Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Green-Go. We needed some landscaping work done. Nothing crazy just new plants planted, trees trimmed, and new bark in the planters. A person came out, we walked the yard with them, and they said they would give us an estimate. Well, thats where it ended. After several follow-up calls trying to figure out wheres the estimate was, we were promised the owner would contact us. That was over a week ago. Nothing. We realize that this is a busy time of year, but if someone had just said theyre too busy right now, we could have moved on weeks ago.

I hate to review small business poorly. Sincerely, really, really do. Unfortunately, we had a horrific experience with Green-Go. We had them out to do weeding, trimming and mulch for our front and back yard. I have 40 baby evergreen trees (which I planted last fall @ $20,000) lining my property for eventual privacy in my backyard and they topped them all. Yes, every single one. I havent slept for over a week over this and still have a pit in my stomach. Also, with regard to our front flower beds, after 8 days I already have full grown grass grown in so it clearly wasnt weed properly. Really an upsetting experience overall that we wish we could go back on.

Brandon, Heather and his entire team are exceptional. I have gone through so many fly by night landscapers and Green-Go Landscaping has been fantastic. On time, professional, actually KNOW what a weed is AND pulled them :). Very attentive to detail and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. THANK YOU for doing a great job!

Amazing job! Love supporting a family owned local business! After sharing our goals for our front and backyard, Brandon, the owner, had a great vision and gave us several ideas to springboard from. Added a few changes, needed a few tweaks of certain job aspects and all were promptly addressed and fixed/added. Have already referred to family and will use again!

Green-Go has done a few projects for us and all have turned out fabulous. Recently, they completed the stonework around our flowerbeds/ trees in our front and back yard including around our pool. Last year, they designed and installed our landscaping around our pool and added new plants around the sides of our house. A year later and everything looks amazing. We also have Green-Go trim our trees which has helped them grow and fill out nicely. Highly recommend Brandon and his team for any outdoor projects. True professionals.

I appreciate Paula who works in the office she always helps me with everything I need with my billing and help with answers I have about my service. She treats me with great respect and kindness and goes out of her way to help with anything I need even if it s landscape questions .. I also appreciate Noah who helps me choose things like my flowers shrubs and stonework to make my yard so pleasing to look at. I often get many compliments. Sometimes I overwork him I m sure ! GreenGo just finished landscaping my backyard, around my pool. They did fabulous work! And all of it within my budget. I would recommend them to everyone! And, they have really stand up guys that come work on your yard.

We use Green Go for our routine weekly lawn maintenance so when we realized we needed a tree removed, this is who I contacted. They did a great job getting the tree cut down, roots and stump shaved down, new sod placed in and a new tree. Our yard looks so much better and now we dont have the big tree roots to worry about ruining our foundation. I highly recommend Green-Go for all your lawn needs.

We have used Green-Go for our holiday lights for the past 4 years. They are fantastic!! Our lights are always put up early so there s no delay to enjoy the decor and brought down shortly after new year s. If a bulb ever burns out Green-Go is on it and so helpful. We ll continue using them for the foreseeable future.

Terrible to work with. They make it almost impossible to cancel. They force you to at least have lawn service monthly because they need everyone on a schedule. The billing lady, Paula, was argumentative with me as well as defensive...Poor customer service. Several times, the mowers came out, glanced over our yard, shrugged and left without mowing! Yet we were charged every single time for mowing and edging. Will not be using this company again. Would rather mow myself than ever deal with this company again.

I can t express how thrilled we are with the completion of our new project! I met with Brandon and expressed our ideas. I showed him some pictures of what we had in mind. He offer some really good suggestions. I felt he took the time to really understand the look we were going and nailed it. We could not be happier! Highly recommended!!!

The lawn crew is timely, and they do a good job. Being new to the area, I am glad that we found them.

Their service was very poor. They did not edge properly and it doesnt matter to them if you like it or not. They can pick up as many new customers as they lose. But know this, if you want excellent lawn service you will not get it provided by this company.

Have been using Green-Go for 2 years. In that time we have received phenomenal customer service. We have used them to manage our lawn, fixing our sprinklers, cutting down trees and removal. Extremely professional and when I did have a concern it was addressed in a timely manner. Brandon the owner is extremely professional and gave recommendations that have helped our lawn without breaking our budget. Highly recommend this company.

Not pleased at all. Took a weed eater to our flower bed, destroyed plants, blew grass into the flower beds and left ruts in the lawn.

Beware, really tried to take us for a ride on Christmas lights. This vendor quoted in writing a number, and showed up on installation day and said they could only do approximately have the work and it would cost 40% more than quoted. No explanation and we sent them away. We are now scrambling to find another vendor.
