Lotis Construction in McKeesport

I spoke with Cory and hired Lotis to do a concrete driveway, retaining wall and landscaping for my newly constructed home. It was a big, multi-week job. The driveway in particular was a massive and tricky undertaking (36 feet across, 3 lanes, up a steep hill with a parking pad at the top). Believe me, it was not the kind of project I was going to hire just anybody to do. Everything turned out great. Cory was out working with or leading/advising the team every day. The crew was very knowledgeable and experienced, there was always enough manpower (6 to 7 guys every day of the driveway pour), and I never had any concerns that they wouldnt get things done right. Furthermore, after the job was finished, a bad storm washed away some parts of the grass that had been planted. The team came back out, fixed up some erosion problems and re-seeded the grass for us. Everybodys job is different, but big or small if you have a concrete or outdoor construction job that you just cant afford to have go wrong, you definitely need to call Lotis and meet with Cory before making a decision on who you want to do the work.

Cory is very professional and quick to get back to us with any questions about the project. Cory and his team did some sidewalk work at our Family Dollar and the project was done promptly and perfect! I highly reccommend them!

I called pro lawn Landscaping to estimate a job on redoing retaining walls and widen my driveway. Gave me a great price showed up the day they scheduled and did a great job and cleaned everything up. And had them do the landscaping around the wall area. They also placed shell rock around tithe pool and added 2 plant walls in rear yard. I Highly recommend this company. Will have them return this spring for a rear cement patio.

Lotis Construction worked on two separate projects at my house. The first project was a driveway in 2021, and the second project a front and back patio this year (September 2023). On both occasions, the team performed an amazing work, communicated details before and during the project, and left the area clean when everything was completed. We recently had our front steps and railings replaced by Lotis Construction. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They worked hard to overcome a few obstacles and to make us satisfied customers.

These workers were great! Came quickly after accepting estimate, did detailed professional work, and were friendly and hard working. The front patio and walkway were done exactly as we requested, and they even eliminated the need for a few steps to street level by slanting the walkway gradually. Would use this company again when needed!

Would highly recommend Pro Lawn for all of your hardscaping needs. They installed a large rosetta outcropping stone retaining wall in addition to pouring a concrete staircase off the back porch leading to a concrete landing pad wrapping around the side of the house to provide easy entry into the basement. A member of his team recently came back out to custom weld a handrail and gate on site. Very impressed with the results. Cory and his crew are reliable, professional and very easy to work with. Hired Cory and Pro Lawn Landscaping to take care of our new build landscaping. They: Installed a French Drain to sewer on property line. Provided rocking around driveway and walkway. Flower bed across back yard. Prepared our yard and seeded. Will be coming back this fall to check up and make sure we are happy with our new yard! Cory and his team at Pro Lawn Land. more then delivered on their promise. We had a natural spring/running water on our premises that Pro Lawn was able to reroute and relieve us of these issues. Not only did they solve the issue they also manicured, cleaned, reseeded grass and Refinished the driveway that they used. Everything was clean and legit. These guys were wonderful to work with.

The whole process with Pro Lawn Landscaping was a great experience. Cory was already ahead in my book against his competitors when he showed up and gave me a quote (most were no shows, no call-backs). Cory gave a great price for the quality of work I have seen them do, and the quote was very clearly defined, so I knew what I was getting (no hidden fees or surprises later on). Cory stayed in contact about when he would be able to start my project and made sure the dates worked with me (post-COVID construction shutdown, and was still able to schedule all of their jobs in a timely manner). They did most of their work while I was at work, but I was able to catch them a few times in the evening. Cory and his crew are just good people who are respectable, reliable, hardworking, and honest. I missed the final week of the project being our of town, and when i got home I was very impressed with the finished project. All of my neighbors who were home watching them all day told me that they have never seen a hardscaper pay attention to detail the way these guys did on every block of my wall. I get constant compliments form neighbors walking on the street, and loving how it transformed the look of my house. I recommend Pro Law Landscaping for all projects.

Cory and his team are professional and do an excellent job designing and executing to that design. The front of our home has been entirely transformed and our home looks brand new as a result. Highly recommended to me, I called Pro Lawn to inquire about several courses of the large interlocking concrete jersey barrier block to be used as a retaining wall across the back of some rental property. In less than one week, extensive excavation to cut into the hillside to make a level pad was complete, blocks were set, and the entire mess from digging was cleaned up and hauled away. I am very particular and how well the lot was straightened out prior to departure was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend Cory at Pro Lawn!

We needed to replace an old railroad tie wall along our driveway. Cory replaced it with a beautiful landscaping stone block wall with caps on it. He made suggestions for items we hadn t even thought about, such as a landscaping stone block perimeter around our gaslight, which we had him do. The new wall looked beautiful. We also had a small cement block wall on the opposite side of the driveway that we hadn t planned on replacing. After visually comparing the two walls, we decided to also have Cory replace the old cement block wall with the same style landscaping blocks as the first wall. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with our new walls and highly recommend Cory and Pro Lawn Landscaping.

Great experiences. Very glad to have found them for our house. They cut, clean-up, landscape and now have poured concrete for us. It s all been very good. I posted some pics of the flat work recently done.

I had an addition put on and the surrounding work site area was a complete mess. Cory gave me a fair bid to grade the property, add several inches of topsoil and apply grass seed and fertilizer. He checked the weather for the most opportune time to do the work, showed up when he said he would and completed the job. He returned a few weeks later to reseed the areas that did not completely take. I would recommend them (Cory) without any reservation.

They sealed & waterproofed our foundation, installed multiple drains, regraded my yard and so much more. Amazing. Its been a month since, with multiple downpours and my house is bone dry. Cant recommend enough.
