An Associated Arborists crew was working in our neighbor today, My husband walked over and asked for an estimate to remove a problematic tree in our front yard. We were given a written estimate within minutes and they removed the within a few hours. Their crew was so efficient and they cleaned up the jobsite immaculately. We had 5 companies come out to give estimates for trimming our 80+ Pin Oak. In the end, the clear choice was Associated Arborists. They were the only licensed arborists that we felt comfortable with. Taylor was friendly and timely in all communications. Zack, Robert and Jason, on site, were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. I m happy to recommend Associated Arborist for the trees that matter.

Associated Arborists (AAs) of McMinnville, Oregon are very professional. AA promptly submitted the most competitive bid of four local companies to remove a 70 tall pine between two houses. It had lifted the walkways and driveways as well as constantly dropping needles and catkin pollen bombs. Two men arrived early and began working at 8AM. The tree was expertly and safely removed. They ground the stump carefully so as not to damage any underground utilities. They worked all day through heavy rain, cleaned up and were gone by 4PM. AAs are recommended by the City of McMinnville and this writer. You wont be dissapointed.

Just had them out today, and the process couldn t be easier! Requested an estimate via their website, and had an emailed quote within a couple of days. They took care of contacting the city, adjacent businesses, and cutting down our tree located right under power lines. All cut down and cleaned up within a couple hours. Quoted price was 1/3 of what others quoted, and they exceeded expectations! It can be a pain getting quotes/work done as a new homeowner, but Assiciated Arborists was a breeze to work with. Wish everything was this easy! 10/10 recommend. Will be contacting them again for our other tree needs

Trimmed several large branches from cypress located on fence line. Did a very fine job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the area well. Pleasant crew and would highly recommend.

Great experience with Matt R. and the crew today. As a whole they were responsive, communicative, polite and did excellent work trimming the trees and taking a large Pine out of the backyard. They cleaned well and made it easy. They even cut the Pine into nice pieces for the kids to later buck up to sell firewood bundles. Thank you!

These days it is hard to get companies to respond, schedule and show up on time. Associated Arborists hit it out of the park. They were responsive and followed through with all they promised. Today Luke and Matt came out and trimmed a bunch of trees for us and they were AMAZING! Very polite, walked the property before starting to make sure we all knew what was expected and when they were done they walked the property with me again to make sure I was happy with the work. Five out of five stars for the entire experience.

Associated Arborists (Zach) came out and accessed our job. We have three huge pine trees that needed trimming and canopying. He told us what he thought, demonstrated knowledge of the genre of the specific tree and sent us an estimate. Then, Matt and Jayce arrived early and got right to work. These guys were amazing! They frequently checked in with us to gage our satisfaction and ask what else we d like them to do. They cleaned the property after all the cutting and it looks ks great. Offered to remove a few things not in the contract at no additional charge. Even took care of some old debris laying around no questions asked. They did an amazing job. If you need an arborist, this is definitely the company to call. As soon as I requested an estimate, Zack came the next day to walk me through my options and provided me with a quote by the end of the day. The service was fairly priced and I was able to get an appointment right away. Matt, Nate and Robert arrived on time and managed to carefully get their large trucks down my tiny lane. In 85 degree weather, these gentleman worked tirelessly to make sure this little widow who d recently had back surgery, was completely satisfied with the job. They even went back for a couple branches I requested late in the day. I can t praise this entire company enough for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for a job well done!

So happy that we chose to work with Associated Arborists. An excellent, competent and friendly team (Matt, Cesar, and Robert) removed a large cottonwood in our small backyard. We were nervous about whether there would be any damage to surrounding structures (the fence, etc) but they took the tree down with the utmost care and there were no issues. They were total professionals and made sure to leave the backyard in better shape than when they arrived! These are the people to use if you have any tree needs!

Associated Arborists came out the same day to give us a quote on removal of a burned palm tree. They seemed very knowledgable and their quote was extremely fair. One week later, Matt from Associated Arborists did a fantastic job removing the tree. He arrived on time, was very courteous, helped move some heavy objects in the way, and was very careful to hose the area down ahead of time so there were no issues with errant sparks. He obviously knew what he was doing because the process took mere minutes and he felled the tree in a way as not to disrupt any of the surrounding plants. He cleaned the area carefully when he was finished and even checked for small pieces left in the road. Thank you, Matt!

