One of the worth companies to work after one year and half my lawn doesn’t change at all and when i called them after 2month they showed up and telling me that they program is not coverd all weed for better programs i need to pay extra and there’s no warranty for results! So guys dont waste your money like me They never respond on time and they don’t care about the customers!

I have been with Jurassic for 1 year already and then making this comment. I got to know them because the previous owner of our house recommended them. They took care of our lawn carefully and effectively with fair price. The process working with them has been very easy. If you realize you got weeds you don't want, and would like to ask somebody to take care of them, I will recommend Jurassic to you.
I hired JLC because of the large amount of weeds in my yard. I couldn't keep up with treating them myself they came in so fast. But now, my lawn looks great: clear of the many weeds that seem to be in a lot of the yards in my neighborhood. They have always come on time; and if they have to change schedules, they are great about calling me as soon as they know. I'm very grateful for their services
I have happily been using Jurassic for a couple of years now. We moved to the Wylie area and our home had grassy weeds in both the front in back yard. It was easy to call and ask questions about the types of weeds that needed treatment; the office staff was very knowledgeable. Once I was set up for the treatments, I received my first visit within the next couple of weeks. I appreciate how the technicians call the day before so we remember to unlock the gates and keep the dogs inside. I highly recommend Jurassic to anyone that needs to get their lawn under control.
Jurassic Lawn Care is a very professional organization. Their team is reliable, courteous, efficient, and always willing to answer any questions you may have. After years of treating my lawn on my own, I was reluctant to hire a lawn car service. It has been 4 years since I started using Jurassic, and I have never regretted my decision to hire them. The quality service you receive from Jurassic is equal to the time and expense you would spend correctly fertilizing on your own. My yard has never looked better!!!!!!
I’ve been using a separate lawn mowing service for 4 years with no issue. I recently tried out Jurassic and was TERRIFIED by the aggressive and horrible customer services. I received their flyer advertising a weed treatment for $29.95 for *Up to 5000 sqft for lawns. I called in and they set up the first service day. There is nothing on the flyer that implied that starting this service will commit me with the continuous services. In the first phone call, I didn’t recall the CS rep saying anything about this either. So for me, it's just one time try out. At receiving an email about a 2nd service on the next day, I called in out of surprise, telling them what happened, and that the only thing I received in the mail was the invoice. I spoke to a customer service rep named Ann, she told me the better way for me to get out of this is to have a 2nd service then cancel. Otherwise they will charge me full price ($79). I told her I wanted to have a copy of the “fine print” since I didn’t get any information. She was very obnoxious and rudely told me: - We were in this business for 18 years, and we never failed to communicate the “package” information to our customer. She also kept telling me that I lied about not receiving the information. I told her I’m not happy with this experience (mainly because of the customer service), and she mockingly said: - Oh, now you are not happy with the service, and yet you didn’t contact us once to say anything. I requested to postpone the service until she can provide me with the “package” information. I provided her with the email address which she confirmed. Result: the service did not get postponed. They went ahead and sprayed weed killer in my yard today. I wasn’t expecting them so I didn’t cover my vegetables plants. They got killed. I called in again, and spoke to the very same rep – Ms. ANN. She was even ruder. When I asked why she didn’t postpone the service, she said, she did postpone it for that day only, but the next service still gets scheduled. She yelled continuously to ask for my email address. She hung up on me and when I called back, she told me it was because I dragged out 5 minutes of her time and didn’t provide her the email, which is not true. Both times I called in I asked to talk to a supervisor, and both times she claimed she was by herself. Today, she said she will ask the supervisor to call me back but that it would take several days for that to happen.
Finally a Lawn Care Company who delivers consistently. After the BIG green CHEM company didn't honor a written contract and the local guy who never showed, I finally called Jurassic. Interestingly, the local guy said offhandedly that Jurassic has a special mixture that if he could get it would make his results that much better, so I thought "why am I dealing with this flaky dude?" and called Jurassic. It's been 3 seasons and they are awesome. My lawn looks great, my technician Tom has always taken the time to help me understand how we can work together to make my lawn great and his job easier. They're consistent, they communicate and the do a great job. My only complaint is that they do not have online billing, but we can get past that. I'm a fan of these folks!
We have used Jurrasic Lawn Care for a couple of years now. Our lawn looks the worst it ever has. Fighting weeds like never before. We reached out to them in an attempt to get it resolved. No response. Also, our back yard has a lock on the gate. Not knowing when they were coming to treat the lawn, nor when we were home and they came, they never asked to get into the backyard so they could take care of it. We were paying for that area too! It looks worse, as you can imagine, then the front yard. We would not recommend this company.
So far they have been on time and very profrssional. They call before coming out to ensure pets are safely inside.
The customer service was rude and she hanged up before I finished my talking!!!!
Very ineffective treatments and unprofessional office staff. Plus, its pretty sad when the owner of the company gets his wife to leave a 5 star review for the company. Makes you wonder how many more fake reviews there are.
You know grass didn t exist in the Jurassic right?
I used JLC for more than 10 years now. They provided excellent service every time. I use JLC for weed control and lawn pest control. I dont need to do everything myself. It is worry free service. I dont see any weed or fire ant with their regular service. My lawn looks green and healthy. Price is reasonable. I recommend them to anyone.

