Out of the lawn care companies I have dealt with in the past. Weedman has been the most professional. Their customer service is excellent always fast to respond to any concerns. Most importantly my lawn looked great they brought back the health of my lawn after it was damaged by another company. Definitely Recommend !

He then got angry and continued to harass me and then hung up on me. I was going to consider them for them for the future but definitely not anymore.

We have been using Weed Man for some years now, and they have been doing as advertised. Weve experienced a noticeable improvement with our lawn. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a nicer looking lawn.

We signed a 1 year contract with Weed Man in Mechanicsburg PA this year 2024. First treatment seemed decent but I noticed an alarming trend via my hidden cameras at my house. If no one answered the door the technician would only spray the front yard and completely ignored the back and sides. So need less to say my backyard and sides are still filled with weeds but miraculously my front yard is not. I asked for a refund and offered my video evidence of this robbery. Weed Man did NOTHING to resolve the issue. This is a super unprofessional service and there are plenty of better options out there. Do NOT waste your time or money on Weed Man!

The first man who came to my house fully explained what will happen to my lawn. Here we are at the end of the season and my yard is looking very very nice. Saw they treated the neighbors yard I guess with some kind of herbicide poison because some of the grass died. The seeds they put down didnt take and now its just more bare patches and mud. Treating lawns with herbicide is out of date anyway. I hope they come up with better, more modern practices. I would be glad to be wrong about this because she is an older lady and I dont like to see her taken advantage of.

Lawn is coming along nicely! Color is good and weeds are disappearing. Weedman came back to re-treat for weeds (at no cost to me). I m looking for golf course grass in a lawn that needed some TLC and it s looking better every day. Brayden spent a lot of time explaining how their treatments work, what to expect, and an invitation to contact him anytime with questions. I ve had 3 lawn companies in various parts of the country. So far, these guys are tops.

We moved into a home on Brookfield Rd in Harrisburg. The grass needed some TLC and I knew it. A few weeks later Weed Man representative stopped by and gave us information and would have a CSR contact me. They did and I liked their prices and friendliness of those that I had spoken with. Today the technician came by to apply the first treatment. He asked if I had any questions and was as friendly as the others that I spoke with. They so far are an exceptionally good company who seem to focus on not only customer satisfaction but customer service and educating the customer about what they are going to do. I believe when a company has a good attitude across the board, as this one seems to have, that is a company that I want to work with. I have no doubt that they will continue to be as friendly and caring about their customers as they have presented so far. I recommend that you try them out. I have not found anyone that can beat their pricing. Tell them that I sent you!

I have been spammed non stop for two years when I asked for a yard trimming quote they wouldnt even quote. Ive blocked all the numbers and they keep using more. Ive asked for my number to be removed.

I dont know how many times I have to tell them Im not interested in their services. They call weekly and dont stop no matter how many times I tell them to stop.

Had lawn aerated this past fall (2023) equipment destroyed the lawn. They came back picked a few out of the hundreds of spots and planted seed. Said it was a grub problem and not theirs. So now I have a lawn with ruts in it and huge divots every time he did a turn with zero turn. ( Anyone that operates a zero turn, knows one can not do a zero turn, without damage to lawn. )

For an ad campaign in my neighborhood this company was placing flyer s on doorknobs. Unfortunately they weren t on doorknobs they were just placed loosely on porches . I discovered 6 of them scattered in my yard. When I called to let the sales force know of the problem, Mike answered and was extremely rude talking over me, interrupting me, making excuses, and finally yelling at me with THAT S BULL if a company who claims to be about taking care of your yard is so disrespectful of a littering concern, I wonder how well they will take care of your weeds? They certainly lost any chance of me hiring them! I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my concern in such a professional and thoughtful manner. It is clear to me you do have the customers in mind with your approach and training of your staff. I acknowledge that my experience was unique and not the norm. Thank you again

I was approached in my yard from one of their salesman. I informed him that I didn t need any services. He was very nice and assured me that if I gave my number, I would receive ONE call about their costs. Because he was so nice and I wondered what their prices were, I gave my number. Over the past 3 months I have received 10+ calls. I answered one day and listened to their speech, and told them I had zero interest, and to please remove me from their call list. I have received numerous calls after. I m sure they do great work, but please be respectful to the people who take care of their own yards and do not need your services.

I made the mistake of giving one of their door-to-door salesmen my contact info. I hate soliciting but I was not opposed to a quote. However, for 6 weeks now, they have called me several times a week, usually several times a day and at weird times. I have blocked at least 4 of their phone numbers and yet I am still receiving calls constantly. Their lead management is boarderline harassment.

Just as with my initial experience with Paul, Justin was polite, respectful of my time and impressed me. I will be doing business with Weed Man in 2023 as a result of these men and based on the reviews of others who have used their service in previous years, I am looking forward to a their final product a lush and weed free lawn. Our yard is just so beautiful since WeedMan has been maintaining it. Our backyard never looked nice, our front yard was okay. Both now are luscious and green. The grass is really growing and the weed/fertilizer they use works. Well worth every penny spent. We have a small lot and its so pretty now. Im really very pleased. I would recommend WeedMan.

My neighbors have their properties treated by Weedman. Thinking I could do lawn care myself I realized it was too much for me. I contacted the local office and they were very helpful and answered all my questions. My lawn looks great and I am so happy with the results! If you want a great looking lawn give them a call.