My backyard sustained lots of damage as a result of the ice storm we had last winter. I needed several trees that died removed and the rest of the trees needed trimming of all the dead or dying limbs. The workers Matt and Devin arrived promptly for the appointment, did a full walk through to make sure we were all on the same page for what was expected and then began working. They were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. After they finished the work, they cleaned up everything even putting back items that needed to be moved to make room for their equipment since our yard is quite an obstacle course. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The company was also the most affordable compared to the other bids I received. I would definitely use them again.

Matt & Devon from Associated Arborists did an excellent job trimming our huge, overgrown plum tree today, leaving it with an attractive weeping plum effect. Matt, Issac, and Kevin were the team sent over from Associated Arborists today to trim very tall trees and cut down a dying willow in my backyard. They were great to work with...friendly and polite. They were incredibly tidy and thorough...didnt leave any debris behind. They seemed to really work as a close-knit team, and communicated well with the front office to adjust my invoice. And they all loved my dog!

I am very impressed with the service all around. I called lots of tree removal companies and Associated Arborist manager, Taylor, called me back right away and came out to give me a quote 10 min after we spoke on the phone. The emailed quote was very reasonable and the whole process was smooth. They even added on a discount for removing multiple trees and were able to accommodate my request to remove an additional tree when they came to remove the others. 12 huge trees were safely and efficiently removed in 2 days by the competent crew. 5 of the trees were even in between my house and the neighbor. Everyone was polite, and my kids loved watching the tree cutting show. Great service!!! You won t go wrong with this company.

They were quick to respond to my initial request. Scheduled an appointment within a week. Zack and his crew were great. One thing I noticed is when they were working Zach- who seemed to be the team lead was encouraging the guy on the ladder cutting branches etc. He would point out a branch to cut and then when the guy cut it he was very complimentary and encouraging. With all the noise with saws etc there was not any yelling!

These guys were terrific when the worst ice storm in Oregon in 40 years tore up our 100-foot oak tree. They came out within two days to deliver a reasonable estimate, scheduled the job a few days after that and did an awesome job pruning and saving our tree. They went the extra mile in stacking our wood where we needed it, and going to the very top of the tree to take out one last hanging snag. Wed hire them again in a minute.

Very good work if you dont mind paying a high premium hourly rate. Their herbicide treatment is also quite expensive. They removed a very large oak tightly surrounded by a stand of 25year old Doug Firs. The job they performed was top notch, taking care to not damage the surrounding trees.

Young man was very quick in cutting all the wood I had for him to cut up. He stacked it all into neat and orderly piles, where I picked it up and stacked it. He even stacked the heaviest for me in the woodpile. Great service!

From quote to clean up, these guys were great. Our house is surrounded on three sides with trees, some of which overhung the roof. They trimmed, removed dead and diseased limbs and cleared our view. Quick and reasonably priced service. I found Associated Arborists I m Home Advisor and ultimately decided to hire them based on location to our home and price. We were able to get a quote within a week (not due to them, but my slow response) and the tree was removed within four days upon price agreement. They came early, picked up all the debris, and left before we were home from work. Super easy, professional, and quick - I highly suggest hiring them. If we have another tree removed, we will be sure to call them again.

We had our Cherry tree removed today. The Arborist Zack was friendly, and informative right from the beginning, from the quote to the actual work itself. Hes a hard worker and I for one was amazed at the whole process. I personally wondered how he would get that huge tree down by himself, but he did it, no damage to property, took all safety precautions, and cleaned the whole area up. Our yard was in need of some trimming. Trees and small shrubs both had gotten little overgrown. Associated Arborists came out gave an estimate and returned on time first thing in the morning. By 9:30 they had done all work and this included the blackberry bushes and filberts I neglected to tell them about until the day of the work that werent part of the original request. Associated Arborists exceeded all expectations, Zach also gave me personal instruction on caring for some of the trees. On top of this, the price was amazingly reasonable, I highly recommend them.

July 13 Associated Arborists arrived right on time and removed a large big leaf maple tree branch by the house with no consequence, plus other dead limbs they could reach from the bucket. The other jobs I requested were completed timely. Then they did an extra job for me, a large oak branch over the house. They were able to bring it down with minimal damage to plants and not touching the house. The crew went the extra mile and cut up a half dead tree near the house. I highly recommend them.

