I was so happy to buy and have trees planted at our house by OBriens Landscaping. The staff there are so knowledgeable about everything and the installers were quick and neat.

If you re having any doubts go with O Briens! This company is amazing! Back in 2023 we had some hardscaping done at our house by another company and that company recommended putting in multiple different trees, flowers and bushes. After doing some research we found out that not only did that company want to overpack our flower beds but were going to charge at least 3x what it was retailed for. We did our research and this past spring we met with Austin from O Brien s. He was such a pleasure and easy to work with! He provided different landscape recommendations based on what we discussed and did not push back or try to sway us when we asked to change out certain things. He was honest and told us that they were booked for a while but gave a rough estimate to install everything in the summer which was fine with us. Once the time came they were very punctual, came with a big crew and got to work. Austin made sure to do a walk through with us to make sure everything was what we wanted and was able to complete everything in a few short hours. Their estimate was the same as the invoice amount so there were no additional hidden charges. I highly recommend O Brien s Landscaping!!!

O Briens scheduled an appointment quickly and Austin came out to look at our property. He sent his associate Frank out to look and come up with a plan. Frank came back with a detailed sketch including types of plants and placement of them. He worked with me to make changes and we came up with a final plan. Had 2 separate projects done. First was hardscaping around our pool. We had existing pavers and Austin was able to get the same ones so it looks like one continuous space. I ll have to say, I ve had some really bad experiences with landscaping companies in the past. I can say without hesitation that O Brian Landscaping an amazing company to work with! They were never late , the work was top notch and the prices are very fair! There is one thing that to me set them apart. One of their guys mind you it was purely an accident no negligence involved had a rock hit the back window of my car and unfortunately cracked it. I called and told them what happened. Unlike other companies the ownership immediately apologized and had me get a estimate for the damage. I did and there was a check in my mailbox two days later. That is so professional and shows they really care about their clients which is rare these days. This is the first review I ve ever done for a business and I hope you take my word and give them a call. You won t be Disappointed!!

Austin, Frank and team did a fabulous job transforming our backyard. They designed and installed a large stone patio with lighting and hookup for a hot tub. They were so responsive, easy to work with and thorough in their proposal. There were no surprise charges and the work was done on time and with the utmost attention to detail.

O Brien s Landscaping handled a project that involved removing stone walking paths in our yard and replacing it with topsoils and grass seed. While I was very happy with the design and generally happy with the installation. I was not at all happy with the customer service. Early, this summer, I got some scale on my Otto Luyken Laurels - I called Gary about and he suggested that I use biomide. He also said that he would do a drive by and let me know what he thought..I used the Biomide as suggested and it really didnt help approx. a monthy later, I called him again and he suggested using Neem oil. He also did not drive by as he said he would. I also asked him about plant replacement during the 1st year and there was no response. Consequently, I have 3 Ottol Lyukens that are dying There are a lot of folks in my neighborhood that have Otto Luykens and Cherry Laurels and not one got any scal0e. As such, I can not reccomend OBriens to any one.

I contacted Austin Obrien via text before season started that I wanted seasonal lawn mowing service. After a few cuts by his workers, they didn t show up n grass high n I had to text Austin of it n his workers were not available so he himself came out to mow my lawn n then his workers were not experienced apparently in how to use weedwacker as they sliced off bottom of corner piece of my new vinyl siding as well as put a few holes up high on my siding a few feet away from the corner piece. When I contacted Austin about it he admitted his workers did it but he wouldn t be responsible for fixing it cause he reasoned it out as being unavoidable n a double edged sword that if his workers didn t edge then I d complain the grass was high. After a few more texts by me to him on this to take responsibility, he agreed to only taking half even when I found a contractor to fix it for less than half of all other estimates n contractor did excellent job also so just goes to show u how contractors prices n ways to fix r all over the map! Austin suggested putting a bed around that area via text to me but never said if he would do it or expected me to do it n when I politely asked him which he got angry n said he would n that I not him had communication problems. Then a few weeks later his workers put a couple holes up high into my new vinyl fencing when weedwacking n when I contacted Austin about it he again didn t want to take responsibility for it until my husband got on phone with him of which he then said ok n send me the bill. I called fence company about it to fix as fence new n owner of fence company so nice n fixed replacing that part pro bono for me. Austin was angry over these incidents n said I was a problem vs his workers being the problem causing the damages. Seriously? I m supposed to ignore n not say anything to Austin of these damages by his workers?!?!?! His workers only spoke in Spanish to me n nodded so don t know how much English they understood. He also charged me wrong charges on billing n When credit card company customer service woman called to resolve he hung up on her rudely when she mentioned my name n she called me back n told me to stop doing business with him along with others told me same when I told them of all that happenned. Disputed charges showing evidence n won! This was extremely stressful to me as well as very hurtful too! Hopefully him n his workers hav gotten better so this doesn t happen again to anybody!

I have used O Briens landscaping for the past four years. I used them for grass cutting, mulching, grading, and planting shrubs. A few days ago, I was advised by the owner that his grounds man had found my 10 year lost wedding ring in the mulch. The owner said that his lawnmower must have hit it and caused the shank of the ring to become distorted and bent . The owner insisted on taking the ring to Kronenberger s Jewelry in Medford and had a brand new shank of 14 karat white gold and reset my diamond. I am so appreciative God bless these people. It s very hard to fine on us workmen today
