Have used Naturescape for a few years. Always contact us day prior to service, Mosquito control service has been excellent. This company has always been very accommodating.

Nature Scape was contracted to put in our yard. We stuck a bunch of extra money into grass seed, sprinklers, and weed preventers. We got stuck with a patchy lawn and I called them out on it. They came back and put extra seed and straw in one spot. Disappointed with the amount of money we invested in this company. Definitely a company that doesnt take pride in their work and wants to get that quick dollar. Dont waste your time or hard earned money. Find someone who takes pride in the work they do. I do not have you confused for another company. Im literally in your records.

They provide a cheap service and poor results.

I have found Naturescape very easy to work with; friendly on the phone and easy to schedule appointments. One time I had weeds that didnt die with the spraying, so they very willingly returned and sprayed again without charge.

I have been using NatureScape for many years. They are very reasonably priced. This year my lawn looks the best it ever has, very lush and green with no broad leaf grasses or weeds. They are working with me on an older hybrid crab apple tree that has had bad apple blite this year. They are treating it this summer and early fall, hoping for a better result next summer. Travis has been my Specialist most of the time with Ryan filing in from time to time. They do great work around my lawn. They always let me know what they applied, and they give me suggestions for further lawn care.

Chris, a gentleman, and Naturescape remind me working with folks where I am from originally, Fond du Lac Fondy-nice and prideful.

We have been customers of John s for years! Prompt and Professional! John provides extremely knowledgeable lawn care and in the past tree and shrub care for us! John has always went out of his way to please us! I cannot say how many times he personally did things to improve services and help us out! Extremely bad experience with Naturescape last year. I normally treat my own yard 3× a season but thought I would try out Naturescape to save time. After having to pay hundreds of dollars for the whole season I expressed concern that they were not treating my whole yard after the first treatment in the spring. They politely said they would address the issue but didnt at all (definitely not 100% customer satisfaction).They stalled the entire season saying it only takes about 5 minutes to treat my entire yard and the end result was many more weeds than I ever had before (takes me 30 minutes to treat). I watched the treat 50% of our yard on our outdoor cameras and they refused to correct the issue, refused to refund, and eventually refused to answer our calls. Do yourself a favor. Save hundreds of dollars and have a better looking yard and spread a high quality weed and feed yourself 2 or 3 times this year.

Not a good experience. I certainly did think the weed issue in our yard would be resolved, in particular the creeping Charlie and poisonous weed hemlock . It was not. Other random weeds laid by the city after sidewalk and roadwork were not at all taken care of. We expressed our issue to no resolve from the company. Wouldnt recommend.

I have never dealt with a company that has cared so much about their service and product. They were competent and clear in their communication and the services they provided. I was incredibly pleased with the care and detail in mowing and weed treatment. I strongly recommend. - Garry Fraboni

Revised review from one star to four stars: The corporate office reached out after reading my Google review that was extremely critical, and offered to make things right. If theyre willing to stand behind their product and service, and apologize when things dont go well, that speaks volumes about the organization. As I said in my original review, a company isnt always going to be perfect, but what they do when the mess up is what really matters. NatureScape has stepped up and is working with me to make things better, so Id certainly recommend them from that stand point. Ive agreed to give them a second chance, so well see how this year goes. I hope they can earn that fifth star from me this summer!

They really did a nice job with short notice as I was selling my house and needed a lot of help! The young man who mowed was very nice and professional.

We had scheduled Naturescape for the Spring Application and of course they are very busy and said it would be a 2 week wait! The dandelions in our yard were driving me crazy so i called and asked if they could come sooner! And they showed up today!!! I was sooo pleased with their quick response! Thank you!!! Positive

Have been a NatureScape customer for probably ten years. A week ago they provided a second application of fertilizer and weed control to our three neighbors to the west of us, , but didn t do the second application on our lawn even though while doing the second application on our immediate neighbor to the west they were five feet onto our lot. We have contacted them three times in the last eight days as to when they will provide our second application, but we have received no response whatsoever. This is frustrating, to say the least. Satisfaction guaranteed, to them, is a catch phrase, not a performance standard!!!!!!!