Zack and his crewman were early to the job, cut back a huge weeping willow tree that was covering a large amount of my back yard so that the lawn wasnt growing properly beneath it, removed some little trees and one larger dead cypress, ground the cypress stump, treated my birch trees for boring insects, trimmed trees along my roadside and next to my house, and cleaned up afterwards! This company is awesome with their response time between bid and job, and they are SO reasonably priced! Zack is extremely knowledgeable about trees and their diseases and insect infestations. Ive had other local tree people come, but these guys are the ones who will be doing all my tree business from now on. I highly recommend them for any tree job you need.

Associated Arborists came out to give me a bid on a large cedar tree that had lost a couple of limbs during high winds. I was concerned for safety of those on the ground since this tree covers the sidewalk and the street. They responded very quickly to my first contact and came out to the property and gave me a very fair bid. The technician, Zach, was very knowledgeable and professional and taught me a lot while he was on my property. They came out promptly on the day we had agreed upon for service and the job was done perfectly. I recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with the work that Associated Arborists did for me. They pruned 3 large trees back to the property line, pruned part of my arborvitae hedge, pruned two Lace leaf Japanese maples and an Eastern Redbud, raised the crown of my Mountain Juniper, and removed an apple tree, Japanese Maple tree and Austrian Pine tree. I m glad I had them do the work and would happily recommend them.

Crew showed up on schedule and did an amazing job limbing, felling and cutting the tree into logs. Then ground the stump. Limbs were stacked neatly off the driveway for me to cut into firewood. Amazing job!

I had Taylors crew remove a 40 Blue Spruce and trim some limbs from another tree that were over the top of my house. The crew of 3 were very friendly and professional. They removed the tree, ground the stump, trimmed the limbs over the house, cleaned up the mess and were finished in two hours. Very professional and efficient. And yes, I would recommend them.

I needed to have a 65 foot tree and stump ground out from my front yard recently and Taylor was prompt in returning my initial call and coming out to give me a free quote. The quote was detailed and outlined the costs clearly. He was able to send his team out within a few days and finished the job quickly and safely. There was a minor miscommunication, but Taylor resolved the issue for me and I am pleased with the results. I had a second quote done and Assoc Arborists price was competitive, as well.

The crew took down two large trees, one had three tops which began 10 off of the ground. Difficult location, both trees were against a fence which was the corner for four properties. Workers were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Very impressed with how quickly the work, including cleanup, was completed. Much care was taken to clean debris from the neighboring properties. Would definitely use them again.

My kitten was stuck in the top of a 60ft tree. She was up there for 2.5 days before I realized she may die. I was told by numerous people she will come down on her own but at 6 months she just could not wrap her tiny brain around climbing down 40ft. I tried everything, she even peed on my head from up high twice. I finally was told call an arborist. I got ahold of Taylor at Associated Arborists and this guy was on it in a flash!! He had a truck with a bucket at my property in Willamina within 2 hours. Long story short they rescued her!!!! Best tree service ever!!!!!!!!!! Prompt!!! Reasonable prices! Courteous! : Taylor negotiated a fair and affordable quote to remove a cedar tree from our property. We were impressed from the moment the men arrived on site ten minutes early. Our servicemen were Chris, Zach and Scott. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional in their duties, they were refreshingly courteous. After felling the tree, they removed limbs and thoroughly cleaned all debris. They even raked up the needles and blew off the paths. The men moved the wood to our storage racks on the upper level of the property and neatly split and stacked the same. We highly recommend this company.

I have a big red maple in the middle of my small backyard. It was shading the yard so much I couldnt grow anything and I thought I was going to have to remove it. But Taylor suggested thinning and now I have light while saving the tree. The crew also did a fine job pruning a Japanese maple that had dead branches & needed care. Taylor and his crew are super! We had 4 trees that were leaning and in danger of falling on our house. They arrived on time and did the work exactly as stated in the work order. They cleaned up all the limb debris and left our property in as good condition, if not better, than before they removed our trees. We recently had their team take down 5 poplars, from 80-100 feet, down to 20. They were precise, safe, quick, and it was a thing of beauty to watch them work! They had to drop these between our 2 homes, on 1 side, and the highway and power lines on the other, with no room for error. They brought them down with surgical precision. Definitely my go-to tree service for the next ones that need work!
