Top notch service from start to finish. I ve had Natural Elements come out the past two years and do my spring cleanup; the previous year I had them do some concrete custom curbing. Extremely pleased with our concrete curbing! The layout exceeded our expectations and enhanced the exterior of our house. We can t wait to see the final final with the staining of the curbing. All of our existing plants (pictured) were unharmed during the installation of the curbing.

I was in need of landscape design and googled for a landscaping company, I came across natural elements and after reading the reviews which were all good, I decided to call for an estimate. I spoke to Lisa who was very pleasant and professional who scheduled my appointment time for an estimate. On the day of my appointment Shane came out and he also was very professional and pleasant. He proposed great ideas and sent over an estimate a few days later. I agreed to the price and then a few weeks later the crew came out on time and worked to landscape my yard into a beautiful oasis. I would definitely recommend them for your landscaping needs.

Natural Elements did a great job installing sod in half of my backyard and they got the job done quickly. Office staff (Lisa) communicated with me through the process of next steps from initiation to completion. Shane and his staff were very informative. Would recommend.

First off I would like to thank Shane, Lisa, the staff and owner for taking the time to approve and assess my property for the requested work given my home was slightly out of their area of service. The concrete curbing and spring clean up was completed today! It looks amazing! Im sure it will look even more amazing when they return to apply the clear coat. Moreover, eight downspouts/pop up drainage were added which are more aesthetically pleasing with functionality far superior to the concrete splash block. Everyone was super professional. They took the time to explain EVERYTHING! Shane gave me sound advice on concrete color and style which was much appreciated. He was very easy to work with....no pressure; only genuine advice. Please take the time to acknowledge both of them for their hard work and dedication. Also please recognize your expert concrete staff/downspout/pop up drainage employees as their attention to detail and hard work are pivotal in achieving and maintaining such a great business reputation. You are all an exemplary business. Gone are the days of professionalism and follow through.

NE did a wonderful job fertilizing my lawn. They arrived on time, executed their work professionally, and left the lawn spotless!

Natural Elements prepped and installed custom concrete curbing around all our flowerbeds and did an excellent job! Rudi and Shane and the entire team are great to work with. They got the curved borders just right and the color is perfect to match our house and sidewalk brick.

Shane and the team did an incredible job on our property. We started with wanting the stamped concrete curbing to line our flower beds, and eventually decided to use Natural Elements for the full project, to include curbing, new landscaping, mulching, etc. Design consultations can sometimes be tough/hard to visualize but Shane and his team were super responsive to ideas and feedback as we collaborated on an awesome design. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered a ton of great recommendations based on initial vs mature sizing, amount of sun exposure, desired colors palettes, etc. Overall, starting with the design process, the friendliness and efficiency of the on-site team, and the customer service from the back office team, Natural Elements did a top notch job! This was the third major project that Natural Elements has done for us. Shane, the owner, is a real talent with plants, shrubs, and flowers. Hes very hands-on actually working on the project. He has a very artistic sense of what will enhance the beauty of the yard. He created a beautiful new area with year-round color and deer resistant plants in a long neglected part of the yard. His project this winter was to create a stone walkway in another neglected part of the yard. Again an artistic thing of beauty. His help has been with him for some period of time. They are also very gifted, hard working, and courteous.

We hired Natural Elements to give a tune up to our 10 year old paver patio and walkways. They were quick, neat, reasonably priced and thoroughly professional. Shane was a particular delight to work with, and his crew was on time and very friendly. It is great dealing with people who are knowledgable about what they are doing and who take pride in their work. We will be using them again!

After purchasing a home that had been empty for 5 years, we were overwhelmed with where to begin to clean the outside landscaping. The beds were overgrown and overcrowded. Shane did an excellent job designing a landscape to better meet our needs. Not only did he suggest things that they could do, but he also let us know what we could do ourselves so that we could maximize our budget. Natural Elements completed the beds around 2/3 of our house in the fall, and this spring/summer the plants are thriving and full of color. They were on time and always professional and respectful of our needs. We also had them do some hardscaping projects for us. They designed and built a beautiful fire pit and helped us integrate our inground pool so that it looks like it was organically built with our home. They extended the brick walkways to meet the pool and matched the existing hardscaping perfectly. My old sidewalk was chipping and was a mess. I got 4 estimates from landscaping companies in the area, and decicided to go with Shane of Natura Elements, and I couldn t be happier! I scheduled an appointment for Natural Elements to come out and give me an estimate for a paver patio. We scheduled it for two weeks out as they stated that was the first opening they had available. On the day of the appiontment, my appointment time had passed, so I called to find why they were running late. The receptionist put me on hold for a while then came back and I could tell it was going to go south from there. She stated that they had sent me an email explaining I was too far away and that they were cancelling my appointment. Really? That s the best lie you can come up with? I specifically asked them this very question (service area) when I made the appointment. In any case, no one called, there was no email (a cruddy way of contacting a customer anyway). I checked my Inbox, Junk Mail, and Deleted Items just to make sure I wasn t imagining things, and of course there was no email, and I do check my email constantly on a daily basis. I m giving this rating because of the poor business relations used to handle a potential customer. To cancel an appointment, you don t send an email; you call the customer. That s common courtesy!

As they have for many years the Natural Elements crew did another great job of making our yard look good and well tended. The work is done with great care and attention to detail with the end result being exactly what we had asked for.

Natural Elements MD, Inc. has done lawn and landscaping work for us several times, and we have been extremely pleased with everything they have done. Shane is a visionary and he is able to look around the property, make suggestions, and explain it so that the customer is able to see the vision too. They did minor lawn work and also fancy landscaping with river rock retaining walls. Their prices may not be the cheapest, but with Natural Elements MD, you get what you pay for . The last time we decided to go cheap to save a few bucks, but ended up needing to have Natural Elements MD come back and redo the work, so it cost us much more in the long run. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price, we highly recommend Natural Elements MD!

My relationship began with Natural Elements a couple years ago. I had been admiring the unique and beautiful hardscaping of a few of my neighbors. I would drive by slowly hoping that I would see them so that I could ask who provided their hardscape service. After about two months, I just couldnt wait any longer and knocked on the door of one of them, but there was no answer, so I went to the next neighbor and hit the jackpot :-) The neighbor provided me with contact information for Natural Elements. Since that time, several neighbors have knocked on my door seeking the same information (which I provided gladly). I called immediately, secured an appointment and couldnt be happier. The service was outstanding and Im still in love with the hardscaping. Because of their outstanding service, and because I had nightmare after nightmare with other landscaping and lawn care companies, I contacted Natural Elements again. You cannot begin to imagine how many dollars I flushed down the toilet with four other companies. I lack patience and I am a perfectionist, so honestly, I had my doubts about Natural Elements lawn and landscaping services (because of my past experiences), but they quickly began to put my fears to rest by providing sound advice and guidance and designing landscaping that was absolutely beautiful. However, the true test was with my lawn. When September rolled around, they provided aeration, deep seeding... services. Ive always done my part, so I watered as instructed. After three weeks, I had my lawn mowed and I was in tears (tears of sheer joy). In that short time, I saw a miracle. The grass was thick, green and just priceless!!! They provided regular treatments throughout the year. They were always timely and courteous. A couple weeks ago, I received additional aeration and seeding and shes looking great. Trust me, I am a perfectionist, if they can make me happy and bring me to tears, they can make anyone happy. When I pull up to my house now, I can do so with pride. We have worked with Natural Elements on a number of projects the past few years and always end up delighted. Most recently the team was here to put the yard to bed for the winter.