Travis did an excellent job on our lawn again this year. I would highly recommend Travis and Naturescape for weed control.

I love the fact that Naturescape is so flexible. I originally signed up for 5 applications this year. Given the lack of rain, Ive cancel 1 application. They were more than willing to credit me for the application to use next year. Very happy with Naturescape.

Weve used Naturescape for 3 years now and consistently been pleased with the pricing and results. We tried two other competitors over the last 5 years because of coupons and other incentives, but have returned to Naturescape. Their offerings are on par with every other local yard company. If you request, theyll text you the day before they will come to apply a treatment. Their prices are better compared to all the local competitors. And they always do a thorough job, even if the kids leave stuff in the yard... they will place them to the side and do their work. My neighbors compliment my yard all the time. I also signed up for the tree and bush fertilizer and it has helped all our foliage look healthier and fuller all season long.

Great customer service and my lawn has not looked better. The creeping charlie is under control and that was my main concern. The mosquito control is wonderful so we can enjoy our backyard again.

Naturescape is a great service. Our yard gets sprayed during the summer months and we don t have any mosquitoes. If we do see any mosquitoes, we call them and they are here right away to spray our yard. It s fantastic and great customer service too! It s nice to actually walk our dog around our house without batting at mosquitoes. Thank you Naturescape!

We have used Naturescape of Madison for several years and are Very pleased with their service. They listen to our concerns and will address and problems that come up.

After two days of pretty substantial rain, my lawn was mowed leaving terrible ruts, some even down to the dirt. Five days later, the promised visit from a manager has not happened. The mowing has also been poor all summer because the grass has been allowed to get so long, that it merely gets knocked over by the mower and pops back up afterwards.

Naturescapes always does an excellent for us. Have one of the nicest looking lawns in our neighborhood. Very, very satisfied.

Called and got service set up as a new customer and was told 7-10 days. They didnt call to confirm a next day application and never showed up. Called to cancel and was told they had no idea why I was never scheduled. Continued with cancellation as this was obviously a sign of things to come... This will be our third year and second home using Naturescape. Ive mainly worked with Amanda and she is very professional and knowledgeable. They are flexible and communicate well with us when we are working around seeding in the spring and fall, as to avoid losing new grass seed germination. We do the 5 treatments and aeration and after one year, weve noticed quite the difference! Our yard was pretty neglected when we purchased it, but this slow and steady process of bringing it back to life has been all thanks to Naturescape. They were recommended to us by family and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a beautiful lawn!

Good service, although not real clear on when pets can go in yard, verbally told us in a few hours once dry but little signs said 48 hours.

Got this as a mother s/Father s Day gift for my parents. Before the service their weeds were out of control. Now there s not one in sight. The staff was super friendly and it was super easy to set up the service for my parents. Would highly recommend

The gentleman came out and mowed out (yes very long grass) after a heavy thunderstorm. He left ruts in our front lawn. He did not remove the cut grass front the back lawn and now I have to pay another company to come and remove it. I left a voicemail and will be disputing the bill. I look forward to talking with the company and settling the issue of damage to out lawn due to ruts and the eminent death of our back lawn due to the grass clippings being left on the lawn Update: 21 May. We received a call back from the corporate office the next day, May 17, explaining they were interested in working with us to make things right with the mowing job. They did say it may take about a week. The gentleman my husband worked with was very courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about the state of our lawn. Update 29 May. We worked with Craig and was able to resolve the issue. Naturescapes sent out a crew to repair the ruts and to clean up the grass clippings left on the lawn.

Had NaturesScape for 8 years and will not have them for 9.I think they are watering down their solution for weed control

Weve used Naturescape for over 10 years and have always found them responsive to any concerns as they arose over the years.

