I mentioned concerns about pricing and inquired about potential flexibility, but I felt that the my way or the highway approach influenced my decision to stick with my current provider. Regarding the Nutsedge issue, I reached out to you because my existing service couldnt address it. Your website indicated that you could help with this problem, which prompted me to contact you. I communicated my chemical service usage and sought clarification on whether your application would interfere with it. There was no mystery about my choice to use another service, and I repeatedly mentioned my quest to find a better solution for my lawns weed issues. You mentioned that I didnt give you a chance to respond to my concerns before writing this review. However, its worth noting that you initially informed me that we were not a good fit for each other via email without elaboration. I responded promptly, seeking clarity, but received no reply until my Google review brought attention to the situation. In my review, I never criticized your application methods or product quality. My focus was on customer service. I made it clear that this might not be the right service for individuals who value professional conduct. I was seeking a resolution to the Nutsedge issue but felt that you failed to address it during your visit to my lawn. Instead of discussing your concerns with me, you chose to cancel the contract without explanation, which I perceived as poor customer service. Lastly, you referred to my comments as a bad review, but I believe its a factual account of our interactions. There are no falsehoods here. If my description is seen as negative, its an opportunity for improvement. Quality products can only take a business so far; exceptional customer care is what retains clients for the long term.
