Nate Hosier was great. He gave us a heads up that he was going to treat our yard, so that I could take out my dog in advance. The mosquito treatment has allowed me to enjoy my yard year-round.

Alan discussed the weeds I have present and he explained the different types I have. We discussed current and future treatment to get control of the weeds in my bad area of the yard.

I appreciate Trevor Matthews and the job he does. Efficient, checks that gates are closed and does a good job.

Service for lawn care was performed by Trevor. He was very friendly and professional, describing the service he was performing. I was disappointed with his assessment of our lawn condition, mentioning our trees needed trimming. I believe this is a standard check box on the report screen. The technicians should pay more attention & report the actual conditions of the individual lawns rather than use canned responses. However, I would highly recommend Top Turf & Trevor for lawn servicing. Our grass is very healthy.

We were notified by Top Turf that the tech would be making one of the programs scheduled applications. Wryland Singleton applied granulated fertilizer to the entire lawn and spot treated weeds. He let us know he was present and performed his application efficiently and quietly.

After 7 weeks of waiting for my yard to get past a pale green color and become thicker following a previous Top Turf service, I called the office with my concerns. I was told that scheduling would take place in the next week or two. I received treatment this past Wednesday, less than a week later. Had I not been present, I would have never even known I had service, other than by way of an invoice! No doorbell ring to introduce and let me know what type of application was being done, no sign to alert of a treatment in my yard and a careless application path which missed several areas. After receiving my invoice I found that Wryland performed my service and noted that I had grassy weeds, but only applied a granular fertilizer and that I should wait 14-21 days to notice a difference. Had I not been present and had this young man redo areas where he either missed or haphazardly threw fertilizer in the direction of my fence corner or partway along my driveway, I would have wondered why there were unusual patterns of color. He was respectful, but still the job should have been done correctly the first time, with our without someone being present. After the 1.5 of rainfall that my yard just received, I would hope to see some drastic changes very soon to keep me as a customer. Please include Wryland in your next training class on providing better customer service as I would like to present my property as one which is receiving a professional level of paid lawn care rather than just a do-it-yourself kind of yard.

Have only used this service two time right now. I am pleased with their service. Our lawn has two types of grass. The technician serviced the front and back yard. I would recommend this company.

Top Turf is an honest company. I m speaking on their integrity as I didn t end up using their services due to an honest opinion from Clay (the representative assisting me) I do have friends who have used them and loved their outcome so they referred me. I spoke with Clay, sent pictures of my yard, and rather than just taking my money, he explained that this was not the right route for me to take due to certain circumstances of my lawn. He could have easily just sold me on the process and I would have gone along with it, but instead, did the honest thing and directed me down a different path that doesn t even include their company. I m very thankful for Clay and his character. You can trust their recommendations for your yard! 10/10