I used Naturescape for a small suburban yard. The service was much cheaper than competitors, but I certainly got what I paid for. They use liquids rather than granular applications, which, admittedly, is my fault for not asking beforehand, so I accepted that. But I also had lime application to combat some dog urine issues - when the kid applied it, he informed me that they did not have lime available, so he was applying something else, and heres my bill for services rendered. Gee, thanks. The final straw was today, when I noticed them spraying liquid fertilizer and weed control in the middle of a thunderstorm. Not only is that a waste of money, but that fertilizer is going to wash right into the sewers and the lake system. I will not be using Naturescape ever again, although unfortunately I pre-paid for the years application to save money. Edit to add: After my review, someone from the nearest regional office reached out to apologize. Evidently, the person who applied the lime product was misinformed or misspoke, and the product was an alternative lime product from what they typically use but did contain lime. He claimed they have research that the products are effective even when applied in the rain, and that shouldnt be an issue. And he offered to switch to granular application. Ive increased my rating to 3 stars because I do appreciate the communication and I think theyre willing to stand behind what theyre offering, but I still think that if I were doing it for my yard, Id wait for a day without heavy rain to apply liquid. Edit again: they finally came on 8/31 for the third application (the July/August application). The receipt was stamped 8/4, so I assume they were supposed to come then, but didnt make it for almost another month. Anyway, after getting hounded by the regional office to change my review last time, part of the agreement was switching to granular. They came back to apply liquid again. I just wish I had some way of knowing when they were going to show up so I could ask them to stay off my property, Im done with them. And please, do not contact me about this review.

Called to speak to manager and he never would call back for three days. When i told them I was stopping my service and wanted my money refunded, the manager finally called back.

Purchased the 5 application package in the spring, they came for 2 applications in the spring and did not come after that until I called them at the end of summer. They finally came out for the 3rd application. By late fall they still had not showed up for the last 2 applications so I decided to do it myself. I contacted the regional manager and we agreed they would cancel the last 2 application and put it towards aeration. This agreement was about 1 1/2 months ago. As of 11/23/21 they still have not aerated my yard. Besides all of this, their product is terrible and my yard has never looked so bad as it did this year (this is the first and LAST time using their services).

Ive had Naturescape on and off over the last 10 or so years. They have, generally, been great. This year is another story. They came out this Spring to do aeration and they tore up my yard. I called to complain and was told they would send someone out. They havent. May have to get rid of them like I did with another company a couple of years ago.

Had a reasonably good experience last year (mixed experience with individuals on phone; rather combative when asked for return service to address weeds). This year, I prepaid for five applications. I requested applications to occur Wed-Fri to avoid overlapping with our mower who comes Mon/Tues, and I was told it would be no problem. Now, three weeks in a row we have a NS rep at our door asking to apply on a Monday morning. I am glad they asked first, but we explained the situation each time, assuming theyll come back later in the week. Not so! And, now were told they are outside the window for the first application. I had to call ask for a refund for the missed first application - it wasnt offered, and the person on the phone wanted me to take a credit for future service. Most problematic is that Im told the manager is telling the driver to come on Mondays. The product seemed to work for us last year, but the customer service and office management would benefit from an upgrade. Hoping this note will contribute to improvements (better handling of phone calls, and if they cant do particular days, they should tell the customer).

Started with Naturescape this year because invasive species were taking over our yard. After the first treatment, although most of the creeping charlie was dying, there was still some alive. I called Naturescape to ask for another application and was willing to pay. However, they guarantee satisfaction and came out again FREE OF CHARGE. I was impressed!

We have had them for a couple years now. This is by far the worst year. I called 2 weeks ago for a revist, waited a week they never showed, called them again the following week to ask when they plan on coming out she said she would have someone call me back, no one called. And still no one showed up. UPDATED After leaving this review we where contacted, they came out and retreated our lawn and did a really good job! Very happy with the way our lawn looks now.

Naturescape in Madison WI has been very good to me and my lawn. Travis is such a nice man, they are lucky to have him as an employee.

