A+. Nathan's work on our irrigation system was above expectations. He called back promptly, found the parts for our old system, and did a superior repair job.

We are extremely happy with the professional job Solitude did on our lawn. They were prompt, kind and very responsive. I will definitely use them again in our future projects!

Reading the reviews which came before mine, all I can do is echo their praises. The quality of their work is wonderful! They took a steep rise from the street and turned it into 3 flat levels for planting with beautiful retaining walls. We had our ideas and Ron helped refine them and make them happen for us. They have great communication, and were flexible with our changing needs. Next steps will be fencing and help with getting plants in. I can’t recommend them enough!

After originally contacting and agreeing to go with a different, well known, local landscape company in June, we were into November and had yet to receive a definite start date for our retaining wall project. We left phone messages and sent multiple emails asking for a written proposal and a start date. Our emails were returned with apologies for not responding to our correspondence in a timely manner and empty promises to contact us soon. We finally contacted Solitude Landscaping and met with Ron. He sent us a written proposal and returned our calls and emails promptly! He scheduled our project and when his crew arrived, they were great! They were easy to work with and didn't let the rain slow them down. Our retaining wall is amazing and was finished a few days before the promised date. The crew did a wonderful clean-up and left the adjacent gravel pad free of dirt and debris. (Not easy to accomplish in January!) Thanks to Ron and his crew at Solitude Landscaping, the rest of our project can now, finally move forward. We will be recommending them to family and friends. And for as us, well... we already booked another section of wall with steps. FOLLOW UP: Our second section of wall turned out great! We had an existing section of wall that we wanted extended with steps. Solitude was able to obtain the matching block, install steps and blend them into our existing wall. It looks beautiful and we can't wait to show it off this summer!

Ron went above and beyond helping us with various things and then our major project. Already a referral from our neighbors, working with Solitude was a great experience and extremely fair pricing as well. The crew was very professional and the job was done earlier then expected and cleanup was complete, we are very happy!

We had a MAJOR renovation needing design, leveling, irrigation, and details. This crew has worked with my parents for about 20 years, and we were so happy we also went with Solitude. We were starting at square one with huge aspirations, and they were willing to help us while staying within our budget. They were all flexible with changes to the plans as the project developed, and helpful and available when we uncovered some major drainage problems. Above all, we were impressed by how hard the guys worked each day, even in terrible weather. The finished product is even better than we could have envisioned.

We had Ron and his crew add new lines of our existing irrigation system in backyard and re-sod the entire backyard. Some changes occurred during the middle of the project and Ron was able to work us into his tight schedule to get the project done. Was a pleasure working with them. I will contact them with any future landscape projects.

Solitude Landscaping, and in particular Ron and his team, were great! We had a new construction and so needed all the landscaping done. We had very general principles in mind and a budget, but no specific ideas. Ron was able to take that and translate it to a design with specific recommendations for plant materials that work great. He was very honest with us and explained why some ideas we had regarding rocks/other landscaping features would not make sense. He also had the foresight to add irrigation drips in an area we initially said we would not plant....but then later changed our minds, so it was good he had already put down the drip irrigation. When we were going to move some trees from our old residence, Ron knew so much about the likelihood of survivability that he advised us to wait until a different season. The way Ron talks about trees and plants, it's very clear that he cares deeply about finding the right combination that will thrive and look great at our residence, and he knows everything there is to know about landscape design aesthetics. We highly recommend Ron and Solitude Landscaping.