I wasnt going to leave a review but I cancelled my service and the guy keeps calling. Weed Man uses Google Maps and Google Earth to determine the rate. They were skipping part of my yard because they did not know where the property lines were. I suggested that they use the Cumberland Co. GIS and I sent photos of the missed area. They did not come out and service the missed areas in between treatments. I believe this area was missed because the rest of my yard was looking better and then at the next service appointment I watched the guy skip the area. When I cancelled my service the guy on the phone would not listen to me - he kept telling me to Google weed control because I was not understanding the timeline to control weeds, that I couldnt possibly know the guy skipped part of my yard and that every lawn services uses Google Earth/Maps. Poor customer service. My parents yard looks much better with Gran-U-Lawn.

I did not sign up for their service. I called to inquire. They did not have any form of payment from me since I did not want to commit to their services. They showed up to my house to perform services I did not order. I have video from my camera showing the gentleman knock on our door, get into his vehicle, sit for a few min and then leave. Then they had the nerve to bill me for treating my lawn. When I did not sign up for services and the guy never did anything to my lawn. No they continue to harass me for a service that was never done or ordered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am going to explore further options as this is now harassment.

We called (asking only) about mowing services since theyre a lawn care service, turns out, they dont do that. No mowing, no trimming, no weed wacking. They only want to spray toxic chemicals on your lawn twice a year and contractually obligate you to pay thousands of dollars. Like between $1800 - $2600. Not what we wanted. Since then, we have been called repeatedly by their sales team even though we have asked them multiple times to REMOVE US from their calling list, and STOP CALLING US. We ONLY WANTED MOWING. So, beware - if you call them once, they will continue soliciting you even if youre not at all interested in their services.

Ive been fighting crabgrass and clovers in my front yard for years. It doesnt help when the neighbors yard is nothing but. When I called, after the crabgrass prevention was applied, to say I wasnt happy with the results and I still had a ton of that ugly garbage, they didnt hesitate to send someone out for a reapplication at no charge. The guys have been very professional and if im home, take the time to let me know they are doing a treatment, since I have dogs. And their products work wonders that I start seeing results the next morning, sometimes THAT evening! Thanks WEEDMAN

Weedman Fertilizer, weed control, and seed are much more effective than the do it yourself name brand products. Their technicians take time to talk and do a thorough job.

Mike, a sales rep, called my spouse and would not take no for an answer. I had to listen to him talk at her for nearly five minutes, completely writing off what she was saying. He refused to commit to taking her off the sales list, despite her asking many times. Not impressed.

Sold me on wrong info, after many, many attempts reaching out to them, they never resolved the issue, but consistently called and emailed me unsolicited trying to sell more stuff I did not want. I initially was sold on this service as I was told they would seed to take care of the holes in the lawn of my new house. This never happened and I was later told the person that is not something they would do. But they wanted to ensure I had a good experience with them, so multiple times I was told they would come out at no extra cost to deal with the holes. Never happened, after consistent calls on my part and being told they would. I had to re-explain the annoying situation repeatedly, when one said they wouldnt have promised to take care of the holes, I asked then why did I have to send the image in of the holes, not for the weeding I kept getting from you while waiting for the fixing of the holes. Overall, I am very frustrated, felt taken advantage of, annoyed and disappointed with the lack of character of this organization. Recommend avoiding working with them, try another.

I use to fertilize our large lawn for years. Was expensive to buy and time consuming to apply. We started using Weedman in the spring with 7 applications per season. Lawn looks so good. Highly recommend using Weedman.

Been using Weed Man for several years. No complaints. Have controlled grubs I had in my yard as well as kept my yard weed-free. I highly recommend.

Wow!! I have had, a few years ago, another company do what you guys did!! Almost nothing happened. Since you guys attended to my lawn, my weeds are dying very quickly. And the fertilizer you guys use my grass loves!! I figured my lawn would look worse before better. Nope!! Looking better every day!! And it was in really bad shape. Thank you so much. I would recommend you to everyone!!

The work they did was first rate and my yard is looking really good and people tell me that, so I would recommend them to anyone that ask.

My yard was a real Disaster. Weed Man has turned the yard around quite a bit. It s not where I want it yet but considering how bad it was I m Very Happy. One time I felt an area wasn t treated good enough and they sent out a Tech the next day and within a week the area was good. They have excellent service and are easy to deal with. Next year will be my third year with Weed Man and since I got my Neighbor to sign up they are giving me a $50 credit next year and if you pay for the entire year they give you a 5% discount. This year we had a drought, they called and suggested waiting for my treatment that was due until the grass normalized. My old company would have never done that, they were not as good as Weed Man. I rate them a 4.7 out of 5 overall.

Weed Man is the most irresponsible and disgusting place around. They honestly should not be in business. They harass their customers, won t take no for an answer, is rude and means towards their employees. This office is poorly managed by an incompetent manager. They absolutely do not care about there customers, all they want is money.

WARNING!!!, This is company is terrible, Dont waste your money, I hire them to do my lawn in 2023, and fired them in 2023. The greedman made our lawn worse than before! They made excuses after excuses for their lack of procedures, even after I fired the greedman, they still call me begging for free money, I blocked their number, they will still call using another number. Now to this day, theyre sending me letters. The Greedman is like a crime syndicate that will not take no for an answer. The Greedman will take your money and leave your grass dead.

Our lawn was beautiful this year.when we did have a problem with clover it was attacked and resolved with no problem.

this number has been spam calling me for months. i dont know if their services are good, but they re annoying. i havent even lived in pennsylvania in years.

Due to other construction issued this had to be rescheduled. When I called back to reschedule they were super friendly and courtious and were able to get me back into the schedule for the next day. This was a very positive group to work with.

This company keeps harassing us with multiple phone calls. I have never used them and now will tell my friends not to use them. STOP CALLING. I have blocked 3 phone numbers and reported the calls. ENOUGH already

Do not fill anything out for them with your phone number or you will be called every 2 months for the next 3 years. Made the mistake of getting a quote nearly 3 years ago now and I am still dodging sales calls.