When I first moved into my home years ago, our yard was full of creeping charlie. After 2 treatments, it was completely gone, and its stayed gone ever since! As long as you follow all of their recommendations, your lawn will be full, green and weed free. I use their 5 step lawn program, their mosquito treatments, their aeration, the preventative grub treatment and their deep root fertilizer for trees/shrubs. They have really good prices compared to other companies. Whenever I have to call in, Stephanie is always very cheerful on the phone, and she always takes care of my questions/concerns. I would and do recommend Naturescape.

We have used Naturescape in Madison for 2 years now. Weve used other lawn services before, but Naturescapes customer service and response time is second to none. I never have to call for treatments, they are always on schedule, and come back for free if there needs to be a reapplication. Highly recommend!

Sets up to come the next day. Then calls thr next day! And says! Sorry we ran out of time.... but even after repeated calls it 3 weeks later they finally come only to the spray where we clearly have told them not to and our raspberry bushes! And now they are all dead! Edited i was called by a couple people from naturescape to tell me they would may this right on June 22... well July 11th and still nothing and the raspberry bushes are dead this is not a drift this is a direct spray! My kids are so sad they love raspberry picking! It supplied us raspberries for an entire year!

Technicians readily agreed to add upon request atypical spaces to be treated, including dog pen and nearer edge of woods which are chronic weed problems. Delighted that I don t have to pull weeds out of these areas since treated. Thanks! A few years ago I switched from another company because of their obnoxious high pressure sales techniques too. Naturescape s folks are beyond friendly, helpful, and informative. Makes a huge difference to establish stress free relationship with this company of professionals.

Have been using NatureScape for a number of years now -- really happy that we dont have any dandelions in the grass anymore, and our trees/shrubs really seem to thrive under their care. Plus, they are among the most reasonably-priced services that I have found. Five stars!

I contacted Naturescape this spring because last years fourth mosquito application came 24 hours before the first frost and they were overdue this spring. This year they came out late in June for the first time and have not been back as we close out July. I am applying mosquito control myself which is ridiculous considering I am paying them. Clearly this company has accepted more contracts than they can handle.

My front lawn was over fertilized and much of it is dead. I was told a technician was coming to look at the lawn and do the next treatment. When the technician came he had no knowledge that he was to inspect the lawn. He did agree, however, that the lawn had been over fertilized. I called Naturescape and was told that the manager would call me. The manager did and told me he would get in touch with District Manager and keep in touch with me. I have heard nothing back and have called requesting to talk with him numerous times. Yesterday I was told that a note would be sent to the District Manager for that person to call me. I am waiting for a response from either. Update: Regional Manager contacted me and is coming to look at lawn next Tuesday.

Great Company! Their mosquito control works excellent! Naturescape of Madison is also very accommodating, we were due for our next application of mosquito control. They normally do not spray on Fridays but came on a Friday anyway knowing we had a yard event planned for that weekend. I would recommend Naturescape to everyone.

Ive had them here there times and asked that they call the day before as we have pets and children along with irrigation. They never call!! and today they showed up at 6:20 AM and sprayed our lawn 10,000 square feet when it was wet and he was here less than 5 minutes!! The best part....he left about 2 gallons of chemical on our just recently sealed Driveway!! Absolutely not worth the money, I had to call to tell them because we had tons of weeds because there product does not work, of course when you apply to a wet lawn! Save your money and put granule on its cheaper and works better!

We had them aerate, overseed and fertilize. They wwere prompt, friendly, professional and did exactly what they promised. They also do spring cleanup! We highly recommend.

Our lawn was killed by Naturescape. I left a review already that they apparently got removed. I m warning you! Go with any other company if you want a nice lawn and good service. Naturescape is one if the worst companies I ve ever dealt with.

Weve had a great experience with Naturescape. They always call ahead before they come for the service as we have requested. Theyve also helped us out with Snow Removal after a last minute request. The staff are friendly and helpful.