My yard is set up for several visits per year for treatments. They call ahead of time and show up when they say they are going to show up. The yard looks good.

Jurassic Lawn Care is a great lawn care company. I havent seen a weed in my yard since they started treatments two years ago. Their fertilizers dont include iron, so my sidewalk and driveway dont have the rust spots I see throughout my neighborhood. I always receive a phone call the day before service so I know not to let me dog out into the yard the following day. They are professional in everything they do.

Ive been using Jurrasic for quite a few years now and their prices are reasonable. If I have a question or an issue their staff is always professional and helpful. The only suggestion I would give is to offer a bigger discount if the full year is paid upfront. The discount they offer isnt worth it so I pay after each application. Overall I would recommend them.

Jurassic got rid of the crabgrass (and other weeds) that were starting to take over my lawn. I have used Jurassic for a few years now and they have done a very good job of making my yard look healthy again. As a testament to their work my home is surrounded by other homes with significant weed problems, yet my yard remains 99% weed free, and I dont have that dreaded crabgrass anymore...all for a reasonable price

We have been very pleased with Jurassic Lawn Care. We had problems with our previous provider but we switched to Jurassic about eight years ago and have been very pleased with the results. Our lawn looks great! I also appreciate the courtesy calls I get before each application.
I made the mistake of hiring Jurassic, over a year ago. Our lawn has looked worse and worse since then. Their treaters just spray what they are told and never address issues. When challenged, its all on us, even when we are watering the way they told us to. Goodbye and hope this note saves the reader this money and time. Praying we can get our lawn back up and looking as good as it did when we hired them.

This company probably has the worst customer service. They often bill customers for service they do not provide and when complaint they do not trust the customer. They billed us incorrectly for service they said they did at my property. I was at home and saw the technician leaving without doing service and when complaining to company with video proof they first agree to waive the charges and then keep sending invoice. I never saw worst customer service. Stay away from the company. they will scam saying they did service and bill you without steping on your lawn. Stay away there are better companies out there
Worst lawn care service of all time. I m pretty sure they spray weeds with water instead of weed killer. When you ask them about it, they basically tell you that their weed killer kills one type of weed and the rest you need to pull by hand. What a joke of a company.
Their techs are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly. I want to overseed my lawn and they gave me specific instructions on how to do it to compliment the annual care program I have with them. When you look at the costs, their annual plan does not cost much more than buying all the stuff you need. Even better, they do it at the best time and you dont have to go buy the materials yourself or deal with the mess!
Im so happy with Jurassic Lawn Care! My lawn looks beautiful and there are no letters from the HOA telling me to get rid of weeds. The technicians are always pleasant, polite and friendly. I have recommended Jurassic to many friends. Do it!

I cant say enough good things about this company. Theyve always been very knowledgeable and receptive to my numerous questions. I didnt fully appreciate the service they offer until just a few days ago when I walked around the neighborhood and noticed that everyone elses lawn was inundated with weeds. All my neighbors are now scrambling to kill/pull them because they received an HOA citation; not me though.
Very disrespectful customer service. We got 2 treatments and aeration done by them in the past 2 months and are still not seeing any results. I called customer service and both the rep and supervisor was very rude and instead of providing me a solution told me that I needed to wait a year before I would see results. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL TELL YOU GOOD LAWN CARE IS LIKE GOING TO THE GYM, irrelevant EXAMPLE. Please treat customers with respect.
In the three times they came didn t see any difference in my yard. The third time I called to cancel which they did, but I m annoyed it was a $64 charge and not the $30 as advertised and as I signed up for. A complete waste of money :(
Had Jurrassic lawn for 10 years but no respect and has any interest in solving customer problem. Only to say you need to buy yet another service over the phnoe. I was told someone will be coming to check on the problem within 5 to 7 business days; never made any attempt to contact me or come out. Trying to just tell over the phone buy some other service rather than come and check the problem and offer the solution even if it means extra charge. You can look elesewhere for better service.
This is by far the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Used them for two years never had an issue. I called to report weeds in my back yard. Was told to wait a week or so. I called a month later and explained that I had weeds still and they tried to sell me another product......Ann who is the rudest person I have ever dealt with , she told me they only kill broadleaf weeds...I explained I had dandelions. It was always something more they wanted to sell me on. All I was asking was for them to spray again. I did cancel the service after the poor customer service hung up on me several times. I had been a customer for two years without complaint and once I did they became nasty. Do you own lawn they arent doing anything special that you cant do yourself.