On Sunday night at 1:00 am (technically Monday), my wife and I woke to the noise of a snow blower and snow hitting the side of our house. I thought to myself Why are our next-door neighbors clearing their driveway at 1:00 am, right outside our window... weird. I got out of bed and went outside to investigate. It turns out our neighbors had contracted Naturescape for snow removal. The kindly worded explanation I got was Hey, I dont want to be here either, Buddy! Ive got to work all night!... yelled over the noise of an idling snow blower... on Sunday night... at 1:00 am. Perhaps our neighbor specifically requested the sought after 1:00 am Monday slot. Perhaps I encountered a vigilante Naturescape employee gone rogue, saving the good people of Madison from frosty driveways at random, no matter the time of day. In reality, I can only assume that this is the company policy. It undoubtedly contravenes the City of Madisons ordinance Chapter 24.08 - NOISE CONTROL REGULATION, though Id bet they havent read it or care. Whoevers decision is was to send their employees out to operate loud equipment in the early hours of a work day within residential areas, should maybe read some time management literature. In my experience, cramming on a Sunday night never really paid off... In summary, by contracting Naturescape for snow removal, you too could get yourself the unexpected side effect of disgruntled neighbors, just like me.

UDPATE 2 (Apr 2019): After a month after cancelling lawn care program, they still came and apply fertilizers and weed control. (On top of what Ive already put myself). Maybe their services are ok, but communication between departments is messed up. UDPATE 1 (Nov 2018) : Soon after cancelling lawn mowing Ive got a call from Naturescape with sincere apologies and (much more important) with a promise to correct their mistakes. And in two days (in mid November!) they were able to come and get everything done nice and fast. My lawn looks great and ready for the winter now) It looks like they do care about their customers. ORIGINAL: I scheduled lawn care in October 2018. After 1 week no one showed up nor any calls. I called, they apologized and said next week everything would be done. Nope. It wasnt. No one called again. They eventually did fertilizers application, but no lawn mowing after 2.5 weeks, my 4 calls and not a single call back from them. I cancelled all scheduled services.

Very unhappy with their lawn mowing service. They ran over our fishing pole in the yard, did not tell us or pick up the shredded pieces, also did not hear from the manager about our complaint (only received a cold Im sorry from their secretary). We ended up canceling the service, kept the fertilizer/bug control service, only because we pre-paid for the season. I had such high hopes for this company, shame on you for not showing pride in the services you provide.

I m very pleased with Naturescapes. I choose them after checking out several companies. The staff that answered the phone were pleasant, knowledgeable and didn t pressure me. They came out and looked at the lawn and gave me a recommendation and quote, vs the big companies that just kept trying to sell me their package. We purchased a fertilization plan along with an aeration treatment. Both were done when we weren t home. I was so pleased with the aeration service. The technician, Rickey, did two things that were totally unexpected. First he aerated my whole lawn including one small section, outside my fence and completely separate from the rest of the lawn. Secondly he put a large landscape rock back up on a wall. This was a heavy rock that had fallen off weeks before. What a pleasant surprise!

I have been a Naturescape partner for over a decade and have had a really good relationship with them and my service person. I am a biologist and am careful about what gets put on my lawn and they have been very responsive to my needs. Thanks, Naturescape!

Naturescape has done a good job treating our lawn which had some major broadleaf issues. 2 applications in and the lawn is getting much better already. Very fair pricing and I like that they call in advance so we dont leave the dog in the backyard.

I really appreciate Nature Scape and especially Travis our lawn specialist, he calls before every application does a great job in spraying or spreading fertilizer is very careful and conscious of other plants and bushes in our yards, he gives us advise on and keeping our lawns looking great. I started with Nature Scape 4 years ago and because of Travis, 6 of my neighbors now use Nature Scape and Travis to make their lawns look great too. We also use the aeration, mosquito control, grub control and pruning services, again all Nature Scape services have worked great for all of us and we all really appreciate the great lawn specialist, Travis.

In hindsight, it was my fault for being late in making the call. Sign up when theres snow on the ground and you wont have problems. Plus, the people who answer the phone are very nice. Do it early! Youll be happy!

I am currently an unhappy customer. I am not sure about the quality of their product. But, my lawn has more weeds today then since I have moved here 5 years ago. I am not sure about how I feel with the way they fertilize my lawn. They drive a 4 wheeler all over my yard leaving tire tracks to lay down fertilizer. Also, I called them two weeks ago about when they were going to fertilize my lawn because it has been awhile. I was told they were going to be out this week. They were not. Today is Friday, their answering service keeps hanging up on me so I cant leave a message. After I am done posting this message. I am going to post a complaint with the BBB hoping Naturescape will refund my money for all the services they have not completed.

I scheduled an aeration appointment well in advance , had to call 3 times after the scheduled appointment to get the aeration done. The job was horrible, the person did a burn out in my yard and didnt even do one side of the yard. I called and left a message sharing my displeasure - all I got was crickets from these people. Terrible service and even worse follow-up service from management.

I got setup for mosquito treatment over a month ago. They told me my yard would be treated by Memorial Day. I called on 5-24 to verify and was told they aren t starting treatments until the week after. Now I have family and friends coming with swarms of mosquitos at my house. They charged my credit card minutes after I set this up. If only they did the actual work that efficiently.

Hire them if you like weeds. Oh and if you call to get a free spot treatment they roll it into one of the 5 visits they do. As in they count it as one of the 5 applications anyways. So I emailed your customer service and all they said is would you like to renew. Not much help at all. Im sure by my name and last initial you can find me in your records and call me. Glad to see people are able to see how they offer zero customer service. 8 months later and still no follow up. Not sure how they plan on staying in buisiness with terrible customer service.

Ordered the Spring Aeration service from their website on 4/22. Credit card was charged immediately. Got a phone call on 5/2 letting me know they were going to be performing the service the next day. Got a call the next day saying it was too wet...they knew this already, it had been raining heavy the day before and was forecast for heavy rain that day. Called on 5/10 to find out when services were going to be performed, was told they were behind due to the weather but that I could expect it to be done within a week. Called again on 5/18 to cancel service and request a refund. Customer service rep didnt even ask why I was cancelling or offer any kind of apology or explanation. I asked when to expect the refund to post, they said it could take up to 10 business days. Seriously? Waited until 5/31, no refund, opened a dispute with credit card company. Refund finally posted on 6/15. Naturescape is a joke and a waste of time, will tell as many people as I can never to use this company.

After using Naturescape for 2+ years for lawn fertilizing, I turned to them for mowing services. Because of an ankle surgery I was not going to be able to mow my lawn. I signed up for the service in March but it wasnt until early May before the service began. The first two weeks, I had to call the office to report that the lawn was uneven with missed areas or had not been trimmed. I was told that the service would improved. I also requested that the day of mowing be moved to later in the week but was told I had no option but the day I was assigned too - Mondays. The next few weeks the lawn care was a bit better but each time, they would show up later and later. One time a was at 7 pm. During June, for no apparent reason, they stopped mowing my lawn on Monday and sometimes it would be done on Tuesday or Wednesday with no notice. Only one time should it have been delayed due to weather there was never any explanation given to me when I inquired just that they were busy. It is now the week of July 4th and my Monday mowing has not yet occurred. My of my calls to the office are during business hours but are not returned until the next business day or several days later. I have asked my doctor for permission to start mowing my lawn earlier than expected due to the unreliabliity and unprofessionalism that I have experienced with Naturescape. I would not recommend them for lawn services based on my experience these past few months.

I complained about your service and never received any compensation or answers other then excuses, it has grubs, paid for grub preventive, its too dry, its too wet, all excuses...I really dont feel like I owe this, and I will never refer anyone again. This is less than one star

We use Naturescape for mosquito spraying only. Their service is marginal at best and getting them to stand behind their product/service has been a problem. Each time they spray we are good for maybe a week at best and then the mosquitos return. We do not have standing water around that could contribute to the problem, so we can only come to the conclusion that their spray doesnt work. We have been with them for two years just to confirm that the first year was not a fluke. I am doing some research online and will start solving the mosquito problem myself as Naturescape has not.

The chemicals work, but the person applying the chemicals did a spotty treatment. I complained and asked for my money back guarantee. They never followed up.

Two years ago these guys did a good job. Last year though? Terrible. They missed my first application. I waited 2 weeks and called in, the lady on the phone said it was done, but I told her there were no flags on the yard or anything on the door. Its at that point she said that she sees they didnt do it. So then I wait another week and no one shows up. I call again and this time she said something about the guy being let go or car trouble. She then said she will send someone else, finally after a few days I see the flags out front, but not in the back. I call in and lets just say rinse and repeat. They say it was done until I contest it and then they magically see something in the database about not being able to do the back yard. My yard looks terrible, I am even wondering if they switched up their chemicals. Seriously, I completely wasted my money this year and I am not going back. Terrible customer service, terrible call backs, and terrible communication. Do no go with them, go with truegreen or someone else, thats what I am doing. UPDATE: To the owner, I have complained over the phone a few times and it was all just dismissed, I couldnt go much further than that and I dont want to be overly rude to the people on the phone as its not their fault the person didnt do my lawn. I just find it upsetting that if I didnt call I never would have had my lawn application because the person put in that they did it. I am paying you for your service, so I expect it done and at least some call if it cant be done. Its not my responsibility to call in after two weeks to a argue that my lawn wasnt done. Then all the calls after, were just disappointing and my lawn really looks terrible. People on the phone never offered me a discount or anything other than they will send someone out again . I wasted my money this year so Im not going to pay a discounted for next year , however small or big the discount. I already emailed your customer service over a week ago and got no response...so again, its in your court with my information.

Very disappointed in their snow removal service - their plows have routinely come very late, 12+ hours after the snow storm is over. In the most recent storm, at 10AM the next day we eventually used our own snow blower. (The storm had ended at 4 PM the previous day). The plow finally arrived while we were blowing snow and only did part of the driveway.

Dependable, courteous, and knowledgeable. Sign up and forget it, our landscaping is something we never had to worry about when we use NatureScape.

Apparently they just bill you and try to collect even though you never sign up or get the services they offer?

I have neighbors on all sides with weedy lawns but I have had Naturescapes for years - and they keep my lawn so thick and green that none of those nasty weeds from the neighbors creep in at all. The only thing is, Im the only one who needs to cut my lawn twice a week...lol. Naturescapes has always kept my lawn looking great!

DO NOT USE NATURE SCAPE. There are too many other businesses that are professional.

Happy with the lawn care service. Signed up late winter, they take care of lawn on regular basis. Even call day before to let me know they are coming out, so I can remove my pets.

Weve been using Naturescape for years - our lawn is the thickest, weed free lawn in the neighborhood!

I have used them for 4 to 5 winter seasons. Overall, the service is good and reasonably priced. However, they hire 3rd party contractors to clear snow and the second year their contractor used a heavy front plow to clear my concrete driveway. Being built in 2008, the result of the plowing chipped the heck out of my driveway, left rusty scrapes in the concrete and scraped the grass lawn off. They reseeded the scraped off lawn, but didnt offer to repair the damage to the driveway. Wasnt happy with that... You can still see the damage 2 years later. So starting the next season, they are clearing the driveway and sidewalk with a snow thrower. Much better, and worth the nominal fee increase until today when they didnt show up. With 10 to 12 inches of snow in the driveway we had struggle with the vehicles to get out and drive to work. I was shocked when we returned at the end of the day to find the driveway and sidewalk not done. We were the only ones in the immediate neighborhood with uncleared snow. Add insult to injury, the city added 3 ft of plowed street snow to our driveway and sidewalk preventing public access. Not good. My wife and neighbor lady shoveled the snow deposited by the city from the driveway and managed the get the vehicles into the garage. I called and complained. Four hours later, someone came by and partially cleared the driveway. They received a second call from me afterwards as the sidewalk is still not done, and driveway not fully cleared. Sloppy job. They are going to have to make good tomorrow. Regardless, I will be happy to update this review reflecting what happens tomorrow.
